Abstract

AbstractThis research aim to analyse acceptor attitude oflUD to usage of in frau ferine device of IVD itself compared to other intrauterine device, that is Injecting KB and Pill of KB. Where the attitude analysis pursuant to risk and efektifilas. Population at this research is entire acceptor mothers of IUD in Tahunan Jepara. Technique Intake by simple sampling random with amount of taken sampel counted 92 responder. Data type is primary' data and sekunder data collected with kuesioner, documentation and intennew. Analysis technique is Friedman Test, that is different test for related sampel more than two criterion.Pursuant to data analysis, first conclusion the obtained is mean perception of acceptor attitude of IUD to efektifitas usage of intrauterine device of IUD compared to other intrauterine device ha\>e difference. Sequence intrauterine device pursuant to efektifitas, started from most effective is IUD, Inject KB and Pill of KB. Conclusion both, mean perception of acceptor attitude of IUD to risk usage of intrauterine device of IUD compared to other intrauterine device [do] not have difference Intrauterine de\>ice owning highest risk is Injecting KB. IUD and is last of Pill of KB. Keyword; consumer attitude, intrauterine device affectivity, intrauterine dexice risk, IUD, Inject KB and Pill of KB.

Abstract

AbstractBanking products on the market very immeasurable, each having excellence. This matter will generate competition, to be able to muster fund and also channelling it to society. Purposes of this research is to analyse influence of sharing holder system factor, location and service to decision of client to chosen product BMT Al-Hikmah Bangsri.Independent Variable consist of sharing holder system, location and service, while dependent variable is decision of consumer to chosen product. Data type is primary data and secunder obtained with documentation and kuesioner. Research population is all consumer becoming client of BMT Al-Hikmah Bangsri which its amount unknown surely because is not available of data 'of research object. Amount ofsampel counted 100 taken client with technique of accidental sampling. Analysis technique the used is doubled linear regresi.Examination of hypothesis indicate that third independent variable (sharing holder system, location and service) having an positive effect and signiftkan to decision chosen product of BMT Al-Hikmah Bangsri by parsial and also simultan. Strongest variabel influence is location then sharing holder system and service. This matter indicate that especial consideration chosen product of BMT Al-Hikmah Bangsri because location. Keywords: sharing holder system, service, location and decision of consumerAbstraksiProduk-produk perbankan dan lembaga-keuangan-lainnya yang ditawarkan kcpada masyarakat sangat beragam, masing-masing mempunyai keunggulan yang bervariasi. Hal ini akan menimbulkan persaingan, untuk dapat menghimpun dana maupun menyalurkannya kembali kepada masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor sistem bagi hasil, pelayanan dan lokasi terhadap keputusan nasabah untuk memilih produk yang ditawarkan BMT Al-Hikmah Bangsri.Variabel independen terdiri dari sistem bagi hasil, pelayanan dan lokasi, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah keputusan konsumen. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sckunder yang diperoleh dengan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh konsumen yang mcnjadi nasabah BMT Al-Hikmah Bangsri yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui secara pasti karena tidak tersedianya data dari objek penelitian. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 nasabah yang diambil dengan teknik accidental sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda.Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen (sistem bagi hasil, pelayanan dan lokasi) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan mcmilih produk BMT Al-Hikmah Bangsri baik pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling kuat adalah lokasi kemudian pelayanan dan sistem bagi hasil. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pertimbangan utama, bagi nasabah memilih produk BMT Al-Hikmah Bangsri adalah karena faktor lokasi. Kata kunci: sistem bagi hasil, pelayanan, lokasi dan keputusan konsumen

Abstract

Furniture crisis make almost all furniture entrepreneurs in Jepara have the influences. Woods prices and others material’s have increasing, but in the other side it is not supported by the increasing sales prices because the customers didn’t want to increase the price so it will reduce their income. Crisis became a burden to women entrepreneur. Women entrepreneurs have a double role, in their occupation and in their household. In this paper we try to examine the influence of furniture to the family of women entrepreneur. That is education, health, food pattern, and relationship between family member, family consumption degree and others.This paper is using the qualitative methods. Population includes all women entrepreneur in Jepara regency. We took the sample by using snowball sampling. Based on survey we found 20 respondents, that include craftsman, sawmill, broker on local (domestic) or export.This paper result that women entrepreneur may survive on furniture crisis depends on size of their company, their personal skills and product sales destiny. For example: export to Europe has reduced, but in the other side export to Malaysia were increased. The other result that during furniture crisis, the women entrepreneurs still gave priority to education of their children’s, although how hard is. The other factors as health, food pattern, and family consumption degree a little bit reduced. For the recreation their still did that but with specific limits. The relationship between family members became not to harmonic.
