The capacity of physical ability can be improved through doing an exercise which is according to the intensity, duration and frequency. Exercise can improve the immunity system and influence the leucocyte. The number of pheripheral leucocyte can be the resource of ÃÂ information for the diagnostics and prognose the description of organ damage and the recovery ÃÂ after physical training. The purpose of this study to investigate the influence of aquarobic exercises to ÃÂ leucocyte count .This study is experimental with pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects for this study is a women Obese I, 45-50 years old, they were 24 ÃÂ person. The subjects of study were given aquarobic exercises until the reached the targeted heartbeats which is 75% of the maximum heartbeats, duration 60 minutes, 8 weeks aquarobics exercises. The physical activity was done for a moment. Before and after doing the activity, the pheripheral blood was taken to examine leucocyte count. The result of study reveals that there is significantly increasing a value of the average leucocyte count ÃÂ before aquarobic exercises. Based on the result of study, it can be concluded that aquaribics exercises change leucocyte count on Obes I Women.

The preliminary study gives the result that the Football School (SSB) trainers in Medan City do not yet have adequate long passing and shooting skill measuring instruments. They rely on observation only in assessing their students’ achievement. Assessment that is based on observation has many weaknesses, one of which is the high element of subjectivity. This study aims to produce instruments to measure the studentss long passing and shooting skills. This is a research and development study. The authors used experimental methods in this study through the following steps, (a) draft development, (b) validation, (c) small group tryouts, and (d) extended group trials. The small group tryouts were conducted three times and the extended group trial was administered once. In the extended group trial the authors involved 150 male students of 8 SSB. Based on factorial analysis (validity test) and test and retest (reliability test), the result is that the long passing and shooting instruments are valid (P <000) and reliable (R> 0.6). Thus, this measuring instrument is very good for measuring long passing and shooting skills of the SSB students.

Obesity has been increasing as much as twice on age 6-12 years. The increase is happening both in Indonesia and Australia. The objective of this research is to construct a program model in Australia that can be substituted to be a health promotion model at School in effort to suppress child obesity. Research was conducted in 2014 with qualitative approach. Instruments used are as follow 1) Secondary data filling form 2) In depth interview guidence instrument 3) FGD (Focus Group Discussion) and BST (Brain Storming Technique). The informations were obtained by purposive and snowball technique. Data analysis by Miles and Huberman model. Substitution model is based on consideration that applied model has potential to be developed and other models whether internal or external ones in Indonesia. The model will be substituted by considering school condition and situation. School Health Unit (SKU) is a potential platform to promote health by these activities 1) Formal health education as taken place curricullum 2) Informal health education in forms of (1) health education information (2) Self health behaviour monitoring and control (3) Health promotion by doing healthy life (4) distribution of health education booklet to teachers and parents.

Exercise is physical stress which potentially causes disruption of homeostasis, especially in sports that is excessively done. Weight Training (LB) and Aquarobic Exercise (LA) can be modulators of handling stress. This research aims at investigating the effect of the difference between LB and LA to physical stress in obese women. The study was conducted in 2014. The method used in this study was randomized experimental pretest-posttest control group design in 36 obese women, aged 45-50 years who were divided into 3 groups, group LB 50% RM, 3 sets, 12 repetition, treatment two times a day for 8 weeks (n = 12), LA 75% HRmax, treatment 2 days for 8 weeks (n = 12) and control group (n = 12). Body Mass Index (BMI) and cortisol levels were measured before and after the treatment. Hypothesis testing was conducted using test (One-Way ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis) and the mean difference test (Tukey HSD and Mann Whitneyâs). The results of BMI is increased in the WT group and is decreased in LA group as compared to control group (p <0.05). The decrease of cortisol level is higher than in LA and LB group and controls (p <0.05). LB and LA affect the physical stress that is characterized by the increase in cortisol levels in obese women. Conclusion: LB is more dominant than LA in increasing physical stress.

The research aims at developing a learning model of adaptive physical activities(APA) for improving basic movements and health of mentally disabled students ina disabled elementary school at Bantul regency; therefore it is a research and development. There are 5 steps used by the researcher : a preliminary study, planning, expert validation, empirical validation and effectiveness testing. The small scale implementationtesting was done to 13 disabled students whereas the large scale, 42students of 3 graders of disabled elementary school. The effectiveness testing usesan experimental research within one pre and post test group. The group consists of27students of Plered Disabled Elementary School. The research observation instrumentuses Likert scale and ratting-scale. The proposed learning models are: KidKomodo football, waves in the sea, knowing shapes, frog circus and air bubble. These models prove effective for mentally students of disabled elementary school. Both the small scale implementation testing and the large scale one result in theimprovement of basic physical movements of the students. The secondary result isthat teachers of physical education and health find the models easy to do and thestudents get fun being taught using them.

Quality education is the basic thing that must be addressed by the Indonesian government. Among the causes of the slow pace of education progress in Indonesia are geographical problems and the lack of a permanent curriculum to be conducted continuously throughout Indonesia. The district of Aceh Besar has assigned some high schools to become model schools. The model schools have the best-selected teachers as a result of a competition in Aceh Besar and each school has two physical education teachers. In order to know the high or low level of the studentsâ physical fitness, it needs proper and accurate assessment. In order to know the exact level of the studentsâ physical fitness, physical education teachers require appropriate measuring instruments. The standard measuring instrument already used by physical education teachers today is the Indonesia Physical Fitness Test. The purpose of this study is to describe the level of physical fitness among the students of the Ali Hasyimi Public High School in the District of Aceh Besar in the 2014/2015 school year. To obtain data in this study, the researcher used a descriptive type of research that seeks to describe, record, and interpret the conditions that occur currently in relation to the level of physical fitness. The approach used to obtain the research data was a test and assessment. The samples in this study were all high school students of the Ali Hasyimi Public High School in the District of Aceh Besar drawn with a total sampling technique. The data were then analyzed using a simple formula including average and percentage. The average value of physical fitness possessed by the male and female students of the state senior high schools in Aceh Besar district in the 2014/2015 school year was measured using the Indonesia Physical Fitness Test and had been adjusted to the norms of the test, as well as confirmed in the table. The category was average. The detailed percentages are as follows. 1). A total of 23 male students (40.35%) were in the average category, 2). A total of 34 male learners (59%) were in the poor category, 3). No learner who was in the category of less than adequate, good and excellent.
