<![CDATA[ AbstrakAnalisis Kualitas SDM dan Motivasi terhadap Efektifitas Kepemimpinan Camat di Kecamatan Tanralili Kabupaten Maros (dibimbing oleh Dr. Abdul Rachmat Tjanring,M.M dan ,Dr.Hasmin,S.E.,M.Si) Penelitian ini bertujuan : 1)Untuk mengetahui Kualitas SDM terhadap efektifitas kepemimpinan camat di kecamatan tanralili .2)Untuk mengetahui Motivasi terhadap efektifitas kepemimpinan camat di kecamatan tanralili. 3)Untuk menganalisis kulitas SDM dan Motivasi terhadap efektifitas kepemimpinan camat di kecamatan tanraliliLokasi Penelitian adalah pada Kantor Camat Tanralili di Kabupaten Maros Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 35 orang,metode analis data dengan menggunakan uji validitas,uji realibilitas,metode korelasi parsial ,koefisien korelasi dan koefisien determinasi.Untuk pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan metode regresi liner berganda Uji T dan Uji F. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan bahwa : 1)bahwa kualitas SDM tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap efektifitas kepemimpinan Camat Tanralili Kabupaten Maros. 2)Pengujian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektifitas kepemimpinan Camat Tanralili Kabupaten Maros. 3)Pengujian ini membuktikan bahwa kualitas SDM dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektifitas kepemimpinan Camat Tanralili Kabupaten Maros Kata Kunci : Kualitas SDM, Motivasi, dan Efektifitas Kepemimpinan ABSTRACTThis study aims: 1) To know the quality of human resources to the effectiveness of the leadership of the sub-district camat tanralili. 2) To know the motivation of the effectiveness of the leadership of the sub-district in tanralili. 3) To analyze the quality of human resources and the motivation for the effectiveness of the leadership of the subdistrict head in Tanralili sub-districtThe research location is at Tanralili District Office in Maros Regency South Sulawesi Province. The population in this research are 35 people, the method of data analisys using validity test, reliability test, partial correlation method, correlation coefficient and determination coefficient. For hypothesis testing done by method multiple linear regression Test T and F test.
