Abstract This study aims to identify and explain the assessment of the Arabic language development program at “Baitulughoh”, the Tarbiyah Arabic language education program at IAIN Kudus. This program is one of the Arabic language development programs initiated by PBA lectures in collaboration with HMPS PBA, which aims to balance the language skills of new students in odd/even semesters with different educational pathways. This study is a qualitative descriptive study by using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the Arabic language development program “Baitulughoh” had a good impact on the development of students' Arabic language skills in the first semester. This is supported by speaker encouragements, learning facilities, and a pretty good and ongoing program. However, this program must be improved from the point of view of enriching teaching materials, increasing the creativity of cheerleaders; Select a method that is appropriate to the needs and characteristics of the student. More monitoring is needed to improve the quality and quantity of the program.Keyword: Evaluation, Program, Coaching, Language, Arabic
