<![CDATA[AbstrakLatar Belakang : Perdarahan postpartum merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian maternal di dunia. Perdarahan postpartum didefinisikan sebagai kehilangan darah lebih dari 500 ml setelah persalinan pervaginal dan kehilangan darah lebih dari 1000 ml setelah persalinan abdominal. Tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh usia, paritas dan jarak kehamilan terhadap perdarahan porpartum di Klinik Madani Subulussalam periode tahun 2018-2019. Metode Penelitian dengan desain survey analitik dengan menggunakan case control, menggunakan data sekunder (rekam medic), Populasi penelitian adalah semua ibu postpartum di Klinik Madani pada periode tahun 2018-2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dengan konsekutif  sampling dengan pekerjaan responden yaitu ibu rumah tangga. Analisis bivariat dilakukan uji chi square dan analisis mulvariat di lakukan uji logistic binary. Hasil uji-chi squre pada usia tingkat kepercayaan 95% dengan  α = 0,05 dan sig p = 0,001 OR 9,444, paritas tingkat kepercayaan 95% dengan  α = 0,05 dan sig p = 0,468 OR 1,601, dan jarak kehamilan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dengan  α = 0,05 dan sig p = 0,028 OR 4,420, dan faktor yang paling dominan yaitu faKtor usia. Kesimpulan Ada pengaruh usia, paritas dan jarak kehamilan dengan perdarahan post partum di Klinik Madani Subulussalam, untuk itu disaran bagi ibu hamil agar memeriksakan kehamilan kepada tenaga kesehatan.Kata Kunci:Perdarahan postpartum, usia, paritas, jarakkehamilan AbstractBackground: Postpartum hemorrhage is defined as blood loss of more than 500 ml after vaginal delivery and more than 1000 ml after abdominal labor. Objective:This study aims to determine the relationship between age, parity and pregnancy spacing with post partum hemorrhage at Madani Clinic Subulussalam period 2018-2019.Method:This study used analytical survey with a case control approach, using secondary data from medical records. The study population was all postpartum mothers who were patients in Madani Clinic in period 2018-2019. The sampling technique of this study was with consecutive sampling with the work of the respondents namely housewives. Bivariate analysis performed chi square test and multivariate analysis performed binary logistic test.Result : Chi-square test results at age 95% confidence level with α=.05 and sig p=.001 OR 9.444, 95% confidence level parity with α=.05 and sig p=.468 OR 1.601, and pregnancy distance 95 confidence levels % with α=.05 and sig p=.028 OR 4.420, and the most dominant factor was age.The conclusion shows that there is an influence of age and the spacing of pregnancy with post partum hemorrhage at Madani Clinic Subulussalam, therefore it is suggested for pregnant women to check the pregnancy to health workers who aim to avoid and detect early complications experienced by mothers.
