Abstract

 THE THEOREMA CLASHES (TA‘A>RUD} AL- ADILLAH). This study is discuss the argument of the law (ta‘a>rud} al-adillah) clashing problem. This study was started by some cases the argument of  the law that looks clashed. In this case, there are two opinions of  ulama, namely: (1) qat}‘i> may not clashing, because every argument that qat}‘i>  requires the existence of  the law (madlu>l); (2) Ulama allows the two qat}‘i>  mutual clashing argument, where each argument was held by ulama as a qat}‘i> proof. The solution face two arguments of  the law which clashed is: (1) tawfi>q or compromise , namely facing two arguments who clash so that no visible again the existence of clashing; (2) takhs}i>s} or the setting aside, if two arguments clashing, one of  them is general special other, then the way out with special argument practiced to set a specific things according to its specialties, while the general public is practiced according to it’s general; (3) if it still contrary, then undertook to at least one of whom practiced, another is leaving, by doing nasakh-mansu>kh, tarji>h}, takhyi>r; (4) if the dispute cannot be avoided, then both the argument that choose, not practiced , namely by way of tawa>quf   dan tasaqut}. Important points from this review is that there is no contradiction between arguments of the law. If there is a conflict it is in outer side only, not the essential.keywords: Ta‘a>rud} al-Adillah, Tawfi>q, Takhs}i>s}, Tarji>h}, Tawa>quf.Tulisan ini membahas masalah perbenturan antar dalil hukum (ta‘ar> ud} al-adillah). Kajian ini diawali oleh beberapa kasus dalil hukum yang tampak berbenturan. Dalam hal ini, ada dua pendapat ulama, yaitu: (1) pendapat yang menyatakan bahwa dua dalil yang qat}‘i> tidak mungkin bertentangan, karena setiap dalil yang qat}‘i> mengharuskan adanya hukum (madlu>l); (2) ada ulama yang memungkinkan bertemunya dua dalil qat}‘i> yang saling berbenturan, di mana masing- masing dalil tersebut dipegang oleh ulama yang memandangnya sebagai dalil qat}‘i>. Solusi menghadapi dua dalil hukum yang berbenturan adalah: (1) tawfi>q atau kompromi, yaitu mempertemukan kedua dalil yang berbenturan sehingga tidak terlihat lagi adanya perbenturan; (2) takhs}i>s} atau pengkhususan, yaitu jika dua dalil tersebut berbenturan, satu di antaranya bersifat umum, yang lainnya khusus, maka jalan keluarnya dengan melakukan pengkhususan sehingga dalil khusus diamalkan untuk mengatur hal yang khusus menurut kekhususannya, sedangkan yang umum diamalkan menurut keumumannya; (3) jika masih bertentangan, maka diusahakan setidaknya satu di antaranya diamalkan, yang satu lagi ditinggalkan, yaitu dengan melakukan nasakh-mansu>kh,  tarji>h},  takhyi>r;  (4)  jika  pertentangan  tersebut tidak dapat dielakkan, maka kedua dalil itu ditinggalkan, tidak diamalkan, yaitu dengan jalan tawa>quf  dan tasaqut}. Poin penting dari kajian ini adalah bahwa tidak ada pertentangan di antara dalil- dalil hukum. Kalaupun ada, hal itu hanyalah bersifat lahiriah, secara substansial tidak bertentangan.kata kunci: Ta‘a>rud} al-Adillah, Tawfi>q, Takhs}i>s}, Tarji>h}, Tawa>quf.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to apply Torricelli law in order to determine flow velocity of fluid by calculating the rate of change of gallon bottled water volume by using the derived equation and measuring the time required until the water in the gallon is exhausted. This research used experimental method by varying the height of liquid in gallons so that the variation of fluid velocity and the rate of volume change are obtained. The results show that the maximum fluid velocity was 0.22 m/s with a rate of change of volume of 0,010 m3/s, and the minimum fluid velocity of 0.063 m/s with a rate of change in volume of 0,0028 m3/s.

Abstract

This research is based on the data collected from Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) on 8th grade students of SMP Negeri 7 Semarang that shows that many students still have low consciousness of independent learning and negative self-concept. The aim of this research is to find out relationship between independent learning and self-concept illustration of students using facebook. This research used ex post facto with correlational quantitative method. The populations used in this research are students of SMP Negeri 7 Semarang who use facebook. Data-collection method uses psychology scale which is independent learning and self-concept scale. Data-analysis technique uses percentage descriptive statistics and correlation analysis product moment. The result of percentage descriptive statistics showed that students’ independent learning was on high category (74.8 %) and students’ self-concept was on high category (77.8 %). According to the result of correlation product moment test, it showed that rhitung = 0,619 > rtabel = 0,148 that means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The result indicates there is positive and significant relationship between independent learning and self-concept of students of SMP Negeri 7 Semarang who use facebook

Abstract

Pengkajian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan hasil pengaruh model Problem Based Learning terhadap output nilai studi dan rasa ingintahu peserta yang dididik pada edukasi IPA kelas V SD Negeri Banjarwaru Kecamatan Ciawi Kabupaten Bogor. Jenis pengkajian kuantitatif dengan desain nonequivalent control group desain. Bahan bahan yang di ambil memakai teknik tes output nilai studi, angket, dan obesrvasi. Post-test output nilai studi experiment kelas dan control kelas nilai t hitung  > t tabel (2,841 > 1,99) dan nilai signifikansinya kurang dari 0,05 (p = 0,010 < 1,998). Output bahan bahan rasa ingintahu peserta yang dididik nilai t hitung > t tabel (2,841 > 1,998) sedangkan nilai signikansinya kurang dari 0,05 (p = 0,000 < 0,05). Hal ini mengindikasikan terdapat kontradiksi output nilai studi yang baik pada peserta yang dididik di experiment kelas yang mendapat pengajaran dengan memakai model Problem Based Learning dibandingkan peserta yang dididik di control kelas pada variabel output studi dan rasa ingintahu pada pengajaran IPA.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the problems that occurred, among others: LKS owned by students so far have not been able to train students to learn independently and low mastery of students on metabolic material. The purpose of this development research is to find out the development process and find out the results of the development of Multiple Intelligence Based Student Worksheets on the material of high school students' enzymes. This study uses the 4D development model by Thiagarajan et al. which includes 4 stages: Define, design, design and Disseminate. Testing of Multiple Intelligence-Based LKS products, there are several aspects including media assessment, assessment of material and readability tests. Multiple Intelligence-based worksheet validation results have been obtained by media expert validators with a percentage of 96.43%, by the material expert validator with a percentage of 84.21% and the students' readability trial results obtained a percentage of 65.33%. Based on the data that has been obtained for testing this Multiple Intelligence-Based LKS product, it is expected that in the future it can be tested on a large scale in the classroom for further development. Further development, can be done with classroom action training (PTK) or Experimental research.

Abstract

Technology-based learning needs to be done immediately in order to carry out more interested in learning and fostering student motivation. Furthermore, learning should be done byeach student characteristics.One of which is multiple intelligences based learning. Through the application of multiple intelligence assisted technology based learning, it is expected that the learning objectives will be more easily achieved by students. Interactive module based on multiple intelligences that has been validated was the product of this research and developmental experiment. This research was limited to the Changes of Genetic Material taught at the Genetics Course at IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. Research and development model was carried out by 4D model from Thiagarajan. This research phase includes define, design, design, and disseminate stages. The research data is obtained from the module validation score, both from material experts, media experts, and practitioners (students). The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Based on the results of the validation of media experts, material experts and small-scale trials, it is known that the percentage results are above 85%, so the product is declared valid. Furthermore, it is necessary to test the classical scale to find out its effectiveness in learning.

Abstract

Fe-25Al coating has been prepared on low carbon steel substrate by using a mechanical alloying technique. Structure of Fe-25Al coating before and after heat treatment at 600, 700, and 800 °C was studied by using XRD (x-ray diffraction) characterization. SEM (scanning electron microscopy) and EDX (energy disperse xray) were used to identified the morphology of cross-section of Fe-25Al coating after mechanical alloying process. The result of SEM, EDX and XRD showed that the Fe-25Al deposited uniformly on low carbon steel. The Fe-25Al coating formation has a solid solution Fe(Al) phase. Heat treatment caused the changing in the phase of Fe-25Al coating, where the Fe3Al phase with orientation of (110), (200) and (211) plane was formed. The optimum of diffusion process was occurs at temperature of 600C which was indicated by the increasing in the crystalline size and followed by the decreasing in the dislocation density and lattice strain. Increasing temperature on the heat treatment caused the changing in the structure parameter, such as lattice parameter, crystalline size, lattice strain and dislocation density. In this work, heat treatment on the Fe-25Al coating influenced the changing in crystal defect such as grain boundaries, vacancy and dislocation. It affected thechanges of lattice strain and crystalline size of Fe-25Al coating.AbstrakCoating Fe-25Al telah dipreparasi di atas substrat baja karbon rendah dengan menggunakan metode paduan mekanik. Struktur dari coating Fe-25Al sebelum dan setelah diberi perlakuan panas pada 600°C, 700°C, and 800°C dipelajari dengan menggunakan karakterisasi X-ray diffraction (XRD). Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) dan energy disperse X-ray (EDX) digunakan untuk mengetahui morfologi dari penampang lintang coating Fe-25Al setelah proses paduan mekanik. Hasil dari SEM, EDX dan XRD menunjukkan bahwa Fe-25Al telah terdeposisi seragam pada substrat baja karbon rendah. Coating Fe-25Al yang terbentuk memiliki fasa solid solution Fe(Al). Perlakuan panas menyebabkan perubahan fasa pada coating Fe-25Al, dimana terbentuk fasa Fe3Al dengan orientasi bidang (110), (200) dan (211). Proses difusi optimum terjadi pada suhu 600°C yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan ukuran butir, diikuti dengan berkurangnya densitas dislokasi dan regangan kisi. Meningkatnya suhu pada perlakuan panas menyebabkan perubahan parameter struktur seperti parameter kisi, ukuran kristal, regangan kisi dan kerapatan dislokasi. Dalam pekerjaan ini, perlakuan panas pada coating Fe-25Al mempengaruhi perubahan cacat kristal seperti batas butir, kekosongan dan dislokasi. Hal tersebut berakibat pada perubahan regangan kisi dan ukuran kristal dari coating Fe-25Al.

Abstract

مُلَخَّصُ البَحْثِ: يتناول هذا البحث دور تحليل الحاجات في تصميم  المقررات لأغراض خاصّة، متّخذاً من طلاب العربيَّة في كليَّة معارف الوحي عيّنة له، مع الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفيّ   التحليليّ؛  للإجابة  عن سؤال البحث : ما المقصود بتحليل الحاجات؟ ومادوره في تصميم مقرر العربيّة لأغراض خاصّة للطلاب المتخصصين في العربية؟ وقد تمّ توزيع استبيان على العينة المكونة من 100فرد، وبعد التحليل بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائيّ (SPSS) للدراسات الاجتماعيّة، توصل البحث إلى نتائج منها: حاجات أفراد العيّنة من مهارات اللغة الأربع على المستوى الأكاديمي، ترتيبها علي النحو التالي: الاستماع- الكلام –القراءة-الكتابة،  أمّا على المستوى الوظيفي فترتيبها : الكلام- الكتابة- القراءة . وقد أوصى البحث بضرورة تشجيع  الطلاب على الكلام بالعربية، وخلق آليات تساعد إلى دفعهم إلى الكلام. .

Abstract

Gresik Regency is famous for its industrial cities, almost all in the city of Gresik are surrounded by national industries, but not all Gresik regencies are in the form of industries including Manyar sub-districts. Manyar sub-district is in the form of agricultural land in the form of freshwater ponds. The condition of freshwater ponds does not always run without constraints in management, sometimes it works with abundant yields in fish production and sometimes also decreases production. The presence of small fish carried by river water flows can also be a barrier to the development of fish in the pond. Such conditions are always an unavoidable part. Through assistance in service in the Tanggulrejo village of Manyar Sub-district, the community has improved itself, the community has made freshwater fishponds in the form of fish carried by the swift flow of river water from neglected into commodities that can increase added value to the community's economy. From non-value, it is now a work commodity that generates financial resources in increasing income. Through assistance in the form of fish processing training - people are aware that the potential of their ponds can be better utilized and have more value than before. Kabupaten Gresik terkenal dengan kota industry, hampir seluruh dikota Gresik dikelilingi oleh industri nasional, namun tidak semua wilayah kabupaten Gresik berupa industri termasuk kecamatan Manyar. Kecamatan Manyar sebagian wilayahnya berupa lahan pertanian  berupa tambak air tawar. Kondisi tambak air tawar tidak selamanya berjalan tanpa kendala dalam pengelolaan,   terkadang berhasil dengan hasil yang melimpah dalam produksi ikan dan terkadang juga mengalamai produksi yang berkurang. Kehadiran ikan-ikan kecil yang terbawa oleh arus air sungai juga dapat menjadi penghambat perkembangan ikan-ikan  yang ada di dalam tambak. Kondisi semacam ini selalu menjadi bagian yang tidak dapat dihindari. Melalui pendampingan dalam pengabdian di desa Tanggulrejo Kecamatan Manyar masyarakat telah berbenah diri ,masyarakat telah menjadikan limbah tambak air tawar berupa ikan-ikan yang terbawa oleh derasnya aliran air sungai dari yang terabaikan menjadi komoditas yang dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah bagi perekonomian masyarakat. Dari yang tidak bernilai sekarang menjadi komoditas kerja yang menghasilkan sumber keuangan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan. Melalui pendampingan berupa pelatihan pengolahan ikan-ikan masyarakat menyadari bahwa potensi tambak mereka dapat dimanfaatkan dengan lebih baik dan lebih mempunyai nilai dibandingkan sebelumnya.
