Abstract

Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah merupakan salah satu kebijakan strategis pemerintah daerah dalam mengatur tata ruang wilayahnya. Kota Malang dalam melaksanakan hal tersebut mengacu pada RTRW Kota Malang tahun 2010-2030. Rencana ini merupakan perbaikan dari kebijakan sebelumnya yang mengalami beberapa penyimpangan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, kebijakan ini telah sesuai dengan rencana peruntukkannya untuk kawasan pemukiman, perindustrian dan pergudangan, dan fasilitas umum. Namun untuk ketersediaan ruang terbuka hijau masih belum memenuhi standar yang sudah ditetapkan. Dalam perkembangannya, wilayah Kota Malang yang menjadi konsentrasi pelaksanaan pembangunan adalah di Kecamatan Sukun dan Kedungkandang. Beberapa proyek pemerintah yang ada dalam RTRW belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan pada tahun 2017 ini. Key words : RTRW Kota Malang, Kawasan, Pembangunan

Abstract

Implementation of Inter-Sub-Regency Road Development Policy in the Regency of Kediri (A Study on the Public Construction Office of Kediri Regency). This research is conducted based on the numerous criticisms addressed to the road development policy that has been implemented in the Kediri Regency. All this time, the road development policy in the Regency of Kediri has been considered discriminative towards the rural community. The Bina Marga Public Construction Office as the implementer of road development policy, under the authority of the Regency, has been putting higher priority on the road developments from the Regency capital to the sub-regency capitals, inter-sub-regency capital, and from the sub-regency capitals to villages. Meanwhile, the rural road developments (inter-village connecting roads and in-village roads) tend to be put aside. As a result, the rural community must develop the roads independently. The higher the self-supporting level in developing the roads is, the lower the allocation of financial aids for road development from the Regency Government of Kediri given to those villages will be. Keyword: Road Development Policy; Policy Implementation

Abstract

The Malang City has been carrying out a Car Free Day program since 2011 which is held every Sunday at 5:30 to 10:00 which aims to reduce the use of motorized vehicles in the city of Malang, with the reduced use of motorized vehicles which hopefully can reduce the level of air pollution in the city Malang, especially on Jalan Idjen which is a vital area for many motorized vehicles every day. However, every policy that is implemented by the government cannot be perfectly perfect especially in its implementation and always has advantages and disadvantages. In this study using descriptive - qualitative research methods. The process of collecting data is obtained from 3 ways, namely in-depth interviews with related parties, observation and collection of related documents. Car Free Day implementation that has been implemented by the government in accordance with the Governor Regulation No. 12 of 2016 in which the Car Free Day is held on Sundays from 05:30 to 10:00. the results of Car Free Day activities were able to reduce vehicle users in the city of Malang besides that from the Car Free Day activities were also able to improve the economy of traders who sell in the area of Car Free Day. However, there are still some shortcomings of the management of Car Free Day, such as rubbish on Jalan Idjen caused by visitors and traders, the emergence of several congestion points due to Jalan Idjen being closed. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the policy of Car Free Day which is carried out along Jalan Idjen Malang. This evaluation is related to how the implementation of Car Free Day in the City of Malang, the impact of the Car Free Day program to the policies applied by agencies related to the procurement of Car Free Day in the City of Malang.

Abstract

This research aims to learn about the causes and impacts of high unemployment rate in Batu City as well as?efforts or responses of the Municipal to overcome this issue. The high unemployment rate in Batu City is caused by several factors, namely: low-level of education, lack of skills, ineffective distribution of information on job market for job seekers, relatively low EQ level, lack of socialization on workforce, the general mindset in obtaining jobs, laziness and dependency to others. On the other hand, the high unemployment rate also affects the society in the forms of psychological burden, political and social?instability, omission of individual skills, livelihood and income. To reduce the rate of unemployment, there must be efforts and responses from the Municipal, via the Office of Integrated Investment Services and Workforce of the Batu Municipal, to tackle this issue of high unemployment rate in Batu City, such as: planning and organizing ?Work Skill Training and Development Activity for Workforce and Society? by the Office of Integrated Investment Services and Workforce, establishing cooperation between the Social Issues and Workforce Office and the Industry and Trade Office, organizing Inter-District and Local InterWork Workforce Placement Service Development, Motivation and Management of Informal Sector Entrepreneusrship, and job fairs organized by the Social and Workforce Office of Batu City

Abstract

The objective of this research is to learn about the implementation system of ?Smart Kampung? Program at Ketapang Village and its methods of publication to all over Indonesia.This IT-based public service and human resource enhancement program, called ?Smart Kampung?, is an innovation made by the District Government of Banyuwangi. This program represents the commitment of the district government to bring public service to the most accessible level for the people of Banyuwangi. Since most of them live far from the urban area, which is the governance base or center, the District Government of Banyuwangi set village offices as the centers of public service directly integrated with the District Government. By doing so, the District Government facilitates the society and make them aware of the importance of IT. In addition to being a facility to enhance public service, Smart Kampung Program can also serve as a facility to improve the quality of human resources and the people?s economy, as the village governments are required to empower their respective village?s potentials.There are a number of ways utilized by the District Government of Banyuwangi and Smart Kampung villagesto socialize this program, such as information sharing in seminars, local leaders meeting, and social media. By doing so, they hope they can inspire regions with similar issues to implement Smart Kampung Program so that the goal to have equal welfare level in all villages in Indonesia can be achieved.

Abstract

Hampir di setiap sudut jalan kita temui berbagai macam banner terpasang. Dan apabila masa waktunya telah habis maka banner tersebut akan dicopot dan dibersihkan oleh petugas yang berwenang yaitu Satpol PP. Banner-banner bekas di Kota Malang sangat banyak dan tidak difungsikan kembali. Banner tersebut menumpuk di gudang penyimpanan di kantor Satpol PP Kota Malang dan tidak difungsikan kembali. Dari segi komposisi bahan, banner cukup bagus untuk dimanfaatkan/didaur ulang kembali menjadi barang yang lebih bermanfaat jangka panjang. Maka kami sebagai pengabdi berniat untuk memanfaatkan banner bekas tersebut menjadi barang yang berguna serta dapat dimanfaatkan dalam jangka waktu yang panjang, yaitu menjadi sebuah tas belanja. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan Pemanfaatan Banner Bekas sebagai Tas Belanja Layak Pakai adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Peninjauan Lokasi oleh Tim Pengabdi, untuk meninjau banner bekas yang ada di kantor Satpol PP Lota Malang. (2) Penyusunan Rencana Usulan Kegiatan (RUK) dengan melibatkan seluruh tim pengabdian dan seluruh mitra, termasuk Satpol PP Malang. (3) Pengambilan Banner bekas di kantor Satpol PP Kota Malang untuk di proses menjadi sebuah tas belanja. (4) Penyortiran, dan pembersihan banner, mencuci dan menjemur semua banner bekas yang layak untuk diproses menjadi tas belanja layak pakai. (5) Membuat pola tas, memotongan banner, dan menjahitnya menjadi tas belanja layak pakai untuk dibagikan ke masyarakat Kota Malang. (6) Menghias tas belanja dari banner bekas dengan menggunakan renda, kain flanel, dan aksesoris agar cantik dan menarik. (7) Pembangian tas belanja dari banner bekas kepada masyarakat Kota Malang dan kantor Satpol PP Kota Malang. Kata Kunci: Banner, Banner Bekas, Tas Belanja.

Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah penduduk dan kegiatan manusia dalam suatu daerah maka semakin tinggi jumlah sampah yang dihasilkan. Dibutuhkan cara pengelolaan yang lebih baik agar sampah tidak menjadi masalah bagi lingkungan. Pola pengelolaan sampah dengan cara pengumpulan, pengangkutan serta pembuangan di tempat akhir sampah tidak dapat menyelesaikan persoalan ini. Disamping berbiaya tinggi pola ini juga menghasilkan volume sampah yang dibuang tidak terkurangi, diketahui bahwa TPA memiliki daya tampung dan usia pemakaian maksimal. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasikan komposisi sampah di salah satu sumber penghasil sampah yaitu rumah penduduk Desa Wonoayu Kecamatan Wajak, serta memberikan solusi lebih ekonomis dan efisien dalam penanganan sampah yang dihasilkan khususnya sampah organik. Metode yang dilaksanakan menggunakan eksperimen dengan subjek sampah organik yang dihasilkan dari rumah penduduk. Bahan kompos yang terbaik untuk dilakukan proses pengomposan adalah sampah sayur plus kotoran ternak dengan penambahan 10 ml EM-4 (kompos variasi A). Dukungan warga masyarakat terutama Wanita Tani Desa dan Ibu-Ibu PKK serta remaja sangat diharapkan untuk melaksanakan dan melanjutkan program ini.

Abstract

Desa adalah wilayah yang berpengaruh penting dalam perekonomian. Desa adalah wilayah penyangga yang menyediakan lumbung pangan di seluruh Indonesia. Ketahanan pangan tidak terlepas dari peran desa dalam melestarikan budaya agraris di Indonesia. Di era globalisasi seperti saat ini akses informasi sangat mudah dan dengan pembangunan infrastruktur jalan yang semakin gencar wilayah desa semakin maju. Pembangunan infrastruktur jalan itu bukan hanya semata untuk menunjang operasional pemerintah dalam mengelola ekonomi tetapi juga untuk eksplorasi pengembangan potensi yang ada di desa. Desa wisata saat ini telah menjadi alternatif dalam pembangunan ekonomi lokal yang telah diterapkan di berbagai daerah. Berwisata di desa, kini telah menjadi pilihan tersendiri bagi wisatawan. Wisatawan menggemari tempat wisata di desa tidak hanya menyajikan keindahan alamnya saja tetapi juga dapat berinteraksi dengan masyarakat lokal. Oleh karena itu, berkembanglah alternatif pariwisata pada minat khusus dan lokasi tertentu yang disebut dengan desa wisata dalam menggali dan meningkatkan potensi desa adalah Desa Wonoayu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di Desa Wonoayu, Kecamatan Wajak, Kabupaten Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian yang telah bekerjasama dengan masyarakat sekitar untuk menata ulang dan menggali obyek-obyek wisata yang belum ada sehingga dapat dikunjungi wisatawan nusantara maupun wisatawan mancanegara.
