Abstract

Secara umum dalam merencanakan suatu pekerjaan pembangunan diperlukan perencanaan dan bantuan peralatan mekanis, hal ini dimaksudkan untuk dapat memudahkan pekerjaan yang beroperasi di lapangan. Aspek keamanan dan mobilitas alat  juga merupakan hal yang mutlak perlu diperhatikan agar pekerjaan dapat diselesaikan dengan tepat guna dan dapat selesai sesuai waktu yang telah ditentukan.Pembangunan pada perumahan Garden Hills dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh produktifitas alat berat yang beroperasi di lapangan dan juga waktu yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan di lapangan perlu dilakukan analisa perhitungan melalui data yang diperoleh, baik secara langsung maupun data sekunder dari perusahaan. Dalam hal ini lokasi penelitian yang terletak di Jalan A.W. Syahranie Kota Samarinda, yaitu  kegiatan Pembangunan Perumahan Garden Hills Samarinda Dari perhitungan dapat diperoleh alat berat yang beroperasi di lapangan adalah:  excavator 2 unit, bulldozer 2 unit, dump truck 4 unit dan compactor 1 unit. Volume pekerjaan galian sebesar 141.116,72 m3 , volume timbunan sebesar 141.141,378 m3 , produktifitas excavator sebesar 137,74 m3/jam , produktifitas bulldozer sebesar 58,73 m3/jam, produktivitas dump truck sebesar 79,47 m3/jam dan produktivitas compactor sebesar 469,28 m3/jam. Dari data tersebut diperoleh lama waktu pelaksanaan kerja alat berat adalah sebagai berikut, excavator bekerja selama 2,6 bulan, bulldozer bekerja selama 5 bulan, dump truck bekerja selama 2,2 bulan dan compactor bekerja selama 1,4 bulan, masing – masing dikerjakan  selama 8 jam per hari.

Abstract

Problems in this study were : 1) What are the factors physiologi need, safety needs, socialization needs, esteem needs and self-act-actualization needs significant effect in the performance of government officials Sangatta northern districts. 2) Whicj factors most influence on employee performance Sangatta northern district administration, basic theory of human resource management include motivation theory and performance theory. The hypothesis of this pernulisan formulated as follows. 2) There is a significant effect between physiologi needs, safety needs, socialization needs, esteem needs and self-actualization needs on the performance of employees in the district administration Sangatta north east Kutai regency. 2) penghargaan needs to have the most impact on the performance of gobernment officials Sangatta north east Kutai district. In an attempt to solve the problems associated with the use of writing in the statistical analysis with the help of the program SPPS ver. 19.0 (statiscal program for Social Science) as follows : Y = a + b1X1 b2x2 + + + b3X3 b4X4 b5X5 + + e.Based on the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded : of the five independent variables were studied, all have a positive effect. This shows the increasing demand followed by increased employee performance. Functional relationship Variables-variables that influence employee performance formula produces multiple regression equation as follows :Y = 0.321 + 0.144 + 0.138XI + 0.157X2 + 0.256X3 + 0.232 X4 X5Empirical evidence to determine the test results calculated F Value of 22.639 > of the F table at 2.5336 and significant at 0.000, from 0.05 then the probability of the hypothesis that the simultaneous influence of independet variables on the dependet variable employee performance accptable.Variable physiologi safety, socialization, and self-actualization   awards simultaneously have a positive and significant relationship with the performance of goverment officials Sangatta north east Kutai district.Partial variabel that has meaning physiologi employee performance is variable, safety, socialization, respect and self-actualization of the five variables are variables awards have the most impact on the performance of goverment official Sengata north east Kutai district. Strengh of this correlation is evidenced in the test variable parial 0.000 awards with a smaller probability of a = 5% as a starting measuring obtained t value of 7.066. from the t table with r2 = 2.0639 + 0.700 or 70%. Thus the hypothesis that award needs factors have the most influence on the performance of goverment official Sengata north East Kutai district received.

Abstract

Introduction: Prevalence of violence is highly occur in mental disorders clients at psychiatric hospitals. The impact is injure to others. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of music therapy and RECBT to sign and symptom and ability to control violent behaviour. Methods: Quasi-experimental research design with a sample of 64 respondents. Result: The study found a decrease symptoms of violent behaviour, ability to control violent behavior include relaxation, change negative thingking, irational belief, and negative behavior have increased significantly than the clients that did not receiving therapy. Discussion: Music therapy and RECBT is recommended as a therapeutic nursing at the client’s violent behaviour.Key Word: violent, sign and simptom, ability, music therapy, RECBT

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling yaitu guru honorer sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Wonotunggal Kabupaten Batang yang berjumlah 67 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala psychological well-being, dengan jumlah item 57 yang valid dengan koefisien alpha cronbach reliabilitasnya sebesar 0,950. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif dengan metode statistik deskriptif prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar atau 61,2 persen (41 orang) menyatakan dirinya memiliki psychological well-being pada kriteria sedang. Sedangkan yang termasuk dalam kriteria tinggi hanya sebesar 7,5 persen (5 orang), dan kriteria rendah sebesar 31,3 persen (21 orang). Dari enam dimensi psychological well-being yang diteliti, yaitu dimensi penerimaan diri, hubungan positif dengan orang lain, otonomi, penguasaan lingkungan, tujuan hidup, dan pertumbuhan pribadi berada pada kategori yang sedang. Abxtract. This research is descriptive quantitative research. Population in this research used total sampling is all school honorer teacher in Kec. Wonotunggal Kab. Batang, amount of 67 subject. This research used psychological well-being scale, amount of 57 valid items with realiability coefficient alpha cronbach of 0,950. Analyze method used descriptive analyze with percentage descriptive statistique method. The result of research showed all of or 61,2 % (41 person) have psychological well-being on average criteria. The high criteria is 7,5 % (5 person), and low criteria of 31,3 % (21 person). From 6 dimention of psychological well-being which have been study, the dimension self acceptance, positive relationship to others, otonomy, environmental bend, life purpose, and personal grow is on average criteria.

Abstract

Research has been conducted to determine the level of vitamin C by a visible spectrophotometer, and a metal content of potassium (K) from pumkin sample (Cucurbita Moschata) by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS). Measuring the levels of vitamin C in the sample performed at a wavelength (λ) = 510 nm and measuring the levels of potassium in the sample performed at a wavelength (λ) = 766,5 nm. The results obtained by the levels of vitamin C is sample A (pumpkin from Jono oge village) obtained at 6 mg/L, sample B (pumpkin from Sidera village) obtained at 4,5 mg/L, and sample C (pumpkin from Toro village) obtained at 0,97 mg/L. While the metal content of potassium is sample A (pumpkin from Jono oge village) obtained at 23,22 mg/L, sample B (pumpkin from Sidera village) obtained at 22,22 mg/L, and sample C (pumpkin from Toro village) obtained at 20,22 mg/L. These data indicate that the levels of vitamin C and potassium sample A higher than sample B and C.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain concrete examples of learning outcomes based on the internalization of the synergy between the core values of CHAMPION Catholic University of Musi Charitas and the KKNI subject in Human Resource Management (HRM) in the Management Study Program. CHAMPION's core values are Charity, Humanity, Altruism, Managing-capacity, Persistence, Integrity, Open-minded, and Novelty. Internalizing the core values of CHAMPION in the semester learning plan for HRM courses will provide a characteristic that distinguishes them from other universities. The application of HRM which is synergized with the core values of CHAMPION is very possible to produce management of human resources from the teaching and learning process that is systemic, holistic, interdisciplinary and participatory. Based on the results of the study, it has an impact on learning outcomes; attitudes and values were 29.58%, general skills were 14.79%, special skills 33.80%, and mastery of knowledge was 21.83%. Three very interesting learning methods are; Student centered learning was 39.47%, group interaction / discussion was 32.89%, and 27.63% based projects. Learning experience; the task is 29%, composing papers is 27%, practicing is 20%, surveys or visits are 16%, and comparative studies are 8%. Assessment criteria / rubric; Assignment tests as courses, projects, portfolios are 35.9%, written tests are 30.9%, 16.9% performance tests, 7% observation tests, and 2.8% participation tests. Based on the data above, a Semester Learning Plan is designed for Human Resource Management based on CHAMPION core values.

Abstract

Abstrak:Tujuan penelitian ini  yaitu ingin memperoleh data tentang persiapan guru merancang rencana pembelajaran, mengelola pelaksanaan pembelajaran, hasil peningkatan menulis surat dinas dengan menggunakan metode kolaborasi pada siswa kelas VIIIB SMP  Negeri 8 Pontianak.Adapun metode dan bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasilyang diperoleh dari penelitian ini dengan rata-rata pada siklus I menggunakan metode kolaborasi 79 yang tercakup dari delapan aspek penilaian. Pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 89. Berdasarkan hasil tes siswa, terjadi peningkatan pada setiap siklus menggunakan metode kolaborasi. Maka dapat dikemukakan bahwa penelitian tindakan kelas ini telah berhasil dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 8 Pontianak.   Kata kunci : Menulis Surat Dinas, Metode Kolaborasi Abstract:The purpose of this study which is to obtain data about the preparation of teachers to design lesson plans, manage the implementation of learning, the result of increased write official letters by using the method of collaboration on VIIIB grade students of SMP Negeri 8 Pontianak. The methods and forms of research is qualitative descriptive. The results of this study with the average in the first cycle using collaborative methods 79 covered eight aspects of evaluation. In the second cycle increased to 89. Based on the test results of students, there was an increase in each cycle using collaborative methods. Then it can be argued that the study of this class action has been successful and can enhance the ability of class VIII B of SMP Negeri 8 Pontianak. Abstract

Achievement of plant capacity and reducing bottlenecks in the production process at wet blanketworkstation determined on the level worker of musculoskeletal disorders and the cycles time of the productionprocess per slabs. Capabilities and limitations of workers, equipment, task, and environmental organizationsmust be harmonized for level of workers musculoskeletal disorders and the cycles time of the productionprocess per slabs reduction. The problem scale priority based on total ergonomics must be applied early withidentification of 8 aspects of ergonomics, planned and considered systemic, holistic, interdisciplinary andparticipatory and apply the concept of appropriate technology become one of problem solution about this case.Reduction of level of worker musculoskeletal disorders and cycles time of the production process per slabsbased on ergonomics; include redesigning of the ergonomics table and standing-seat chair folding work wetblanket, setting the pattern system of pair work, giving an active break, providing additional nutrition inthe form of sweet tea and snack pempek, provision of personal protective equipment, and redesigning of thephysical work environment. Experimental research was using the treatment by subject design, with involved17 workers samples who perform activities on the conditions of activity before and after the redesign basedon ergonomics. The level worker of muskuluskeletal disorders, and the cycle time of the production processper slabs data were analyzed using Two Pair Sample t-test at a significance level of 5%. The results of studyshowed that after redesign of wet blanket workstation based on ergonomics there was a significant reductionof the level worker of muskuluskeletal disorders as 21.02%, and reduction of the cycles time of the productionprocess per slabs as 21.85%.

Abstract

Perancangan aplikasi berbasis mobile android untuk memudahkan pembangunan aplikasi melalui gambaran dalam bentuk diagram dan sketsa digital untuk monitoring kesehatan Ibu hamil pada Bidan praktik mandiri. Perancangan ini sebagai salah satu tahapan dalam membangun aplikasi dengan permasalahan dari pengolahan data saat ini hanya menggunakan buku besar yang dimiliki Bidan sebagai media pencatatan riwayat kesehatan Ibu hamil untuk monitoring yang dilakukan oleh Bidan. Perancangan aplikasi ini dikhususkan untuk Bidan sebagai penggunanya. Aplikasi dirancang untuk sistem yang berjalan dan sistem yang akan dibangun dalam bentuk diagram konteks. Penggambaran rancangan interface dalam bentuk sketsa digital menggunakan tools Balsamiq Mockups 3 dengan akses yang memudahkan Bidan disertai fitur seperti hak akses login, input data, dan penyimpanan data yang digunakan untuk monitoring kesehatan Ibu hamil.

Abstract

Bundling Strategy·. merupakan salah satu altematif populer dalam strategi pemasaran.  Agar potensi bundling strategy dapat berdaya secara optimal, maka  anteseden  dan karakteristik strate_gi tersebut harus  dipahami dan dike/ala dengan baik.  Tulisan ini menqupes permas�lahan kekaburan pemahaman   dan   kesenjangan   hasil   penelitian   pengaruh   penerapan bundling   strategy  dan  ha/  yang  me/ingkupinya   terhadap   keunggulan bersaing perusahaan.  lnkonsistensi definisi,  temuan,  dan hasil penelltian tentang pengaruh  bundling strategy  telah  menimbulkan  kesimpangsiuran persepsi  pelanggan  pada  product  bundle  itu  sendiri.   Padahal  persepsi penghematan  akan nilai bundle  menjadi sebuah jembatan  emas  dalam menuju  pemenangan  persaingan   pasar  yang  berkelanjutan. Uji  empirik dilakukan dengan kuesioner kepada 100  manajer perusahaan percetakan di Kota Semarang dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling. Dan  ternya ta  ditemukan  fakta   bahwa  secara   umum  terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kinerja bundling strategy terhadap persepsi penghematan  pelanggan dalam mewujudkan keunggulan bersaing.  Pada bagian akhir,  direkomendasikan sebuah kerangka kerja bundling strategy dalam pasar kompetitif
