Abstract

Hypertension In Pregnancy (HDK) is one of the vascular disorders that occur during pregnancy or at the time of postpartum mother. It is said pregnancy hypertension when blood pressure ? 140/90 mmHg caused by pregnancy itself, has the potential to cause serious disorders in pregnancy. This study aims to determine the relationship of diet with risk of hypertension in pregnancy in third trimester pregnant women at Rejosari Puskesmas Pekanbaru Year 2017. This research method using this type of research is quantitative with cross sectional design. This research was conducted at Puskesmas Rejosari Pekanbaru in May 2017. Sampling technique using consecutive sampling, population in this study amounted to 2304 people and the sample amounted to 96 people. Data collection using primary data using questionnaire. Data processing done by SPSS include editing, coding, scoring and tabulating. The analysis used is univariate and bivariate. Result of research got majority of responden have good diet as much 58 people (60,4%) and do not risk pregnancy hypertension counted 75 person (78,1%). Based on the result of bivariate analysis, there is correlation between eating pattern and hypertension in Puskesmas Rejosari Pekanbaru Year 2017 with Pvalue that is 0,009

Abstract

During menstruation, some young women will experience menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea). The results of a recent study show that almost 10% of adolescents with dysmenorrhea experience school absences and work absences 1-3 days per month. One of the efforts to overcome menstrual pain is by non-pharmacological therapy using red ginger decoction. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of giving Red Ginger to the intensity of menstrual pain in adolescent girls at SMP IT Insan Utama Pekanbaru in 2022. The type of research used is quantitative, namely Quasi Experiment with pre and post test design. The research time is from March - May 2022 at SMP IT Insan Utama Pekanbaru. The population is 30 people using consecutive sampling technique, obtained a sample of 14 people. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. Univariate results from 14 respondents who were given red ginger stew there was a decrease in menstrual pain before being given red ginger stew the majority experienced mild pain and severe pain each amounting to 5 people (36%) and a decrease after being given red ginger stew the majority of respondents experienced mild pain, namely 7 people (50%). The results of the Wilcoxon obtained a p value <  0.001 < 0.05 then Ho is rejected Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an effectiveness of red ginger stew on reducing menstrual pain in adolescents at SMP IT Insan Utama Pekanbaru in 2022. It is recommended to SMP IT Insan Utama Pekanbaru students to be able to consume red ginger stew as an alternative to reduce menstrual pain.

Abstract

The incidence of new mothers who experienced perineal injuries at the age of 25-30 years was 24 percent and at the age of 32-39 years was 62 percent. Perineal wound care is not optimal can turn into infection, infection after childbirth causes maternal death after childbirth. This study was to determine the effectiveness of Kegel Exercise on perineal wound healing in mothers after giving birth at PMB Ernita in 2022. This type of research is quantitative while the retrospective design is considering case and control groups based on their occurrence. Research activities in September 2021-May 2022. The population is 21 people with 1st and 2nd degree injuries, the sample is 20 people with consecutive sample technique. Univariate and bivariate data analysis. Univariate results 10 people who were not given kegel exercise obtained the majority of perineal wounds in the category of not yet healed amounting to 8 people (80%) and 10 people who were given kegel exercise the majority of perineal wounds in the healed category amounting to 9 people (90%). The results of the MannWhitney test show that the p-value < is 0.000 <0.05, meaning that Ho is rejected. Ha is accepted. It is hoped that PMB can provide counseling to pregnant women with perineal injuries to use Kegel exercises for healing perineal wounds.Keywords: Kegel Exercise, Perineal Wound
