Abstract

Entrepreneurship in agriculture by young people is very popular in Indragiri Hilir. The low level of youth involvement in the marketing chain of coconut plantation products needs to get a little attention. A study conducted a comparative analysis of youth and the elderly in the production and marketing of coconuts in Indragiri Hilir. Berwirausaha di bidang pertanian oleh anak muda sangat populer di Indragiri Hilir. Rendahnya tingkat keterlibatan pemuda dalam rantai pemasaran produk perkebunan kelapa perlu mendapat sedikit perhatian. Sebuah studi dilakukan analisis komparatif pemuda dan orang tua dalam produksi dan pemasaran kelapa di Indragiri Hilir.

Abstract

White Copra is a commodity that is in great demand today, especially in South Asian countries. For this reason, the processing of white copra currently carried out by the Doa Ibu coconut warehouse is only by drying in the hot sun using a tent system for 5 to 7 days, then in the oven for 8 hours until we get a moisture content of 5% to 7%. Research on improving business processes and improving company performance through digitization. One of the reasons for buying and selling transactions in c-commerce is to get additional information about products and be able to negotiate price offers. C-Commerce also has a variety of platforms. Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Line, and Telegram are platforms of c-commerce. WhatsApp has the highest number of users at 140 million with the longest usage time of 30.8 hours per month. The difference lies in some features. The features in WhatsApp Messanger are also found in WhatsApp Business, while the features in WhatsApp Business are not always present in WhatsApp Messanger. WhatsApp Business features that really help sales are business profiles, management of message replies, catalogs, labels, short links, links to facebook and instagram pages, and messaging tools. Kopra Putih menjadi komoditi yang sangat diminati saat ini,terutama negara-negara Asia Selatan. Untuk itu pengolahan Kopra Putih saat ini yang dilakukan oleh gudang kelapa doa ibu hanya dengan menjemur di panas matahari menggunakan sistem tenda selama 5 sampai 7 hari, selanjutnya di oven selama 8 jam sampai kita dapatkan kadar air 5% sampai 7%. Penelitian mengenai adanya peningkatan proses bisnis dan peningkatan kinerja perusahaan melalui digitalisasi. Salah satu alasan melakukan transaksi jual-beli di c-commerce adalah mendapatkan informasi tambahan tentang produk dan dapat melakukan negosiasi penawaran harga. C-Commerce juga memiliki platform yang beragam. Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Line, dan Telegram merupakan platform dari c-commerce. WhatsApp memiliki jumlah pengguna terbanyak sebesar 140 juta dengan waktu penggunaan terlama selama 30,8 jam per bulan. Perbedaannya terletak pada beberapa fitur. Fitur yang ada di WhatsApp Messanger juga terdapat pada WhatsApp Business, sedangkan fitur yang ada di WhatsApp Business tidak selalu ada pada WhatsApp Messanger. Fitur WhatsApp Business yang sangat membantu penjualan adalah profil bisnis, pengelolaan balasan pesan, katalog, label, tautan pendek, tautan ke halaman facebook dan instagram, serta peralatan perpesanan

Abstract

This Study aims to determine how much influence the Human Development Indeks and Population in the Regency/City Of Riau Province have, from 2018 to 2020 with a total of 36 samples. The data taken is sourced from secondary data, namely the Central Bureau of Statistics of Indragiri Hilir regency. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear Regression analysis. The final result can be concluded that in the last three years from 12 regencies/cities in Riau Provinces, both partially and simultaneously, it is known that the Human Development Index (IPM) and Population Number do not affect the level of the poor. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Dan Jumlah Penduduk di Kabupaten/Kota Provisinsi Riau, mulai tahun 2018 sampai tahun 2020 dengan jumlah 36 sampel . Data yang diambil bersumber dari data sekunder yaitu dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Teknik Analisis Data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil akhir dapat di simpulkan bahwa dalam tiga tahun terakhir dari 12 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Riau, baik secara Parsial maupun Simultan di ketahui bahwa Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) dan Jumlah Penduduk tidak mempengaruhi Tingkat Penduduk Miskin.

Abstract

Research conducted at the Indonesian Dogecoin Forum with the aim of knowing the effect of Dogecoin Prices and Costs per Transaction on Dogecoin Crypto Asset Investment Decisions. The population in this study are members of the Indonesian Dogecoin Forum who invest in Dogecoin Crypto. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach using non-probability sampling techniques, as a sampling technique with purposive sampling of 50 respondents. With data collection techniques through questionnaires and data analysis using the SPSS version 26 program. Data analysis in this study used Descriptive Statistical Test, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination, t test and f test. The results of the data analysis show that there is an influence of the Dogecoin Price and Cost per Transaction on Dogecoin Crypto Asset Investment Decisions. From the test results of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that R Square(R2) is 46.3%. This shows that the Investment Decision variable is influenced by 2 independent variables, namely Dogecoin Price and Cost per Transaction. And the remaining 53.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. From the t test and f test it proves that the Dogecoin Price (X1) and Cost per Transaction (X2) variables have a positive and significant effect on the Investment Decision (Y) Dogecoin Crypto Asset.
