Abstract

This research analyzes the challenges for Indonesian economy towards the implementation ofASEAN-China Free Trade Area (ACFTA) especially on employment opportunity in Indonesia.Using regression technique, the labour cost and change in fix capital are statistically significant ininfluencing the employment opportunity. This result implies that ACFTA will challenge the Indonesiancompetitiveness due to increasing labour cost, while ACFTA also potentially increases capitalflow from China which has ambiguous impacts on labour absorption. The SWOT (Strength,Weakness, Opportunity and Threat) analysis recommends for Indonesian government to improvecomprehensive strategy of national industry to be more competitive to China products.Keywords: ACFTA, employment opportunity, structural equation modelJEL classification numbers: F13, F14, F15, F42

Abstract

Abstract: in the long-term perspective, this study aims to improve Indonesia’s competitiveness through theapplication of labor standardization. The specific objectives of this study was, first identify the areas ofcompetence that must be owned agro-industry sector workforce in Indonesia. Second, formulate a modelstrategy (grand strategy) agro-industry sector workforce development in Indonesia. Third,formulate aneffective policy alternatives to improve the competitiveness of agro-industry sector workforce inIndonesia. Fifth, to formulate indicators of competence as the basis for assessment of the labor certificationin agroindustry sector in Indonesia. The method of analysis used in this study were (a) Analysis of MappingFunctions work, EFI & EFE Matrix Analysis, SWOT Analysis, Policy Analysis, and Basic Function Analysis.Based on the analysis of the work function mapping got the result that the area of competence that mustbe owned by the agro-sector employment in Indonesia, namely 5 (five) key functions include 1) developmentprocess, 2) development of quality standards, 3) the technical development of packaging, 4) developmentof storage , and 5) development of marketing and business strategy. SWOT analysis results indicate thatthe agro-industry sector in workforce development is in quadrant III is a grand strategy to turnaroundstrategy.The alternative strategy of agro-industry sector workforce development in Indonesia includestrategies SO and WO of each there are 4 strategies, ST strategies totaling 3 and WT strategiesamounted to 2.Policy Analysis of the results obtained there are 30 alternative policies agro industrialsectorworkforce development. One is the restructuring of the Training Center by establishing a vocationaltraining center specialized agro-industry. The results of the analysis ofthe basic functions and processes inthe production of agro-industries can be generated 65 competence of workers in the agroindustrialsectorof Indonesia.Keywords: certification, competency standards, labor, agro-industry

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the accounts receivable turnover, cash turnover and liquidity of the Behaestex Gresik Employee Cooperative. Then to identify and analyze the effect of simultaneous accounts receivable turnover and cash turnover on Behaestex Gresik Employee Cooperative liquidity, to know and analyze the effects of partial accounts receivable and cash turnover to the liquidity of the Behaestex Gresik Employee Cooperative and to declare receivable turnover has a dominant influence on the liquidity of the Behaestex Gresik Employee Cooperative. The type of research used is an explanatory type of research. Explanatory research is a study aimed at testing a theory or hypothesis to strengthen or even reject the theory or hypothesis of the results of existing research.The results of this study is simultaneously accounts receivable turnover and cash turnover do not significantly affect the Behaestex Gresik Employee Cooperative liquidity; and partially accounts receivable turnover and cash turnover do not significantly affect the Behaestex Gresik Employee Cooperative liquidity, and the third influential receivable turnover dominant to the liquidity of the Behaestex Gresik Employee Cooperative.Keywords: accounts receivable turnover, cash turnover, liquidity

Abstract

ABSTRACT National education aims to develop the ability and build the character and civilization of the nation, which is dignified in order to educate the life of the nation. The performance of a teacher is said good if the teacher has done the elements of professionalism that include a high commitment to teaching tasks, mastering and developing learning materials, discipline in teaching and other tasks as well as the need to develop themselves by improving the spirit of entrepreneurship through the development of creativity in the implementation of teaching, cooperation and communication with all the school member, the leadership of teachers who become role models of students, good personality, honest, and objective in guiding students, and responsibility for the task. The teacher performance cannot be separated from learning outcomes, because the teacher's performance is crucial to the success of an effective and efficient learning process. The goal of education can be achieved and materialized from student learning outcomes that ultimately quality graduates. The variables of professionalism and entrepreneurship together significantly affect the performance of teachers, the two independent variables can be used to estimate or predict teacher performance variables. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of each variable, DER (debt to equity ratio), ROE (Return On Equity), EPS (Earning Per Share ), ROA (Return On Asset), PBV (Price to Book Value), and PER (Price Earning Ratio) to Share Price entered in LQ 45.Population in this research is all shares of company that entered in LQ 45 period 2014 - 2016 as many as 55 company. While the sample selection technique in this study using purposive sampling method so that obtained 36 research samples of the company. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis found that simultaneously DER, ROE, EPS, ROA, PBV and PER positive and significant to stock price, the result is known through Test F. While partially DER, EPS, ROA, and PBV have positive and significant influence to stock price while ROE have negative and significant effect to stock price but PER variable have positive but not significant stock price. Adjusted R square number of 0.989 indicates that 98.9% share price can be explained by the six independent variables used in the regression equation, while the remaining 1.1% is explained by other variables beyond the six variables used in this study. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational communication, leadership style, and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction through employee performance as intervening variable. The sample of this research is employees of PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia amounted to 150 respondents. Data analysis technique used is analysis with path analysis method with the help of software SPSS version 19. The result of research shows that there is influence between communication variable to employee performance. Leadership style variables have a significant effect on employee performance. organizational culture variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Employee performance variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction. variable Organizational communication has no significant effect on job satisfaction. The leadership style has a significant effect on job satisfaction, and organizational culture has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Abstract

Job satisfaction indicates a conformity between the expectations of a person arising with the rewards provided by the job. In the reality, the unity or object of research has provided or builds the motivation both financially and non-financially, building organizational culture through optimizing the enforcement of Trisila TNI AL to its soldiers optimally. This is done to increase the spirit and commitment and loyalty of soldiers to the duties and responsibilities of the unit. However, job satisfaction of soldiers has not been achieved optimally. The type of this research is explanatory research with quantitative research approach. As the location of research is Unit Amphibious Ship Command Eastern Region. The sample in this study as many as 90 soldiers. The results showed that organizational culture and career development have a significant effect on job satisfaction of Amphibious Warrior Unit of Koarmatim. In addition, organizational culture directly or indirectly can affect job satisfaction, and work motivation can be a mediator of organizational culture in affecting job satisfaction. Besides, career development directly or indirectly can affect job satisfaction, and work motivation can be a mediator of organizational culture in affecting job satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Performance is the result of work that someone has achieved in carrying out work activities. High- performing employees are referred to as productive employees, whereas employees who do not reach the standards are said to be unproductive or low performing employees. The employee's ability to deliver the best results or performance for the company is strongly influenced by how he understands his job culture and strong ties with the company he works for. Employee engagement explains how much a person feels passionate and excited at working. Research conducted by CV Perjuangan Steel Surabaya find factors - factors that can affect employee performance, namely leadership, work environment, compensation and employee engagement which is the intervening variable in this study. The results obtained from this study is that the leadership variable does not affect the performance of employees in CV Perjuangan Steel, either directly or indirectly influence. Work environment and compensation variables have an influence on employee performance, either direct or indirect influence through employee engagement. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to study and discuss about work ability and creativity that are important together towards work productivity in the Sumenep Regency Communication and Information Agency; to know and understand whether it supports significant work and creativity towards work productivity at the Sumenep Regency Communication and Information Agency. This research is explanatory research with quantitive method. The population of this study amounted to 57 employees of the Communication and Informatics Office of Sumenep Regency, which at the same time was used as research samples. The results of the study describe simultaneously, work ability and employee creativity have a very significant importance on productivity. Partially, the work ability and creativity of employees have a significant importance on the productivity of the employees of the Communication and Informatics Office of Sumenep Regency, with employee creativity variables having the greatest influence on the productivity of the employees of the Sumenep Regency Communication and Information Office. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Pamekasan Police Office with the number of research samples of 42 personnel, The purpose of this study is 1) To know and describe about knowledge, work experience, human resource competence and career development on the work performance, 2) To test and analyze whether knowledge, work experience, HR competence and career development have a simultaneous and significant influence on the work performance, 3) To test and analyze whether the knowledge significantly affect the work performance. The results showed that simultaneously, knowledge, work experience, human resource competence and career development have a significant influence on the work performance. Partially, knowledge, work experience, human resource competence and career development have a significant influence on the work performance, human resource competence and career development have a significant influence on the work performance of pamekasan police personnel.
