Abstract

Beasiswa Peningkatan Prestasi Akademik (PPA) adalah beasiswa pendidikan dari Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional yang ditujukan bagi mahasiswa yang tengah berkuliah di perguruan tinggi, tak terkecuali di UNESA. Bobot yang digunakan pihak penyeleksi beasiswa dalam pemilihan penerima beasiswa dihitung berdasarkan beberapa kriteria, yaitu kriteria prestasi, kegiatan organisasi, IPK, penghasilan orangtua, tingkat semester, dan level UKT. Bobot tiap kriteria dinilai secara diskrit dan ditentukan secara terpisah (tidak saling berkaitan dengan kriteria lain) sehingga dibutuhkan suatu metode yang dapat melibatkan beberapa kriteria. Salah satu metode yang dapat diterapakn adalah Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (FANP).Metode FANP adalah penggabungan antara metode fuzzy (triangular fuzzy number) dan Analytic Network Process (ANP).Metode FANP mampu mengubah penilaian yang bersifat diskrit dari pihak penyeleksi beasiswa mengenai prioritas kriteria menjadi suatu nilai bobot pada penentuan beasiswa dimana keterkaitan antar kriteria juga diperhitungkan.Metode fuzzy digunakan untuk mengaitkan antar kriteria melalui triangular fuzzy number (TFN) dan diolah menggunakan Analytic Network Process (ANP). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan FANP, diperoleh bobot tiap kriteria dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa PPA di FMIPA UNESA, yaitu bobot penghasilan orangtua sebesar 24,783%; prestasi sebesar 18,802%; level UKT sebesar 16,417%; kegiatan organisasi sebesar 16,414%; IPK sebesar 14,148%; dan tingkat semester sebesar 9,436%.

Abstract

Abstrak Persimpanganajalanaadalahasuatuadaerahaumumadimanaaduaaataualebiharuasajalanasaling bertemu atau berpotongan yang mencakupafasilitasajalur jalan danatepi jalan, dimanaalalu lintasadapat bergerak diadalamnya. Pengendalianaarus lalu lintasaditetapkan melalui aturanalalu lintasayang diaturaoleh lampu lalu lintas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukameminimalkan waktuatungguakendaraan di persimpanganalampu lalualintas dimana persimpangan Polisi Istimewa terdiri dari 4 jalan yaitu jalan Raya Darmo (utara), Jalan Polisi Istimewa, Jalan Raya Darmo (selatan) dan jalan Dr. Soetomo dimana lampu lalu lintas Polisi Istimewa memiliki satu siklus yang terdiri dari tiga fase. Data diambil pada 17 Januari 2019 pada pukul 10.00-10.30. Analisa data volume kendaraan di persimpangan lampu lalu lintas Polisi Istimewa berdistribusi Poisson mengginakan software SPSS 22. Pada skripsi ini, hasil analisa kapasitas kendaraan pada jalan Raya Darmo Selatan adalah 54 mobil dan 100 motor, jalan Raya Darmo Utara menuju Raya Darmo Selatan pada fase pertama 36 mobil dan 75 motor, jalan Raya Darmo Utara menuju jalan Dr. Soetomo adalah 13 mobil dan 38 motor, untuk jalan Raya Darmo Utara pada fase kedua 26 mobil dan 38 motor, jalan Dr. Soetomo dan jalan Polisi Istimewa adalah 22 mobil dan 32 motor. Abstract

The transportation system has a very important role in service to each customer because it must guarantee product mobility and at the same time be able to minimize transportation costs. In the distribution process in general, various problems arise, one of which is the problem of shipping routes so that transportation costs are less than optimal. Problems with suboptimal delivery routes are included in the Vehicle Routing Problem. For this reason, it is necessary to optimize the shipping route with an appropriate method. The method used in this study is the Clark and Wright Saving Heuristic method. This paper discusses the determination of minimum transportation costs in the selection of shipping routes using the Clark and Wright Saving Heuristic method for coffee delivery. The results of applying this method to the company's problems obtained optimal routes and transportation costs incurred are also optimal. The total distance and transportation costs of the company are 12,551.4 km and Rp. 22,550,372.-. While the total mileage and transportation costs using the Clark and Wright Saving Heuristic method are 7,324.3 km and Rp. 12,777,454, -. Thus if the Clark and Wright Saving Heuristic method is applied in the company, it will minimize the total mileage and transportation costs incurred.

Abstract

Rehabilitation and reconstruction was an activity in a region that had been affected by natural disaster. Rehabilitation and reconstruction is done in accordance with regulation created according to rehabilitation and reconstruction guidline disaster. Standard provision enacted with rehabilitation and reconstruction priority identification are needed because it is necessary to make the normalization of life and optimize life toward a region after natural disaster. In this study using the MAUT (Multi Attribute Utility Theory) method to determine priorities for rehabilitation and reconstruction after natural disaster. The result of the MAUT calculation method obtained recommendations regarding the determination of priorities for post-natural disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction in the area of ​​East Java Province based on the data of 3 years recently obtained a rating (0,145027967) as the highest assessor is the area affected by natural disaster namely Sidoarjo in 2017. (0,1609600) as the highest assessor is the area that struck natural disaster namely Kediri in 2018 (0,149155) as the highest assessor is the area affected by natural disaster that Pacitan in 2019. Abstract

The selection of outstanding students needs to be done at each university, so that the potential possessed by students in the form of hard skills and soft skills can be increased and the achievements obtained are better. Hard skills and soft skills can be developed by the students participate in various activities that have been made by the department, faculty, and campus. Outstanding students mentioned in this regard should have a good performance in academic and non academic. In the Achievement Student Selection (Pilmapres) there are several criteria that must be met. To determine the priority criteria that influence in this Pilmapres it is necessary to calculate the weight of each criterion. In this study the Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (FANP) method is used. Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (FANP) method is a combination of fuzzy method and Analytic Network Process (ANP) method. By using the FANP method it can be seen that the criteria which are very influential are the criteria for the achievement of field competition where the weight is 22%, the award rate criteria is 17,9%, the weighting criteria for the superior performance results is 14,1%, the weighting criteria for the superior performance award is 11,9%, the weighting of the role criteria in the superior achievements was 11,6%, the weighting of the registrant identity criteria was 10,9%, and the weighting of the career criteria in the organization was 7,6%. For the sub-criteria that influence in the Pilmapres, among others, are innovative findings which have a weight of 27,6%, a work subcriteria 26,9% and a product subcriteria 25,6%.

Abstract

Proyek merupakan suatu rangkaian pekerjaan yang diadakan dalam selang waktu tertentu dan mempunyai tujuan khusus. Perbedaan proyek dengan pekerjaan lain terdapat pada keberadaannya yang tidak bersifat rutin, sehingga pengelolaannya memerlukan perhatian lebih. Salah satu hal yang sangat mempengaruhi keberhasilan proyek adalah pada perencanaan jadwal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi resiko kegagalan dalam proyek dengan perencanaan penjadwalan pembangunan TK Pembina Kecamatan Johan Pahlawan Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Technique) untuk mengetahui peluang penyelesaian proyek sebelum waktu terjadwal dan CPM (Critical Path Method) untuk mengetahui kegiatan-kegiatan kritis yang harus dilakukan sesuai jadwal tanpa adanya penundaan. Hasil dari CPM adalah kegiatan kritis yaitu B-F-I-J-K-O-Q-T-W-X-AK-AM dengan durasi selama 160 hari dan peluang penyelesaian proyek dari analisis PERT yaitu sebesar 43.86%. Hasil penjadwalan proyek disajikan dalam Diagram Gantt.

Abstract

The current technological era has rapid progress so as to bring change in all fields to become all-digital. The impact of these technological advances also occurs in business transactions. E-commerce is a media of buying and selling transactions in digital form. E-commerce used in this study is e-commerce with the type of Business to Customer (B2C). The number of e-commerce established sometimes makes consumers waver in choosing e-commerce with good quality. The selection of the best e-commerce in this study uses four e-commerce sites, namely Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, and Bukalapak. Four e-commerce sites were selected based on the best e-commerce sites in Indonesia which were then carried out preliminary research with the target respondents of Surabaya residents. In the selection of the best e-commerce rated based on ten good e-commerce criteria namely application quality, product variety, completeness of description, price, variation of payment methods, variation of shipping methods, suitability of goods with pictures, speed in replying to customer questions, timeliness in packaging product, loyalty to the customer. The purpose of this study is to be able to find out how to determine the weighting of criteria and to know the application of Fuzzy Topsis Intusionistik to each criterion in the Selection of the Best E-commerce and to know the results of the application of a Decision Support System (SPK) using Fuzzy Topsis Intusionistik for the Best E-commerce Selection. Abstract

Perusahaan asuransi adalah lembaga keuangan yang menghimpun dana berupa premi dari nasabah (tertanggung) yang bertujuan untuk menanggulangi risiko yang akan dihadapi nasabah. Ada banyak tujuan yang harus ditetapkan dan dicapai perusahaan asuransi agar kuat secara keuangan. Perusahaan asuransi perlu menganalisis kondisi keuangan untuk mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan keuangan perusahaan. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan yaitu melalui rasio keuangan. Manajemen keuangan perusahaan asuransi harus melibatkan pencapaian berbagai tujuan secara bersamaan. Oleh karena itu, metode goal programming mampu menangani masalah keputusan yang melibatkan banyak tujuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menerapkan metode goal programming dalam menganalisis dan mengoptimalkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan asuransi berdasarkan rasio keuangan sehingga didapat solusi optimal dan sensitivnya. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan data Laporan Tahunan PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia dari tahun 2014 hingga 2018. Rasio keuangan yang digunakan adalah likuiditas, solvabilitas, rasio laba terhadap aset, rasio laba terhadap ekuitas, rasio kerugian, rasio biaya operasional, rasio pinjaman terhadap ekuitas, rasio hasil underwriting, pertumbuhan premi, rasio operating asset turnover, yield on investment, dan rasio net profit margin. Penyelesian metode goal programming pada penelitian ini menggunakan software LINGO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia mampu memenuhi semua tujuan yang diusulkan dan tidak ada perubahan pada setiap sasaran. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia sangat baik.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan dasar yang menjadi perhatian pemerintah yaitu masalah kemiskinan. Oleh karena itu untuk mengurangi kemiskinan, pemerintah menyelenggarakan program bantuan sosial yaitu program raskin. Raskin sebagai bentuk dukungan dalam meningkatkan ketahanan pangan serta memberikan perlindungan sosial kepada rumah tangga miskin. Dalam penelitian ini, dibangun sistem pendukung keputusan yang bertujuan untuk menyeleksi calon-calon rumah tangga yang berhak menerima bantuan raskin. Untuk menerapkan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam penentuan penerima bantuan raskin yaitu menggunakan metode ELECTRE. Metode ELECTRE merupakan salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan multikriteria berdasarkan pada konsep perankingan. Adapun kriteria yang digunakan dalam penentuan penerima bantuan raskin yaitu jenis pekerjaan, jumlah pendapatan, jumlah anak, status kepemilikan rumah, luas rumah, kondisi rumah dan daya listrik rumah. Dengan adanya kriteria ini, diharapkan penyaluran bantuan raskin tepat sasaran. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode ELECTRE, dapat disimpulkan bahwa alternatif terbaik adalah A6, A3 dan A5.

Abstract

Depression is a disease whose main symptoms are unclear and ambiguous. Depression has a wide influence on health, lifestyle and economic losses. Causes of depression can be seen from sleep disorders, uncomfortable environment, and excessive use of antidepressant drugs. This research determines the level of depression in the final year students who are in the thesis work phase, especially in the mathematics department of FMIPA UNESA, and implements it into fuzzy logic.This type of research is qualitative and quantitative.
