Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sikap peduli lingkungan siswa dengan implementasi pembelajaran IPA terpadu tipe nested berpendekatan SETS pada materi pencemaran lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif desain Pre Experiment dengan bentuk One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 1 Klampis berjumlah 22 siswa semester genap tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket sikap peduli lingkungan sebanyak 25 item pernyataan dengan indikator pengelolaan sampah, sikap terhadap energi, sikap terhadap air udara dan tanah, sikap terhadap flora dan fauna, sikap terhadap manusia dan lingkungan sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Sikap peduli lingkungan siswa sebelum pembelajaran berada pada kategori rendah dan baik, sedangkan setelah pembelajaran berada pada kategori baik dan sangat baik. 2) Rata-rata sikap peduli lingkungan siswa sebelum pembelajaran sebesar 69,09 dan setelah pembelajaran meningkat menjadi 83,17. 3) Uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Signifikansi 0,000 0,05 dapat dikatakan ada perbedaan sikap peduli lingkungan siswa sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis miskonsepsi siswa pada materi getaran, gelombang, dan bunyi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain ex post facto. Sampel penelitian yaitu siswa kelas VIII-A UPTD SMPN 1 Tragah yang berjumlah 30 siswa semester genap tahun ajaran 2021/2022 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel ialah purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes berupa five-tier diagnostic test. Hasil tes siswa kemudian dianalisis menjadi 6 kategori yaitu, paham konsep (SC), paham konsep sebagian (ASC), kurang pengetahuan (LK), tidak paham konsep (NU), miskonsepsi (MSC), dan eror (UnC). Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh persentase siswa yang paham konsep sebesar 8,33%, paham konsep sebagian sebesar 0,67%, kurang pengetahuan sebesar 44,67%, tidak paham konsep sebesar 4,00%, miskonsepsi sebesar 38,33%, dan eror sebesar 4,00%.

Abstract

his study aims to determine the generic science skills of students before and after learning using the Experiential Learning learning model. The research method in this study used a pre-experiment in the form of One Group Pretest and Posttest Design. The research instrument used was using a generic science test, student response questionnaires and observation sheets using the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used paired sample t test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that (1) the Experiential Learning Model had an influence in training students generic science skills as evidenced by the significance obtained, namely 0.000 <0.05, (2) The average learning implementation of the Experiential The learning model was 100% with a very good category,Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Experiential learning model has an influence on students' generic science skills so that the learning process is important to implement in other materials.

Abstract

This aims of  this research to know the effect of the STEAM approach POE learning model on students critical thinking skills. The material used in this research is the excreting system in humans. This research is a type of quantitative research using experimental methods. The POE learning model consist of 3 stages, namely predicting, observing and explaning. The approach taken in the learning uses STEAM which includes knowledge, technology, methods, art, and mathematics. The research population is class VIII MTs Al Karimi 1 Gresik for the academic year 2021/2022. The research population sample was class VIII A as the axperimental class and VIII B as the control class. The research instrument that was validated got a value of more than 0.75 with a very valid category. Student responses to the POE learning model with the STEAM approach obtained an average percentage of 91.84% which was categorized as very good. The result ahowed that the pre test score was 61.63 in the experimental class and 61.67 in the control class. Meanwhile, at the post test the experimental class scored 86.58 and the control class 7633. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of using the STEAM approach to the POE learning model on student’s critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility and student responses to the relationship between learning motivation and student learning outcomes in grade VII SMPN 1 Karang Penang Sampang. This research is an ex-post facto research with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were all students of class VIII SMPN 1 Karang Penang with a total of 31 students. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between students' learning motivation and student learning outcomes in Natural Science subjects in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year with a significance value of 0.002 0.05 and a calculated F of 0.535% with a fairly valid category. know that there is a relationship between motivation and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the creative thinking ability of students at SMP Negeri 1 Sepulu, Sepulu district, Bangkalan regency in terms of the VAK learning style on environmental pollution material. The research used a type of qualitative dscriptive research carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Sepulu with a population of all classes VII for the 2021-2022 school year. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The research sample taken was 29 students. Data were collected using creative thinking skills tests, learning style questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: At SMP Negeri 1 Sepulu there are 14 students with a visual learning style, 5 students with an auditorial learning style and 10 students with a kinesthetic learning style. The ability to think creatively based on visual learning styles has an average score of 65 with good criteria, an auditorial learning style averages a score of 74 with good criteria and a kinesthetic learning style with an average score of 71 good criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of student cognitive learning after the application of Scramble learning model. The method used is the pre-experimental type of quantitiative method with the One Group Preterest-Posttest Design design. The sample in this study ware students class VII A MTS Raudlatul Ulum Klampis amounted to 19 students of the third semester of 2021/2022. Data-up technique through cognitive learning outcomes test. The average value of the preterest value is 48.42, while the average value of the posttest value is 84.11. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the pretest and posttest 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Then the avarage N-gain valuenof cognitive learning is 0,73 with high criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to determine learning outcomes, learning motivation, and student learning outcomes in terms of learning motivation on global warming material. The technique used as a data collection tool in this study is a test instrument used to measure learning outcomes, a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale used to measure student learning motivation, and Pearson correlation test to determine the relationship between learning outcomes and learning motivation. In this study, the sample used was 125 seventh grade students at SMPN 1 Kepohbaru, Bojonegoro. The research variable consisted of two categories, namely the independent variable (learning motivation) and the dependent variable (learning outcomes). The results of the percentage of the average value of 72% are in the good category. Student learning outcomes in the very good category were 15 students (12%). In the good category 54 students (43.2%), in the sufficient category 42 students (33.6%), and in the 14 students category (11.2%). The results of the average percentage of learn-ing motivation that is 80.5% are in the high category. Students' learning motivation in the high category was 95 students (76%), in the medium category there were 30 students (24%) and in the low category 0 students (0%). Based on data analysis and research results as well as hypothesis testing that has been carried out, it is con-cluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between learning out-comes and learning motivation in seventh grade students of SMPN 1 Kepohbaru Bojonegoro. This means that the higher student learning outcomes, the higher the motivation to learn. With a correlation index of 1.165 with a t count of 21.642 and a coefficient of determination of 135.7%, it means that motivation contributes 135.7% to science learning outcomes while the rest is determined by other factors.

Abstract

The low level of science process skills, lack of variety of learning models, and limited laboratory facilities are the problems that underlie this research. This research uses quantitative research with the pre-experimental method with one group pretest-posttest research design. The sampling technique used was a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling type with the sample used in this study was 32 students of class VIII C UPT SMP Negeri 22 Gresik in the 2021-2022 academic year. Data collection techniques through science process skills tests, student response questionnaires, and observation of learning implementation. The result showed that: 1) the paired sample t-test analysis obtained a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 and t count < -t table with (-64,266 < -2,0395), indicating that there were differences in students' science process skills before and after the application of the guided discovery learning model with a virtual laboratory on students' science process skills. 2) The test of students' science process skills after the application of the guided discovery learning model with a virtual laboratory was 71% in the high category. Based on these results, it can be conclution that there are differences in students' science process skills before and after the application of guided discovery learning with virtual laboratories.

Abstract

Documentary film is a film based on true events. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility and response of students to documentary films. This research is a development research using the ADDIE model. The results of the material validation results obtained a score of 90% anda reliability of 92,6%.  Media validation results obtained a score of 96% and 98% reliabilty. Based on the validation results, it is known that documentary films are suitable for use. While the results of the average lift the response of students get a score 80,38% (good) so that it can be concluded that students are interested in learning environmental pollution materials using documentaries.Â
