Abstract

A business established generally aims to obtain maximum profit, one of which is by using increasing the volume of sales made. If this became a goal, then how to maintain the business is needed so that its surviral can be maintained and developed. In this study, Mr. Hari’s chicken egg business is one example of a business that require a strategy in developing its business and needs to know the position of the products it sells. The analytical tools in this research are BCG (Boston Consulting Group) Matrix and PLC (Product Life cyle). From the results of research with BCG analysis, it can be seen that the growth rate of the Mr. Hari’s chicken egg business market in 2020 is 27 % and the relative market share is 1.5x. This shows that the market growth rate and relative market share have a high value. It can be seen that Mr. Hari’s chicken egg business is in the “Stars Category”, the business unit is at a high growth rate, with a high share. This condition illustrates the great potential for a business until to be developed in the long term. In relation to the Product Life Cycle (PLC), it can be seen that position og Mr. Hari’s chicken egg business is at “The Growth Stage”, where at this stage it can expand the marketing network, so the stategy used is to maintain (hold), the product still in the same category. Abstract

Sulisti Afriani dan Sulisti Afriani: The purpose of this study was to determine the SWOT analysis is applied to the marketing strategy in the House and the House Fatmawati Soekarno Bengkulu. Data collection methods used were a questionnaire method to distribute a list of questions to respondents. The analytical method used is the SWOT analysis to determine the internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats), which will then be incorporated into the SWOT matrix.The results of this study showed that factor analysis in the table "Opportunities" (Opportunity) has a total score of 0.925, while the factor of "Threat" (Treaths) has a total score of 1.206. From the data in the two tables, it is known that the total score of each factor can be specified that the factor of "Strength (Strength)" has a total score of 1,662 while the factors of weakness (Weakness) has a total score of 1,328. And the factor of "Opportunities" (Opportunity) has a total score of 0.925 while the threat factor "(Treaths) has a total score of 1.206. It is known the value of "Strength (Strength)" beyond the differences of weakness (Weakness) of (+) 0.334 where the value is obtained from 1.662 to 1.328, and the value of the "Opportunities" (Opportunity) under the value of Threat "(Treaths) difference (-) 0.281 where the value is obtained from 0.925 to 1.206. Cartesian diagram SWOT Analysis "Home and Home Fatmawati Soekarno Bengkulu city is in quadrant II, so the history of the travel marketing strategy at both historic sites are: pursuing a strategy of concentric diversification, pursuing a strategy to diversify horizontally and conduct of business strategy for the results.Key words: Marketing Strategy, SWOT

Abstract

irta Wijaya, Neri Susanti dan Sulisti Afriani; The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the accessibility of financial statements to public accountability to the Local Government of North Bengkulu Regency. Sampling method by purposive sampling. Analysis method using Spearman Rank Correlation analysis. From the research result, it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between accessibility of financial report and public accountability to North Bengkulu Regency Government which seen from rs count> rs table (0,63> 0,450). While the strength of the relationship between the accessibility of the financial statements with public accountability is strongly apparent from the correlation value of 0.63 is at the interval of 0.60 - 0.799 with strong interpretation.Key Words: Financial reports, accessibility of financial statements, public accountability

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan Pemerintah mengenai minyak goreng, Harga minyak goreng terhadap kinerja usaha kuliner di Kota Bengkulu. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa nilai signifikansi kebijakan Pemerintah mengenai minyak goreng (X1) sebesar 0,01 (< 5%) ini artinya kebijakan Pemerintah mengenai minyak goreng berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha kuliner di Kota Bengkulu, sedangkan harga minyak goreng sebesar 0,04 (<5%) artinya harga minyak goreng berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha kuliner di Kota Bengkulu. Nilai signifikansi pada uji F sebesar 0,034 (< 5% atau 0,05)ini artinya bahwa secara simultan bahwa kebijakan pemerintah mengenai minyak goreng, harga minyak goreng berpengaruh terhadap minat usaha kuliner di Kota Bengkulu. Nilai R2 sebesar 0,721 yang artinya 72,1% variabel kinerja usaha dipengaruhi oleh variabel kebijakan pemerintah dan harga minyak goreng dan sisanya sebesar 27,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kunci: Kebijakan Pemerintah, Harga, Kinerja Usaha

Abstract

Retail growth business in Bengkulu city is getting attracted. Especially minimarket. The growth of retail business cannot separate from society need who need practice, comfortable and time saving. Retail must be active and always innovate in productivity or service, so they can compete in market place. Consumer who feel comfort with store environment also supported by emotional motivation which can increase impulse buying. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors which influence impulse buying on consumer of Indomaret and Alfamart at Danau Street Panorama Bengkulu. This research was conducted by using questionnaire as the research tool. The samples were taken by using non-probability method with accidental technique, the research was conducted a week on 74 consumers, 37 consumers for each store. Analysis were conducted by using rating scale, it is a raw data which obtained then being read in qualitative understanding. The result of this research shows that dominant factors influencing impulse buying on consumers of Indomaret and Alfamart is Elaborate Package displays factor the score 655 for Indomaret and 660 for Alfamart, the second factor is Product samples with the score 645 for Indomaret and 631 for Alfamart, the third factor is store promotional material for consumer with a score of 608 for Indomaret and Place based for media for Alfamart score is 627. The last factor or the lowest which influence Impulse Buying for consumer is Place base media factor for Indomaret with the score of 603 and Store promotional material factor for Alfamart with the score of 614.

Abstract

The Purpose of this study to Measure the Effect of Compensation towards the Performance of Civil Servants in the Regional Civil Service Agency and the Human Resources Development of Kaur Regency. Data collection used is the questionnaire method by distributing a list of questions to respondents. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis with simple linear regression analysis with manual calculations. The results of this study are that compensation affects the performance of civil servants in the Regional Civil Service Agency and the Human Resources Development of Kaur Regency. Results H1 was accepted. The percentage value of the effect of compensation on performance in this study was 24.15%. This is because the R square value obtained is 0.2415.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of service on CV. Kemala Aman Finance (KAF) of Bengkulu city which is analyzed using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The company focuses on a private institution engaged in micro Finance credit services engaged in the offering of capital services that has been established in 2011 until now. Based on the characteristics of the study obtained research samples as many as 112 respondents using the total sampling method. This type of research is descriptive research with quantitative approach by disseminating questionnaires. The results of the study obtained the quality of services provided by CV. Kemala Aman Finance (KAF) Bengkulu city of 5 dimensions falls into the category of quite satisfactory. With the score obtained by all dimensions are Tangible (85.07), Reliability (84.24), Responsiveness (83.41), Assurance (82.78), Empathy (83.20) with the highest score of 85.07 on tangible.

Abstract

This research aims to find out marketing strategy at PT. Raflesia Ocean Logistics City of Bengkulu. This research was conducted using SWOT analysis method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats). SWOT analysis is the identification of various factors systematically to formulate the right strategy for a company. From the results of the research shows the strength (Strenght) owned by PT. Raflesia Ocean Logistics Bengkulu city is 23.29. While weakness (Weaknesses) 10.55, so quadrant Internal Factor Analysis Strategy (IFAS) is 23.29-10.55 = 12.74. Opportunities of the strategy are 24.87, for threats as much as 13.57, so the quadrant of EFAS (Exsternal Factor Analysis Strategy) is 24.87-13.57=11.12 so that the position is in quadrant I in the SWOT analysis diagram. Companies should implement strategies that can support aggressive growth policies such as maintaining services and company performance, improving the quality of human resources by providing job training, and expanding the market such as adding cooperation links with planning new targets.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction at Bank Bengkulu, Girimulya Sub-Branch. The sample in this study was 96 Tabunganku customers at Bank Bengkulu, Girimulya Sub-Branch. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and the analysis method by multiple linear regression, test of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 11.647 + 0.320X1 + 0.425 X2, this illustrates a positive direction of regression, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (service quality) and X2 (trust) on customer satisfaction (Y). This means that if the variables of service quality and trust increase, it will increase customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination is 0.416. This means that X1 (service quality) and X2 (trust) affect customer satisfaction (Y) by 41.6%, while the remaining 58.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test at the 0.05 significance level explain that partially the variables of service quality and trust have a significant influence on the customer satisfaction variable of Bank Bengkulu, Girimulya Sub-Branch. The results of the F test at the 0.05 significance level explain that the variables of service quality and trust have a simultaneous (joint) influence on customer satisfaction at Bank Bengkulu, Girimulya Sub-Branch.
