Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the importance of the student organizations and describe their efforts to improve the speaking skills of students at the Mahad Khalid Bin Al Waleed at the University of Muhammadiyah Mataram. This research uses the qualitative approach with the descriptive type. The result shows the student organizations play an important role based on their objectives and functions. The objectives are to help the foundation and all parties in the Ma'had develop the students’ potential and qualification, and to be the place for the students to share their problems and complaints, while the functions are as one of the media to develop students’ quality, both the members of the non-member, and as the good examples and pioneers of any good deeds. The efforts done by student organizations in improving speaking skills are such as by making activities that lead to improving students' speaking skills like sticking vocabularies in each class and Friday activities such as language game, Arabic debate and short lecture.

Abstract

Membekali anak dengan pendidikan adalah hak anak dan kewajiban bagi orang tua. Untuk itu orang tua harus memberikan pendidikan terbaik bagi anak-anak demi masa depan mereka. Orang tua memiliki motivasi besar untuk mendidik anak anak mereka sejak dini, karena itulah banyak disaksikan dimana-mana bahwa anak-anak kini sudah mulai belajar ketika mereke berumur tiga tahun. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendkatan fenomenoligi diskriptif. Data-data yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah gambaran dilapangan terkait fenomena dan semangat para orang tua yang cukup besar dalam memberikan pendidikan untuk anak-anak mereka sejak dini. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Motivasi orang tua dalam memberikan pendidikan kepada anak-anak mereka di pengaruhi oleh  tiga hal, pertama, para orang tua menginginkan anak menjadi lebih baik dari mereka. Kedua, semaraknya para orang tua yang memberikan pendidikan kepada anak-anak mereka sejak dini., Ketiga mendidik anak sejak dini adalah bagian dari tren kehidupan saat ini.Kata Kunci,motivasi,pendidikan, usia dini,  deskriptif, tren kehidupan.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the importance of evaluation as a component of learning, especially in teaching and learning Arabic. Learning is a relatively permanent change in behavior and is the result of repeated practice. In the learning process there are two main activities, namely learning that must be carried out by students and teaching which is carried out by the teacher whose direction of these two activities is to achieve predetermined goals in the form of learning outcomes both cognitive, affective and psychomotor. Research methods, Here we used a qualitative approach (qualitative approach). which (aimed at obtaining information related to the evaluation of learning Arabic in junior high school of islam NW Kayangan, Data collection technique Data collection techniques are data that can be carried out by interviews, question and answer, observation (observation) paper (symbols) and a combination of the three. The research data sources consist of three types, namely data sources in the form of person, place, and paper. Person, namely the source of data in the form of oral answers through the interview process, : Arabic subject teachers, and students. Place is a data source from fixed and dynamic conditions, this data source is generated through observation or observation, for example observing the process of learning Arabic in class. Then paper is a source of data in the form of symbols containing letters, numbers, pictures or others, such as documents or data related to history, vision and mission of the madrasa, conditions of teachers and students, conditions of facilities and infrastructure. Keywords Evaluation, learning, models, techniques, qowaid method, test and non-test assessment techniques.

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Qur'an Pagutan which began implementing the independent curriculum in the 2022/2023 academic year in grades 1,2,3, and 5. MI Nurul Qur'an chose the independent option of sharing in implementing IKM by developing its own tools. MI Nurul Qur'an in preparing its teaching staff for IKM sent teachers to attend IKM training, but most of it was done bravely, so that the understanding of teachers was still limited, especially in making independent curriculum tools such as teaching modules to replace lesson plans. The purpose of the activity is to increase the understanding of madrasa teachers in implementing the independent curriculum, through seminars and interactive discussions which will be held on August 31, 2023. The implementation of this activity consists of three stages, namely preparation, seminar activities, and closing and follow-up. Madrasah teachers feel that their understanding of the independent curriculum policy is increasing, and wish to be assisted in creating independent curriculum tools.
