Abstract

The research was conducted at Garuda Plaza Hotel Medan. The purpose of this study is to find out the level of motivation, the level of work discipline, the level of performance of hotel employees,as well as whether there is an influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of Garuda Plaza Hotel Medan employees both partially and  simultaneously. the research method used is deskriptif quantitative method. Furthermore, data collection techniques are used by disseminating questionnaires,interviews, and observations. The data analysis technique used is double-digit linear regressionanalysis. based on the analysis of respondents' answers, the results were obtained that the level of motivation and level of employee discipline had a positive and significant effect. While the level of employee performance is in the category of positive and significant influence. The results of this study show that: there is an influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of Garuda Plaza Hotel Medan  employees both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the accounts receivable turnover affects the profitability of PT. BPR Syariah Adeco Langsa. The sample of this research is PT. Adeco SRB in 2016-2018, sampling using purposive sampling is a technique used to achieve certain goals. Data analysis using simple regression, hypothesis testing with the coefficient of determination (R2) test, partial test (t test), while processing data using SPSS 24. The results of research using the ttest is known that the pivot rotation variable has no effect on profitability at PT.Adeco Langsa SRB. Where the t-value for the Accounts Receivable Turnover variable is 0.171 <1.8124 and the significant value is 0.868> from alpha 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the efficiency in the use of PT working capital. Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk, by using the Financial Ratio in analyzing the efficiency. In this research, it is known that there is an inaccuracy in the source of the use of working capital in 2016-2018. When viewed from the efficiency ratio of working capital use and when compared with the standard measurement of the efficiency of working capital use, then seen from the liquidity ratio in 2016-2017 is good while in 2018 is quite good, the activity ratio for the accounts receivable turnover is less efficient, even for the Inventory turnover is quite efficient and the capital turnover ratio is quite efficient, and seen from the profitability ratio for return on assets and return on equity ratio in 2016 is quite effective and in 2016-2018 is less effective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Perusahaan Umum Jaminan Kredit Indonesia.Sampel penelitian ini yaitu karyawan Perusahaan Umum Jaminan Kredit Indonesia Kantor Wilayah I Medan yang berjumlah 30 orang.Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah melalui penelitian lapangan yaitu dengan observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan kuesioner dalam bentuk jawaban. Dalam hal ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, yakni analisis yang melakukan penelitian secara langsung ke lapangan dengan cara melakukan studi lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan metode SPSS yaitu regresi linear sederhana, diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (KD) sebesar 99,6%, dengan nilai kolerasi sebesar 0,998. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Umum Jaminan Kredit Indonesia Kantor Wilayah I Medan.

Abstract

Abstrak, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh struktur modal secara signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan pada PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam bentuk laporan keuangan lengkap untuk tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2017, Pengambilan sample menggunakan convenience sampling yaitu penentuan sample berdasarkan keinginan peneliti. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji parsial (uji t), dan uji simultan (uji f), sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari uji koefisien determinasi (R2) variabel Debt to Equity Ratio dan Debt to Assets Ratio mampu menjelaskan keberadaannya terhadap variabel Return On Equity, selain itu secara uji simultan (uji F) variabel struktur modal (DER dan DAR) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan (ROE) pada PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, sedangkan secara uji parsial (Uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel struktur modal yang meliputi Debt to Equity Ratio dan Debt to Assets Ratio menunjukkah bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROE), dan Debt to Assets Ratio berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROE).
