Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik mustahik penerima dana zakat produktif, mekanisme distribusi zakat produktif pada BAZNAS Kabupaten Muaro Jambi serta mengetahui dan menganalisis efektivitas pengelolaan dana zakat produktif pada usaha mikro mustahik dilihat dari pendapatan sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan program dana zakat produktif. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini karakteristik responden mustahik dalam penerima program dana zakat produktif di BAZNAS Kabupaten Muaro Jambi ini mayoritas adalah perempuan dengan persentase 75%, berdasarkan usia persentase terbesar adalah 30% mustahik yang berusia 39-48 tahun, berdasarkan pekerjaan yang mendominasi adalah Iburumah tangga dengan persentase sebesar 42,5% dan usaha mikro mustahik mayoritas adalah jenis usaha kuliner dengan persentase sebesar 55%. Mekanisme distribusi zakat produktif dilakukan dengan pengajuan mendapatkan zakat produktif, pengisian formulir di BAZNAS Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, seleksi mustahik, pendistribusian dana zakat produktif, pembinaan dan dilakukan pemantauan program. Dari titik kesesuaiannya Skala Guttman dengan mengukur indikator efektivitas suatu program berdasarkan dengan jumlah rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar yang menjawab ya sebesar 86,85% dan responden yang menyatakan tidak sebesar 13,15% sehingga dapat dikatakan program dana zakat produktif di BAZNAS Kabupaten Muaro Jambi sudah efektif.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and create alternative strategies for the GENPRO and IPEMI communities as communities oriented towards Muslim entrepreneurs in increasing the empowerment of their members. The type of research is descriptive quantitative, and uses the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method. By using three strategy formulations, namely the data collection stage, the data matching stage, and the decision-making stage. It is hoped that the results of this study can become the basis for policies in increasing the empowerment of community members. The results showed that from the calculation of IFE and EFE analysis based on 65 respondents, the main strength is the routine coaching of members, while the main weakness is insufficient facilities and infrastructure. And the main opportunity is that members always participate in determining the direction of the community, while the main threat is that many members join more than one community. As well as the results of the QSPM calculation by 4 Respondents as those who determine the priority of policies to be taken, 7 strategies were chosen with the first priority being to accommodate cooperation between members by integrating all potential and productive resources with a TAS score of 5.596.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of zakat funds, opportunities and obstacles in the management of zakat funds and strategies for managing zakat funds at the Kedepatian Semerap Akbar Mosque. The type of data used in this research is primary data by conducting interviews with several sources such as Muzakki, Mustahik, Village Head, Amil, Traditional Leaders, KUA. The results of this study indicate that the zakat fund management system at the Akbar Kedepatian Semerap mosque uses manual recording, and has its own system that is regulated directly by custom, before the distribution of zakat funds Amil first gives coupons to Mustahik's house which is given 2-3 days before Eid al-Fitr.
