Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between limb length, leg muscle explosive power and the ability to run 100 meters sprint in male students of class X in SMAN 2 Seluma. This type of research is multiple correlation research. The population in this study were the sons of class X at SMAN 2 Seluma totaling 65 students. sampling technique is purposive sampling the number of samples is 40 people. The instruments used were leg length measurement, vertical jump  test and sprint 100 meterFrom the calculation results, the conclusion in this study is that there is a very strong relationship between leg length and the ability to run sprint 100 meterThere is a very strong relationship between leg muscle explosive power and the ability to run sprint 100 metersthere is a very strong relationship between leg length, leg muscle explosive power and the ability to run sprint in male students of class X at SMAN 2 Seluma.

Abstract

This study results development aims to develop a sepaktakraw smash training model based on smash training aids. This research is based on a needs analysis with a survey method later according to the references and characteristics by looking at the analysis results of smash skill needs analysis model development based on media tools in the Pontianak city athletes packaged in print media products,  namely a training model book. This research uses a development research method that refers to the of Borg and Gall development stages, using Pontianak athletes sample, amounting to 40 people aged 12-17 years and included in the adolescents category. Based on needs analysis data obtained 100% of athletes need the development of a sepak takraw smash training model in Pontianak city athletes based on training aids and analysis by experts developing a sepaktakraw smash training model based on training aids in Pontianak city athletes is feasible so that it can be used in the first stage of group testing limited (stage 3 trials) totaling 20 athletes and field trials in stage 4 totaling 40 concluded that the exercise model was valid so that athletes and trainers could use it during training. Whereas the effectiveness test obtained t-count ? t-table (2.21-2.028 from the calculation results shows that there is a difference between the groups treated with the smash training model material that has been validated by experts (experimental group) experiencing progress results better training compared with a group that implement this type of training of trainers (control group) conclusion from these results is a model of skill training smash sepaktakraw-based tools drills smash in adolescent athletes Pontianak decent used as a medium for training in adolescent athletes.

Abstract

The main problem of the research is whether there is an effect of the model of the stone-based smash training exercise on Pontianak City sepaktakraw athletes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training models using tools to smash skills in Pontianak city athletes. Subjects were Pontianak athletes of 40 Pontianak athletes. The research method used is the True Experimental Design experiment. The type of True Experimental Design used was Pretest-posttest Control Group Design. Data collection was carried out by conducting a preliminary test of the Kedeng smash skill with a measurement tool for pool grabstart skill assessment, practice (training model using video media) and the final pool grabstart skill test. Data analysis and hypothesis testing using comparative analysis techniques using the Dependent sample t-test, namely Paired sample t-test and Independent sample t-test, namely t-Test: Two-Sample Assuming Equal Variances with a significant level α = 0.05. From the results of the hypothesis (t-test), the experimental group obtained a tcount of 9.67 with a t-distribution table at a significant level (∝) = 5% with a table of 2.101. It means tcount> ttable, 2.0101 there is a difference in the results of the smash skills in the post est and pretest in the experimental group. , 64% Calculation of gain score with a training model based on training aids gives an effect of 31.64% on the ability to smash.

Abstract

The development of gadgets, especially smartphones, is rapid, and most young people are very interested in them. Young people at this time are very familiar with smartphones. An educator sees the potential in smartphones to be used as an effective, efficient and attractive medium for the transfer of knowledge if adequately developed. This research and development aim to develop learning resources for test subjects and sports measurement, test materials and physical fitness measurements. This research begins with a needs analysis with a survey method and then develops learning resources with the characteristics according to the needs analysis results. The development of this learning resource produces a product in the form of a test application and measurement of physical fitness, which is packaged in * apk, which can be installed on an Android-based mobile phone. The research method used is a research and development method with development steps designed by Borg and Gall. The researcher modified the process according to the research needs. The subjects of this study were 35 students of sports coaching education who were taking tests and physical fitness measurements. A needs analysis was carried out using a survey method using a questionnaire. Product feasibility testing was carried out using content validation by experts by providing an assessment through a questionnaire, while product testing to see the product's effectiveness used a simple experimental method in the two groups and compared the acquisition of the final test results in the two groups. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative analysis. Based on the needs analysis data, it was found that 100% of students needed the development of this learning resource. Meanwhile, according to the results of the evaluation of the test and sports measurement, experts obtained an average score of 3.58 which means very good with a percentage of 89.44%; according to the learning technology, experts got an average score of 3.56 which means very good with a rate of 89.34%, learning experts obtained an average score of 3.67 which means very good with a percentage of 91.67%. The results of the small group trial got an average score of 3.26 which means good with a rate of 80.09%, while the results of the large group trial obtained an average score of 3.57 which means very good with a percentage of 87.96%. Thus, physical fitness mobile learning products are appropriate for use as learning resources and have proven effective in increasing students' understanding of concepts. This research and development product can still be better developed mainly in the quality of the test results analysis work system, navigation of each layer, animation, and the engraving design.

Abstract

Perbatasan merupakan wilayah yang memerlukan perhatian lebih, hal ini karena berbagai masalah muncul dan urgen untuk diselesaikan, salah satu isu yang harus ditangani serius adalah terkikisnya rasa mencintai tanah air Indonesia. Pada dasarnya, nasionalisme dapat ditanamkan dan dipupuk. Prodi Pendidikan Jasmani sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang berupaya ikut berperan melalui mata pelajaran PJOK yang memuat materi permainan tradisional dan dapat dijadikan aktivitas fisik berbasis kearifan lokal yang diharapkan menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan rasa nasionalisme bagi peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan gelar permainan khas daerah terkait dengan peran pendidikan jasmani khususnya materi ajar permainan tradisional sebagai media untuk berkontribusi  memberikan penguatan rasa nasionalisme. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM menunjukkan respon positif dari khalayak sasaran melalui kuesioner keberterimaan peserta didik.  Hasil baik tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan PKM memberikan kemanfaatan bagi masyarakat akademik di perbatasan. Dengan hasil PKM ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa menanamkan dan memupuk rasa nasionalisme melalui mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan memiliki hubungan positif dengan penguatan nasionalisme.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that there is no varied learning model in sports learning, especially to improve the motor skills of deaf students. This study aims to create a basic movement learning model for sports motor skills in deaf students. This study uses the ADDIE method, in ADDIE research 5 stages namely analysis, design, model development, implementation, and evaluation. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study are: a) The development of a basic motion learning model for sports motor skills in deaf students is feasible and can be used. b) The product of basic motion learning models for sports motor skills for deaf students has been tested and proven to improve the motor skills of deaf children. The development of basic movement learning models for sports skills for deaf students has a 100% ease of implementation, 86.3% clarity of implementation, 100% interest, 81.8% safety in implementation and 86.3% of equipment used.

Abstract

Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah memberikan workshop kepada para peserta tentang manajemen pertandingan olahraga dan bagaimana peran sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten untuk dapat memanajemen sebuah pertandingan olahraga agar kegiatan tersebut dapat terlaksana dengan baik sesuai dengan waktu dan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang berjudul Manajemen Pertandingan Olahraga berguna untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kepada mahasiswa bagaimana proses manajemen sebuah pertandingan olahraga. Proses terciptanya pertandingan olahraga dimulai dari Planning, organizing, directing dan controlling. Planning dalam organisasi adalah suatu rencana yang disusun sebelum kegiatan berlangsung yang bertujuan untuk merencanakan dan menyusun strategi pelaksanaan kegiatan agar dapat berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan tujuan, Organizing adalah pengelompokan kegiatan dan pembagian kerja sesuai keahliannya yang bertujuan untuk membagi semua anggota dalam kegiatan sesuai keahlian agar dapat melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik dan sesuai tujuan, Directing adalah bimbingan ataupun arahan yang dilakukan oleh atasan pada bawahannya yang tujuannya untuk membimbing dan mengarahkan bawahannya agar dapat melaksanakan tugas sesuai dengan tujuan dan Controlling adalah pemantauan ataupun pengecekan kegiatan pada saat pelaksanaan organisasi yang tujuannya untuk memastikan agar kegiatan organisasi tetap berjalan sesuai tujuan yang sudah direncanakan. Abstract

The problem in this study is the lack of self-confidence of students in learning. This study aims to determine the effect of the traditional boi-boian game on the character of self-confidence. The method used in this study is a pre-experimental method with the form of one group pretest and posttest research. This research uses total sampling, the population with a sample of all students following the criteria of specific age indicators with a sample of 38 and a population of 38 students using a pretest at the beginning and a posttest at the end of the study. The data analysis technique was a t-test with the help of SPPS version 22. The results showed an effect of the traditional boi-boian game on increasing self-confidence. The t-test result was sig. (2-tailed) for confidence 0.000 < 0, 05, then the results of the posttest group obtained the average self-confidence of the pretest group, which is 60.68. It can be concluded that the traditional boi-boian game influences the self-confidence of students at Solomon Elementary School, Pontianak City.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the effect of zig-zag running training using weights on increasing the dribbling ability of the U-20 year old Kepahiang football club Porma Fc athletes. This study used an experimental method with the One Group Pretest – Posttest design. The research instrument used was the Arsil dribbling test with a validity of 0.71 and a reliability of 0.63. The sample in this study consisted of 30 U-20 year old Kepahiang Porma Fc players. The results of the research on the dribbling test were that the pretest average was 51.23, and the posttest average was 57.7, an increase of 12.62%. The results of the t-test analysis between the pre-test and post-test have a significant effect. The calculation results state that the value of t count = 9.95 ≥ t table = 1.669 with a level of α = 0.05. There is a significant effect of zig-zag running training using weights on increasing the dribbling ability of U-20 year old Porma FC Kepahiang players.

Abstract

Kecamatan Paloh merupakan kecamatan yang terletak di kabupaten sambas provinsi kalimantan barat, kecamatan paloh merupakan kecamatan terluar indonesia berdampingan dengan negara malaysia. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi para guru-guru pendidikan jasmani, olahraga dan kesehatan. Khususnya menanamkan konsep physical literacy bagi guru-guru pendidikan jasmani, olahraga dan kesehatan baik pada jenjang Sekolah dasar, Menengah dan menengah atas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 18-19 Januari 2023 dengan jumlah peserta 20 orang. Peningkatan kemampuan physical literacy dilakukan dengan metode Forum Grup Discussion, melalui demonstrasi praktek dan penyampaian materi. Evaluasi untuk melihat kemampuan physical literacy para guru melalui pemberian lembar observasi, dan selain itu evaluasi terhadap pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilaksanakan di evaluasi berdasarkan kepuasan para peserta terhadap materi dilakukan melalui pemberian lembar observasi dan presentase hasil survey kepuasan 20 peserta adalah 80 % sangat puas, 15% Puas dan 5% Cukup Puas terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dapat disimpulkan para peserta mampu mengetahui dan menerapkan konsep physical literacy pada pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, olahraga dan kesehatan.
