Abstract

Matematika menjadi salah satu mata pelajaran yang dianggap sukar oleh siswa. Berbagai macam keluhan juga muncul dari Guru, diantaranya capaian nilai akademik yang rendah, proses belajar matematika yang akhirnya berdampak pada perilaku bermasalah di kelas. Kondisi ini juga dihadapi oleh Guru kelas V di SDN Wonocolo 2 Sidoarjo. Berdasarkan identifikasi permasalahan yang dilakukan oleh pengusul, kondisi tersebut terjadi didasari oleh beberapa hal: 1)Penjelasan materi dan rumus kurang menarik dan cukup membosankan ; 2) Latihan soal yang kurang menarik dan membosankan untuk dikerjakan ; 3)Tidak ada keseruan dalam mengerjakan soal. Oleh sebab itu, prioritas dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra terkait dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran matematika kelas V SDN Wonocolo 2 Sidoarjo. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah mengimplementasikan Seriang Games Edukids serta pemberian penyuluhan terkait penggunaannya. Adapun Seriang Games Edukids yang akan diimplementasikan dilengkapi dengan fitur menampilkan materi dan rumus serta latihan soal yang dikemas dalam bentuk aktivitas permainan. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Seriang Games Edukatif efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman akan konsep belajar matematika serta dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran yang menarik.

Abstract

The Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic impacts several aspects of the social life of students at Islamic Boarding Schools. Resilience is one of the psychological resources developed by individuals and communities to prevent the negative impact of the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic. This study aims to examine the relationship between religiosity and resilience. This research uses the quantitative correlational method. The participants of this study amounted to 216 students who were selected based on a simple random sampling technique. This study uses a resilience scale from Wagnild & Young to measure resilience, and the religiosity scale is based on the dimensions of Islamic worldview and religious personality from Krauss, Hamzah, Juhari, & Hamid. Analysis of this research data using regression analysis with the help of Jeffrey's Amazing Statistics Program (JASP). The results of this study indicate that religiosity has a positive and significant relationship with resilience. Suggestions from this study are that the results of this study can be used as a basis for developing student resilience. Further researchers are expected to examine other psychological resources to develop resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Mahasiswa aktivis organisasi kemahasiswaan memiliki perubahan tanggung jawab yang harus dijalani dan membuat komitmen baru. Tuntutan ini bisa berasal dari dalam maupun luar diri. Kepribadian hardiness merupakan bagian dari kepribadian yang tangguh dalam keadaan apapun bahkan dalam situasi buruk yang perlu dimiliki dan dilatih. Penelitian ini melibatkan 306 orang berusia 18-25 tahun menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah skala konsep diri dan skala kepribadian hardiness. Berdasarkan hasil uji prasyarat pada uji normalitas data variabel kepribadian hardiness dinyatakan berdistribusi normal (0,0780,05) dan data variabel konsep diri tidak bedistribusi normal (0,0000,05). Uji linearitas data dinyatakan tidak linear (0,0120,05) sehingga peneliti akan melakukan analisis data menggunakan Spearman’s rank correlation. Koefisien korelasi antara konsep diri dan kepribadian hardiness sebesar 0,894 (p=0,000), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan sangat signifikan antara konsep diri dengan kepribadian hardiness pada mahasiswa aktivis organisasi kemahasiswaan di Surabaya. Kata kunci: kepribadian hardiness, konsep diri, mahasiswa, aktivis organisasi kemahasiswaan

Abstract

Freedom of Learning is one of the new policies in the world of education that has been issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture which is implemented for college students and students. This policy is carried out as a transformation in success in the academic field. Learning difficulties that afflict dyslexic students make educators feel less able to maximize their teaching, so that not a few dyslexic students are always neglected or left behind in classroom learning. Because of this new policy that makes inclusive children allowed to go to public schools, but many public schools actually cannot accept their arrival because of the lack of knowledge or how to understand dyslexic children's learning by educators. So that special assistance is one solution for schools so that the knowledge and interest of dyslexic children continues to increase.

Abstract

Various forms of juvenile delinquency carried out by students have recently become widespread. This reality really makes parents, teachers, community leaders and even the government feel angry. To overcome this problem, the government finally established a policy of strengthening the character of education for the entire community, including the education sector. Because of the importance of enforcing educational character in schools, the author conducted research aimed at examining the role of the educational ecosystem in implementing strengthening character education for students in schools. The method used in this research is a qualitative method by conducting interviews and surveys at schools based on the results of the analysis. The results obtained are that the implementation of character values ​​by school principals, in the form of socializing school policies regarding character education, provides an example in implementing character values ​​to students, and so on, teachers, in the form of: teachers as the center of school civilization, providing opportunities for opinions equally to students, assessing and reporting learning outcomes fairly and transparently, especially those related to instilling character values, forming students' personalities, and so on , staff/educational personnel in the form of: neat appearance. Speaking politely, and so on, parents/community in the form of mediators (building networks) with other institutions or communities in the action of instilling character values ​​in schools, actively participating in school adiwiyata, holding training in schools, holding training in schools by inviting students. experts, and so on. With synergy in strengthening the character of education in schools, a conducive atmosphere will directly be created in the school environment.
