Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas publikasi ilmiah mahasiswa dalam menunjang daya saing perguruan tinggi. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Makassar. Mahasiswa yang berkonstribusi sebanyak 7 orang dengan berbeda latar belakang daerah seperti Aceh, Kalimantan, ternate, dan Papua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses pre test, penyajian materi pelatihan dan post test telah memberikan hasil yang baik. Hal ini terbukti bahwa manuskrip/artikel yang dibuat telah dipublikasikan pada jurnal nasional, konferensi nasional dan internasional. Kata Kunci: Kualitas, Publikasi Ilmiah, Daya Saing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of Computer Use at the Makassar State Administrative Court. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study was 54 people from the Makassar State Administrative Court. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used are percentage analysis in the frequency table. The results showed that the Effectiveness of Computer Use in the Makassar State Administrative Court was in the Effective category, in terms of indicator 1) The success of the program with a percentage of 87.38% was in the effective category, 2) The success of the target with a percentage of 87.04% was in the category effective, 3) Satisfaction with the program with a percentage of 85.88% in the effective category, 4) The level of input and output with a percentage of 89.81 is in the effective category, and 5) Achievement of the overall goal with a percentage of 86.92% is in the effective category.

Abstract

Service is the process of fulfilling needs through other people's activities directly by becoming one of the indicators of government success towards the level of community satisfaction. This study aims to determine and describe the quality of driving permit services at the Palu Police Station. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research, in which this study attempts to reveal facts that are accurate and factually systematically about the service of a driver's license at the Palu Police station. This study uses the theory of Parasuraman, Zeithmal and Berry with indicators of direct evidence of direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, attention. Data collection techniques are carried out through field research which includes observation, interviews and documentation. The technique of determining the informants in this study using purposive. Analysis of the data used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that, in general the officers making SIM in the Palu Sat Satas office are relatively fast and precise in providing information, and also in terms of the guarantee of the Palu police SIM management officers very maintaining public trust by not accepting bribery efforts in any form because rules for lawbreakers have been regulated in accordance with the article, although there are still a number of things that need to be addressed by the Palu Traffic Police Unit, such as the lack of instructions or in terms of direct evidence which says the buildings used are small.

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the application of the Transformational Leadership Style at the National Population and Family Planning Agency (Indonesia: Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional / BKKBN) in South Sulawesi Province. The design of this research is quantitative descriptive research. Researchers took 35% of the population of 110 people using random sampling techniques, so the research sample numbered 38 people. Techniques for getting data are: observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results of the study show that the application of the Transformational Leadership Style runs well seen from various indicators namely: Charismatic, Intellectual, Stimulation, and Individual Consideration.

Abstract

The quality of labor is a major factor in the supply of human resources. This study aims to find out the efforts made to improve the quality of the workforce at the Manpower Office in Makassar City. The research approach used uses qualitative research. Research informants are people who obtain employment services at the Manpower Office. Data collection is done through interviews, observations and data collection in the field. The data analysis technique uses interactive models such as: data reduction, data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that there are still various shortcomings such as the analysis of the needs of employees with special expertise and training systems that still do not meet expectations. Furthermore, inventory of office facilities and infrastructure that are less well maintained.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi secara langsung terhadap turnover intention dan secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening di PT Bank Sulselbar. Desain penelitian Path Analysis digunakan sebagai alat analisis untuk menentukan arah variabel yang diteliti serta menjustifikasi seberapa signifikan pengaruh variabel independen dan dependen baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui variable mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan secara langsung. Iklim organisasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention secara langsung. Variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja secara tidak langsung iklim organisasi tetap berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Orisinalitas: Pengelolaan personalia dan promosi karyawan yang berdasarkan kompetensi akan semakin memacu karyawan dalam berprestasi dan dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya. Dengan menempatkan salah satu variable sebagai mediasi dapat menghasilkan sesuatu yang berbeda dan penelitian ini dapat memberikan gambaran bagi manajer berkaitan dengan masalah pengambilan keputusan. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi, path Analysis

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Building Permit (IMB) service at the Office of Investment and Integrated Services One Door Makassar City. This study is a qualitative descriptive research that in the process of collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Based on the result of the research indicates that the effectiveness of building permit service at the Office of Capital Investment and Integrated Service One Door of Makassar City is quite effective with the description (1) simplicity is quite effective, (2) clarity is effective, (3) Legal certainty is not effective, 4) Accuracy is effective, (5) security is effective, (6) Responsibility is quite effective, (7) Completeness of Facilities and Infrastructure quite effective, (8) Ease of Access has been effective, (9) Discipline, Courtesy and Friendliness have been effective , and (10) Convenience is quite effective.

Abstract

Public services are implemented to provide satisfaction for service users whose implementation requires the principles of service. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the KTP-el service at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Parepare City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with 8 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the KTP-el service at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Parepare City, is in the quite effective category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research that service procedures are in the effective category, employee discipline is in the effective category, fairness of service delivery is in the quite effective category, the reasonableness of cost is set effectively, service convenience is in the quite effective category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the effectiveness of the UPTD PBB-P2 in the effort to maximize the income of the Land and Building Tax in 2018 in West Aceh Regency, as well as what are the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors of UPTD PBB-P2 in West Aceh Regency in in an effort to maximize the 2018 Land and Building Tax income in West Aceh Regency. The theory used in this research is the Effectiveness Theory. This study uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach to describe and describe the phenomena that exist at the study site. Data collection techniques carried out by means of interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis in this study uses four components consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the effectiveness of  UPTD PBB-P2 West Aceh Regency in the effort of maximizing the income of the Land and Building Tax for Rural and Urban 2018 in West Aceh District had been going well and effectively, because of all the effectiveness indicators used theory to answer the results of field research has been implemented  well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Niaga Bangun Persada di Jakarta.Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 41,4%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,510 > 2,000). Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 37,2%, uji  hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (5,957 > 2,000). Kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 9,588 + 0,392X1 + 0,385X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 53,0%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (33,317 > 2,760). Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan.
