Abstract

The research was conducted in March to May 2014 in the village of Dry Canang,XX Village, District Sicanang Belawan, Medan, North Sumatra Province. The methodused is the method of experiment by using RAL with 3 treatments and 3 replications thatis feeding trash fish (P1), feeding chicken intestine (P2), and feeding shellfish seashell(P3). Data were analyzed using ANOVA (P <0.05). Test materials were used as much as36 crabs were maintained with the battery system inside a cages measuring 60 x 35 x 17cm3. Cages divided into 4 sections by placing bamboo as a divider so that 1 basketcontains 4 crabs. The results showed that feeding trash fish produces growth weight106,52 g, daily growth rate 1,52%, growth in length 1,37 cm and a higher 1,13 cm andsurvival rate 100%.Keyword : mud crab, food, and growth

Abstract

This study was conducted for 45 days from March to April 2013, inLaboratory Breeding Unit of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine SciencesUniversity of Riau. The aim of the study was to determine the growth and rate ofseed (Mystus nemurus CV) using a biofilter taiwanese clam (Anadonta woodianaLea) on aquaponic system. The method used in this study was experimen with 1factor and 3 treatments. The treatments were stocking density of 5, 10, and 15taiwanese clam (Anadonta woodiana Lea) of each treatment.The results showed that stocking density taiwanese clam has significantlyaffect on the water quality of ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, growth rate and survivalrate of seed. The best result was achived by treatment P3 (15 tawanese clam).Total absolute growth weight was 16.63 grams, 2.20% daily growth rate andsurvival rate of 81.67%.Keywords: Aquaponik, Biofilter, Taiwanese Clam, Mystus nemurus CV

Abstract

The aim of this research was to investigate the dose of Thyroxine (T4) hormone in fish meal on the growth of Bawal bintang fish (Trachinotus blochii, Lacepede). The research method used was experimental method and Complete Random Device (CRD) with four treatments and three replications. The treatments in this study were control (without thyroxine hormone), 0,3 mg Thyroxine hormone / kg of feed, 0,6 mg Thyroxine hormone / kg of feed and 0,9 mg Thyroxine hormone / kg of feed. The best result was treatment on 0,9 mg Thyroxine hormone / kg of feed with absolute growth weights (1,42 g), absolute growth length (2,34 cm), specific growth rate (6,07 %), feed efficiency (69,34 %) and survival rate (99,83 %).Keywords : Survival rate, Feed efficiency, Bawal bintang

Abstract

This study was conducted for 60 days from 29 June until 28 August 2013, in Laboratory Breeding Unit of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences University of Riau. The aim of the study was to determine the growth and survival rate of common carp (Cyprinus carpio L) using a biofilter fresh water clam (Pilsbryoconcha exilis) on aquaponic system. The method used in this study was experimen with 1 factor and 4 treatments. The treatments were density of 10, 20, 30, and 40 kangkung (Ipomoea reptana) of each treatment.The best result was invented on P3 (density of 40 watch) with absolute growth rate of 8,09 gram, length growth rate of 4,83 cm, daily growth rate 2,39%, survival rate of 97,76% and biomass rate of 154,49 gram. The best water quality parameters recorded during in the research period was achieved by P3 of ammonia (NH3) 0.02-0.05 mg/l, nitrite (NO2) 0.05-0.06 mg/l, nitrate (NO3) 1.64-0.63 mg/l, temperature 27-290 C, pH 5-6, dissolved oxygen (DO) 3-3.46 mg/l, and (CO2) 6.34-10.78 respectively.Keywords : Aquaponik, Biofilter, Fresh water Clam, Cyprinus carpio L

Abstract

The aims of the research was determine the optimal Bio Lacto probiotic boster dose on comersial feed additing to improve growth rate and survival of Nilem Fish (Osteochilus hasselti) in recirculation systems. The research was conducted for 40 days from April to May 2020. This research was conducted at the laboratory of aquaculture technology Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Riau University. The experiment method using a Completely Randomized Design (RAL) which consists of 4 treatments and 3 replications, is treatment 1). 0 mL/kg of feed (control); 2). 7 mL/kg of feed; 3). 9 mL/kg of feed; 4). 11 mL/kg of feed. The results of this study showed the addition of probiotics Bio Lacto in the feed to give significant effect to the growth rate of Nilem Fish (Osteochilus hasselti) reared in the recirculation system, but had no significant effect on the survival of Nilem fish seeds. The best treatment was found in the addition of probiotic at a dose of 11 ml / kg of feed giving absolute weight growth of 4.08 g, absolute length growth of 3.10 cm, feed digestibility of 75.5%, protein digestibility of 88.7%, specific growth rate of 3.31%/day, feed efficiency of 71.36%, feed conversion ratio of 1.40, and survival of 82.22%.

Abstract

Mata pelajaran pemrograman web merupakan mata pelajaran yang mutlak terdapat di jurusan multimedia pembahasan mata pelajaran pemrograman web mengenai bagaimana cara membuat html. Di dalam mata pelajaran pemrograman web terdapat beberapa masalah yaitu siswa di kelas kurang untuk mengapikasikan materi yang telah di sampaikan dalam pembuatan html web Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat media pembelajaran video CD Intraktif multimedia dengan mengunakan software camtasia pada mata pelajaran pemrograman web. pembelajaran yang dapat ditinjau dari segi segi materi, media, design, serta bahasa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Research and Development dalam bidang pendidikan. video CD Intraktif multimedia yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan mata pelajaran yang berada di Jurusan Multimedia yaitu Pemrograman Web. Tampilan video CD Intraktif multimedia dibuat semacam tutorial menampilkan cara pembuatan html web serta didalam materi yang dikembangkan terdapat konten multimedia berupa gambar, animasi dan efek sebagai pendukung interaktifnya video CD Intraktif multimedia yang dikembangkan. Hasil dari uji validasi terhadap validator ahli pada mata pelajaran pemrograman web dan guru pemgempu mata pelajaran pemrograman web di smk n 3 singaraja sesuai dengan indikator materi dari silabus.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of type offeeding is best to fish growth and survival of discus in the recirculation system.The method used in this study was a laboratoryscale experimental methods withdesign Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three treatments were giventreatment level is P1 = Tubifex, sp, Moina, sp = P2, and P3 = Artificial Pellets.The best result was treatment P3treatment using feed artificial pellet absoluteweight of 4.3 g and absolute length of 1.3 cm. Abstract

This research was conducted 17 juny to 16 july 2015 held at environmental quality laboratory cultivationand fish farming technology in order to determine the frequency of bacterial inoculants on pisciculture tub African catfish (Pangasius gariepinus) in promoting the development of plankton abundance with biofloc techniques. The method used in this research is experiment by using completely randomized design (CRD) 1 factor, 5 level treatments and 3 replications. The peak of plankton abundance on all treatments occurred on day 6, 14, and 22. The classes are Chlorophyta, Cyanophyta, Bacillariophyta, Xantophyta, Protozoa dan Rotatoria. The best average abundance of plankton is found in the frequency of bacterial inoculants 6 times every 5 days as many as 12,640 ind/L. It is supported by parameter of water quality in each treatmant where water quality consist of: temperatur 27-32 0C, pH 6,6-7,2, DO 2,39-4,80 mg/L, C02 3,99-18,11 mg/L, amonia 0,0005-0,0322 mg/L, turbidity 0,12-31 NTU, nitrate 0,12-8,04 mg/L, phosphate 0,13-1,18 mg/L and organic materials 13,90-26,99 mg/L respectivelyKey Words: biofloc, plankton, water quality.

Abstract

Study was conducted in January-February 2015, at mandiangin Freshwater Aquaculture Centres,kalimantan selatan province. This study aims to determine the growth of the seed gabus fish (Chana striata)and survival rate of the seed gabus fish(Chana striata) as well as to determine the efficiency of feed consumed of the seed gabus ffish (Chana striata), which are given artificial feed with different protein content. The research method used an experimental with 3 treatments and 3 replications of feeding 2 times a day with different protein content is 30 % , 35 % and 40 %. Test materials used 180 gabus fish (Chana striata) a container of 9 aquarium with stocking density 1 head / liter. The results showed that the artificial feeding with a protein content of 40% better compared to the feeding with a protein content of 30% and 35 %,that is a higher growth of weight gain (2,896 g), daily growth rate (9,03%), survival rate (80%)and feed efficiency 89.65 %.Keyword :Gabus fiish (Chana striata), Fedding made with diferen protein content, and growth.

Abstract

This research was conducted from April 2017 to Mei 2017, for 30 days in Aquaculture Technology Laboratory of Fisheries Faculty and Marine Sciences, University of Riau Pekanbaru. This study aimed to determine the effect of type of feeding is best to fish growth and pigmentation of guppy. The method used in this study was a laboratory-scale experimental methods with experimental design completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments were given treatment level is P1 = Tubifex sp, Moina sp = P2, and P3 = artificial Pellets added carrot flour P4 = ornamental fish pellet.
