Abstract

Abstrak. Telah dilakukan studi mengenai analisis kadar cemaran logam berat timbal (Pb) dan arsen (As) terhadap susu kambing dengan metode spektrometri serapan atom (SSA). Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk menentukan kadar logam berat timbal dan arsen pada susu kambing dengan metode SSA. Hasil analisis dibandingkan dengan kadar logam timbal dan arsen dengan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) susu segar. Sampel diperoleh dari peternakan kambing di Desa Limpok dan didestruksi secara basah dengan penambahan HNO3 65% menggunakan microwave preparation sample system pada tekanan 30 atm dan suhu 200 selama 66 menit. Pengukuran logam timbal diukur pada panjang gelombang 283,3 nm, sedangkan pengukuran logam arsen diukur pada panjang gelombang 193,7 nm dengan teknik Vapour Generator Hydride Accessories (VGHA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sampel susu kambing tidak terdeteksi adanya kadar logam timbal, sedangkan kadar arsen pada sampel susu kambing sebesar 0,004291 ppm. Berdasarkan ambang batas kadar cemaran logam berat arsen pada susu segar yang telah ditetapkan oleh SNI 01-3141-1998, kadar logam arsen pada sampel susu kambing masih dalam batas aman untuk dikonsumsi karena kadar arsen tidak malampaui batasan yang ditetapkan SNI yakni sebesar 0,1 ppm.Kata kunci :susu kambing, timbal, arsen, spektrometri serapan atom Abstract. Research on the analysis of lead weight metal content (Pb) and arsenic (AS) in goat milk using atomic absorption spectrometry (SSA) method has been conducted. This study aims to determine the levels of heavy metals lead and arsenic in goat milk with SSA method. The results of the analysis were compared with lead and arsenic levels with Indonesian National Standard (SNI) of fresh milk. Samples were obtained from goat farms in Limpok and were damaged wet by adding 65% HNO3 using a microwave preparation sample system at a pressure of 30 atm and a temperature of 200 ℃ for 66 minutes. Measurement of metal lead was measured at a wavelength of 283.3 nm, while the measurement of arsenic was measured at a wavelength of 193.7 nm by the Vapor Generator Hydride Accessories (VGHA) technique. The results showed that the sample of goat's milk was not detected the presence of lead metal content, while the arsenic level in the goat milk sample was 0.004291 ppm. Based on the threshold level of arsenic content of heavy metal arsenic in fresh milk which has been determined by SNI 01-3141-1998, the level of arsenic in goat milk samples is still within the safe limit for consumption because the arsenic level does not exceed the SNI specified threshold of 0.1 ppm.Keywords: goat milk, lead, arsenic, atomic absorption spectrometry
