Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan pelayanan dalam upaya meningkatkan aktivitas dakwah di Masjid Istiqomah, untuk mengetahui penerapam pelayanan dalam upaya meningkatkan aktivitas dakwah di Masjid Istiqomah, untuk mengetahui evaluasi pelayanan dalam upaya meningkatkan aktivitas dakwah di Masjid Istiqomah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dekriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun teknik dalam pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi sebagai bukti adanya pelayanan masjid dalam upaya meningkatkan aktivitas dakwah di Masjid Istiqomah. Berdasarkan hasil dan penelitian yang dilakukan di Masjid Istiqomah dari optimalisasi pelayanan masjid dalam upaya meningkatkan aktivitas dakwah dapat disimpulkan: Pertama, bahwa perencanaan pelayanaan masjid di Masjid Istiqomah terbagi menjadi dua bagian yang dimana bagian itu perencanaan pelayanan yang dilakukan untuk bulanan dan perencanaan pelayanan yang dilakukan untuk tahunan. Kedua, penerapan pelayanan masjid tersendiri merupakan suatu usaha yang dilakukan pihak DKM dan pengurus Masjid Istiqomah agar memberikan rasa nyaman kepada para jamaah yang datang, baik dalam bentuk kegiatan sehari-hari maupun kajian-kajian. Ketiga, proses tahapan evaluasi pelayanan masjid di Masjid Istiqomah yaitu dengan melakukan pertemuan secara langsung maupun melalui media sosial. Kata Kunci: Pelayanan; Masjid; Aktivitas; Dakwah. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine service planning in an effort to increase the propaganda activity in the Istiqomah Mosque, to determine the application of service in an effort to increase the propaganda activity in the Istiqomah Mosque, to find out the evaluation of services in an effort to increase the propagation activities in the Istiqomah Mosque. This research uses descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The technique in collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation studies as evidence of mosque services in an effort to increase the activities of preaching in the Istiqomah Mosque. Based on the results and research conducted at the Istiqomah Mosque from optimizing mosque services in an effort to increase propaganda activities, it can be concluded: First, that the planning of mosque services at the Istiqomah Mosque is divided into two parts in which that part is planning services performed for monthly and service planning carried out for annual. Second, the application of separate mosque services is an attempt by the DKM and Istiqomah Mosque officials to provide comfort to the worshipers who come, both in the form of daily activities and studies. Third, the process of evaluating the mosque services at the Istiqomah Mosque, namely by meeting directly and through social media. Keywords: Service; Mosque; Activity; Da'wah.
