Abstract

This research is a study that compares the financial performance of Sharia Commercial Bank spin-off and acquisition. This research used BJB Syariah Bank and BNI Syariah Bank as a sample from Syariah Bank of spin-off result meanwhile Bank BRI Syariah, Bank BCA Syariah, and Bank Syariah Bukopin as sample from Sharia Public Bank of acquisition result. This research uses annual data for the period 2015-2017. Data analysis technique used is different test by using hypothesis test Independent Sample T-Test and the Mann Whitney U Test. The results of this study indicate that from the results of different tests there is no significant difference from the financial performance of the Islamic Commercial Banks resulting from spin-offs and the results of Acquisitions in financial ratios CAR, ROA, FDR, NPF, and BOPO.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, and inflation rate to return stock of sub sector tourism, restaurant, and hotel companies listed on Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). The population used is sharia service sector companies listed on ISSI. The sample is determined using purposive sampling. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is a panel data regression. Based on the results with a significance level of 5%, this study shows: Current ratio, Debt to equity ratio, and Inflation rate partially have No. significant effect to return stock. Return on equity partially has asignificant negative effect to return stock. Current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, inflation rate simultaneously have a significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Third Party Funds, Non Performing Financing and Inflation of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Financing Allocation of Islamic Banking in Indonesia. Population of this study is Islamic Banking listing in OJK. Sample technique used in this research is saturated sampling. The data used in this study is secondary data published by OJK during the period 2014-2018. Analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, using the SPSS application program. Based on the result of the analysis with a significance level of 5%, the study shows the following result: DPK partially not have a significant influent on the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Financing Allocation. NPF and Inflation partially have significant effect on the MSME Financing Allocation. DPK, NPF, and Inflation simultaneously have a significant influent on MSME Financing Allocation. All the variables X contribute simultaneously to variable Y, based on the results of the analysis the coefficient of determination is 62,3%, and the balance is equal to 37,7% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of Islamic stocks in several companies which are listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) from January 2014 to November 2018. This study uses the Shari'a Compliant Asset Pricing Model (SCAPM) method modification of the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) to be appropriate with sharia principles. The variables of this study are Stock Return (Ri), Market Return (Rm), Stock Beta (β), SBIS Yields, Requred Rate of Return (RRR). The sample in this study is determined by using purposive sampling. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research and data collection technique is from the documentation of secondary quantitative data, then they are all processed by Microsoft Excel. The results of this study, from 12 samples of sharia stocks shows that there are 7 sharia stocks classified as efficient and 5 sharia stocks classified as inefficient.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of several financial ratios, namely (FDR), (NPF), (CAR) and (OER), on the profitability of Indonesian Islamic Commercial Banks from 2015 to 2019. The sample size is 12 BUS, and the time period is 2015-2019 (5 years). Using Panel Data Regression Analysis Method According to the research, the selected estimate is the Randon Effect Model (REM). The hypothetical results show that the variables NPF, FDR, CAR and BOPO have a significant effect on ROA at the same time, with a significance value of 0.00000. Part of the test results show that FDR variables do not affect ROA, while NPF, CAR, and BOPO variables have significant effects on ROA. The determinant coefficient of Adjusted R2 is 0.792175 or 79,2175%, which means that the four independent variables can explain the dependent variable, while the rest are affected by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio and Non-Performing Financing on Return On Assets through Murabahah Financing as an intervening variable. The object of this research is Bank Muamalat Indonesia during the period 2009-2020. The data analysis technique used path analysis with the analysis tool SmartPLS software version 3.0. The data used is secondary data obtained from the quarterly published financial statements of Bank Muamalat for the period 2009-2020. The results of this study indicate the direct effect of CAR has a significant positive effect on Murabahah Financing, NPFt-1 has no effect on Murabahah Financing, CAR has no effect on ROA, NPFt-1 has a significant negative effect on ROA and Murabahah Financing has a significant negative effect on ROA, while the indirect effect it can be concluded that CAR has a significant negative effect on ROA and NPFt-1 has no effect on ROA through Murabahah Financing.

Abstract

The development of the Islamic finance industry in Indonesia has experienced a rapid increase, one of which is investment activities that occur in the capital market. Islamic mutual funds are an alternative for the public in investing. Mixed Sharia Mutual Funds are a form of product from sharia mutual funds that have less risk than other types of sharia mutual funds. The measuring instrument in sharia mutual fund investment is Net Asset Value (NAV). Things that can affect,the NAV of a sharia mutual,fund are the BI rate, Inflation, and the Exchange Rate. This study aims to determine the impact of these three variables on the NAV of Islamic mutual funds. Sources of data in the form of secondary data with purposive sampling method. This research uses multiplier,linear regression analys method. The results of this study indicate that the BI Rate and Inflation variables have’s a partially significant effect on the NAV of mixed sharia mutual fund, but the exchange rate variable has no partial significant effect on the NAV of mixed sharia mutual fund. The results also show that the BI Rate, Inflation and Exchange Rate have a simultaneous effect on the NAV of Islamic mutual funds.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to analyze the needs for the development of Islamic Bank Lab learning media. in Politeknik Negeri Bandung. The stages of research on needs analysis of teaching media development carried out were: data collection, data analysis and document review, identification of actors, and making use case diagrams. The analysis was carried out on the current system using PIECES analysis. The results of the PIECES analysis are made in tabular form. In addition, a functional and non-functional requirements analysis was also carried out. Identification of actors who will play a role in teaching media is described in the form of use case diagrams. The results of the PIECES analysis show that a system is needed that can accommodate practical learning in the lab. Islamic banks that can be accessed by students from anywhere in real time, fast and easy to use by all actors involved. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an information system as a learning medium in the Islamic Bank lab. Politeknik Negeri Bandung.
