Abstract

Abstract - The problem in this research is that there has not been an analysis of the quality of the website of the Public Works Department of Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning, and Irrigation of Musi Rawas Regency at the Kelingi Tugumulyo Irrigation Area Technical Implementation Unit based on perceptions userso it is not known the quality of the website of the Public Works Office of Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning, and Irrigationin Musi Rawas District based on perceptions its users. and the unknown quality of the website Department of Public Works Human Settlements, Spatial, and Watering Musi Rawas is based on the dimensions of usability (usability), the dimensions of the quality of information (information quality), and the dimension of interaction quality of service (service interaction quality), it is not known quality website based on usability dimensions,information quality dimensions, and service interaction quality dimensions. Whereas in the previous study, theQuality Analysis Website Bengkulu Province Using the Method Webqual 4.0. This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of utilization and use from the community side of e-government websites. In this study, using techniques survey, to obtain data primary, namely by distributing questionnaires. In determining respondents or samples using probability sampling technique with the type of simple random sampling using data collection methods quantitative. The results of this study are based on three variables webqual that have a significant effect on the quality of the website of the Public Works Department of Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning, and Irrigation of Musi Rawas Regency. It can be concluded that the results of data processing indicate that there is a positive relationship between variables webqual on the quality of the website of the Public Works Office of Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning and Irrigation of Musi Rawas Regency. Keywords :Quality Website, Webqual Intisari - Masalah pada penelitian iniadalah belum dilakukan analisis kualitas website Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Cipta Karya, Tata Ruang, dan PengairanKabupaten Musi Rawas di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Irigasi Kelingi Tugumulyo berdasarkan presepsi penggunanya sehingga belum diketahui kualitas website Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Cipta Karya, Tata Ruang, dan Pengairan Kabupaten Musi Rawas berdasarkan presepsi penggunannya. dan belum diketahuikualitas website Dinas pekerjaan Umum Cipta Karya, Tata Ruang, dan Pengairan Kabupaten Musi Rawas tersebut berdasarkan dimensi kegunaan (usability),dimensi kualitas informasi (information quality), dan dimensi kualitas interaksi layanan (service interaction quality), sehingga belum diketahui kualitas website berdasarkan dimensi kegunaan (Usability), dimensi kualitas informasi (Information Quality), dan dimensi kualitas interaksi layanan (Service Interaction Quality). Sedangkan pada penelitian sebelumnya yaitu Analisis Kualitas Website Provinsi Bengkulu Menggunakan Metode Webqual 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang fenomena pemanfaatan dan penggunaan dari sisi masyarakat terhadap website egovernment.Pada penelitian ini memakai teknik survey, untuk memperoleh data primer yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Dalam menentukan responden atau sampel menggunakan teknik probabillity sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling yang menggunakan metode pengumpulan data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan tiga variabel webqual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas website Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Cipta Karya, Tata Ruang, dan Pengairan Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Dapat disimpulkan hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan positif antara variabel webqual terhadap kualitas website Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Cipta Karya, Tata Ruang, dan Pengairan Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Abstract

The development of technology today, especially information technology is growing very rapidly. Nowadays we often hear about internet technology which is the latest development of information technology. The development of internet technology is currently more developed towards user friendly, which means that it makes it easier for users to understand and carry out internet functions. In the business world, especially in the field of marketing, the internet is one of the global marketing media. In the information age that is global in nature, information can be easily and quickly disseminated and obtained. CV.Sumber Bakti Mandiri is a subsidiary of Anita Group that sells various kinds of smartphones, laptops, printers, and various other accessories. in buying and selling CV.Sumber Bakti Mandiri still input data manually using handwritten receipts, making it too difficult to process sales data. In this case, the problem that becomes the object of research, namely CV Sumber Bakti Mandiri, is how to design web-based information so that an order process can be fulfilled according to a predetermined time and can create extensive communication between sellers and buyers. Therefore, to support these efforts, a web-based product sales application was designed for the company.
