Abstract

This study aims to see "Analysis of leadership and motivation on the performance of employees at the investment office and integrated services Agam District". The number of population and sample in this research all employees at integrated investment office and service of Agam Regency through the spreading of questionnaire with likert scale model then tested to validan and reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is the method of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, after passing the classical assumption test using SPSS program. In this study leadership (X1) and motivation (X2) as independent variables, performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The result of this research is a). Leadership has positive and significant effect there is employee performance that is equal to 0,222 with significance level 0,026 <0,05. b). Motivation have positive and significant effect there is employee performance that is equal to 0,782 with significance level 0,000 <0,05, leadership and motivation together have positive significant effect to employee performance equal to 51,623 with significance level 0,000 <0,05. Based on the conclusions obtained then it is suggested to the next researcher, if you want to do a similar research is expected to add other factors that can affect the performance of employees such as incentives, work environment, and others.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Non-Performing Financing Strategies Case Studies In BMT Nagari Lasi Candung District Agam regency, from the results of research that the authors find in the field by using the population in this study all customers financing BMT Nagari Lasi, 105 people. From the results of data obtained from respondents processed by using SPSS program with stages through the test research instrument is the validity test , reliability, descriptive respondents, classical assumption test, to multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis the authors found that of the three independent variables that the author carefully that the interest rate loan margin has a positive and significant influence on the principle of financing. Then the second variable of the loan term has a positive and significant influence on the principle of financing. The variable of customer sales stability has a positive and significant influence on the financing principle. Then seen from the results of the test f showed that the variable interest rate margin loan, loan term and stability of customer sales simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the principle of financing. The result of determinant coefficient test shows that there are many other variables that influence the financing principle in BMT Nagari Lasi Candung Subdistrict of Agam Regency so it is expected for the next researcher to add another variable from the author's precise variable for the perfection of research in the field of financing principle.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze internal and external factors that influence the social marketing strategy of the Family Planning (KB) program at the Tanah Datar District TASKIN PMPKB Office and analyze what strategies are appropriate to be applied to the Tanah Datar TASKIN PMPKB Agency Office. In this study, the author uses the SWOT method to analyze internal and external factors and what strategies are appropriate to be applied to the TASKIN PMPKB Office of Tanah Datar Regency. Based on the SWOT analysis, the total score of the strength factor is more dominant or greater than the weakness factor at the Tanah Datar TASKIN PMPKB Office, which is 1.58 compared to 1.49. While the external factor, the opportunity score is greater than the threat score at the Tanah Datar TASKIN PMPKB Office, which is 1.81 compared to 1.14, so it can be concluded that all existing weaknesses can be covered or overcome with strengths. exist, as well as threats that come from outside can be overcome with the opportunities that exist for the Tanah Datar District TASKIN PMPKB Office.

Abstract

Karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pada hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh variabel karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang ditunjukkan dari nilai Adjusted R Square (R²) adalah sebesar 0.488. Hal ini berarti besarnya pengaruh dari variabel karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja dalam penelitian ini hanya mampu mempengaruhi variabel kinerja karyawan sebesar 48.8%.
