Abstract

Garut dikenal sebagai kota yang memiliki kekayaan wisata air panas alami. Seiring dengan berkembangnya konsep wisata halal di berbagai daerah, Garut dengan mayoritas penduduk beragama islam dan aktivitas wisatanya masih didominasi wisatawan halal, tengah mempersiapkan diri untuk menjadi bagian dari pengembangan wisata halal di Indonesia.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui preferensi masyarakat Garut sebagai wisatawan lokal pemandian air panas Cipanas Garut mengenai wisata halal Garut. Dengan metode kuantitatif, pendekatan survey dengan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 50 wisawatan dilakukan pada periode Januari ? Juli 2019. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis konjoin dengan bantuan software SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wisatawan lokal Garut masih menempatkan wisata halal sebagai urutan terakhir dibandingkan dengan daya tarik wisata, fasilitas wisata, persepsi wisata maupun keterjangkauan lokasi wisata untuk wisata pemandian air panas Cipanas Garut. Temuan tersebut bisa dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi mengenai pentingnya edukasi indikator wisata halal yang selama ini dilakukan oleh kementrian pariwisata Indonesia, bagi pemangku kepentingan wisata halal di Kabupaten Garut.

Abstract

The one of technology which has the most significant role in human lives is Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This study is conducted to analyze the role of ICT in economic aspect of Indonesia from 1990 through 2005. The term of economic aspect used in this study is refers to the national economic structural changes. Structural decomposition analysis, the one of input-output analysis method, is used in this study. Analysis from macroscopic view shows that ICT sectors had not significant role in national economic structure changes of Indonesia between 1990 and 2005. In order to enhance economic growth of Indonesia, Indonesia government should improve the coherence and predictability and credibility aspect of ICT regulations.Keywords: ICT, structural decomposition analysis, macroscopic view, ICT regulations

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberi rekomendasi pada Dishub kota Bandungdalam rangka menyelesaikan konflik pada pengoperasian Trans Metro Bandung. Pada penelitian ini dikombinasikan pendekatan jaring nilai ko-opetisi, Graph Model for Conflict Resolution (GMCR) dan Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). Hasil penggabungan antara GMCR dan SMART kemudian disebut sebagai Graph Model with Multi-attribute Rating (GMMR). GMMR dapat secara kuantitatif mengukur peningkatan keuntungan yang diperoleh seorang aktor kala ia memilih suatu skenario resolusi tertentu. Dengan menggabungkan GMMR dan jaring nilai ko-opetisi,dapat dibandingkan perbedaan keuntungan antar skenario resolusi pada frame yang berbeda, sedemikian hingga dapat dipilih frame yang memiliki skenario resolusi dengan keuntungan yang lebih tinggi. Melalui penelitian ini dapat direkomendasikan frame dan skenario resolusi dengan peningkatan keuntungan yang optimal bagi Dishub dalam menyelesaikan konflik TMB.Kata kunci: GMCR, SMART, Konflik, Teori Permainan, Trans Metro Bandung (TMB)

Abstract

Abstract. Digital SMEs Village is a program initiated by Telekomunikasi Indonesia. The program is expected to grow entrepreneurial spirit among business actors, as well as to facilitate business actors to expand their business network by utilizing technological developments in Indonesia. The common problem of Digital SMEs Village Indonesia today is the number of human resources that still lack the understanding of using smartphones and computers to interact with consumers in cyberspace. One of the Digital SMEs Village in Bandung district is the Baraya Digital SMEs Village. This study aims to identify the formulation strategy in the development of the Baraya Digital SMEs Village by SWOT analysis. Furthermore, Quantitative Strategies Planning Matrix (QSPM) is used to decide and determine which alternative strategies can best be recommended. The research method used is qualitative method with case study approach by doing depth-interview to several key actors in the Baraya Digital SMEs Village. The results showed that the Baraya Digital SMEs Village needs to implement intensive strategy. The development of strategies that need to be implemented as a top priority is market penetration, by expanding the market share of existing products through online marketing.Keywords:  Digital SMEs Village, cyberspace, SWOT Analysis, QSPM

Abstract

Abstract. The development of the dairy industry in Indonesia is concentrated in Java and is dominated by the traditional farm with small-scale ownership, which is farmers do not get a big profit, farm management is very simple, farmers low level of education, and most farmers have dairy cattle that functioned as savings. This research was conducted to answer questions about how the behavior and decisions of farmers are influenced by interactions with other agents or factors; and how to encourage farmers to increase the cattle population and milk production so that farmers' income increases and have a sustainable business farm to develop the dairy industry in Bandung Regency. Agent-based modeling was conduction with the help of the SOARS program.  In this research, dairy farmers are categorized into three clusters using cluster analysis, which is, the motivated, the survived, and the unsatisfied. Agent-based modeling is suitable for the complexities of this research which are the motivation, behavior, decision, and interactions of dairy farmers will be affecting the output of the dairy industry system as a whole; and to implement some policy scenarios. Keywords:  Agent-based, dairy farmer, milk production, business decisions, behaviour

Abstract

Abstract. Mobile payment is generally a payment tool in the form of software available in smartphones to make it easier for its users to make transactions anytime and anywhere his research aims to give empirical evidence of the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, and security on the interest in the use of mobile payment in Garut University students. We collect questionnaires from 100 students that are selected using the proportionate sampling method. The data is then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The analysis’ results show that both perceived of benefit and security variables partially has a positive effect while the perceived ease of use and trust has an insignificant effect on the interest in using mobile payments. This study provides an essential insight into how academic users in rural areas in Indonesia adopt electronic payment technologies.Keywords:  Perceived ease of use, Perceived of usefulness, Trust, Security, Interests.

Abstract

Currently, social media is required to inform the public about local government programmes related to smart city. Advances in technology require the government to provide fast, precise and accurate information services. Local government leaders' communication patterns are crucial factors in the successful implementation of the smart city technology. This study aims to map the communication priorities of DKI Jakarta government leaders in publicising the smart city programmes using Instagram. The study, using a qualitative method with a content analysis approach, employs a case study involving an Instagram account owned by Anies Baswedan as the head of the DKI Jakarta regional government, analysing captions posted between February 2019 and February 2020. The ATLAS.Ti program was used for data processing. The study results reveal that the highest priority area for communication regarding the smart city programmes was Smart Economy. Moderate priorities included Smart Living, Smart People, Smart Governance and Smart Mobility. Lastly, Smart Environment had a low priority. This study demonstrates that Instagram can be an effective medium for building interaction between leaders and the community in delivering smart city programmes with balanced communication intensity for each programme. Thus, this study's findings are expected to provide a reference for local government leaders in balancing communication priorities for all smart city programmes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kondisi layanan Netflix berdasarkan jenis paket menggunakan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2) serta menguraikan perbedaan ekspektasi kinerja, kondisi yang memfasilitasi, ekspektasi usaha, motivasi hedonis, pengaruh sosial, kebiasaan dan nilai harga pada jenis paket Basic, Standard, dan Premium. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan jenis deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada responden pengguna Netflix. Data kemudian di uji beda menggunakan Analysis of Varians (ANOVA). Kesimpulan yang didapat dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa layanan Netflix dinilai baik pada seluruh jenis layanan paket dan ditemukan perbedaan pada nilai harga, ekspektasi usaha, dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi pada jenis paket Basic, Standard dan Premium.

Abstract

This study aims to discover what has been done by BPPT Bandung in making the implementation the strategy of Integrated Licensing Services Agency to make Hay.U application Bandung to be effective. The factors used to analyze it is PIECES consisting of performance, information, efficiency, control, economy, and service. Using a qualitative approach, interviews with a number of stakeholders were conducted to get a comprehensive overview of the application which presently becomes the mainstay of Bandung city government. The results of this study reveal that Hay.U can overall support the performance of users and employees. In addition, Hay. U is also able to improve the accuracy of information which can make online licensing system in Bandung effective. However, the Integrated Licensing Service Agency (BPPT) needs to consider the convenience factor for the users when inputting data. Users still have problems with the new technology and the amount of data needing to be attached. Keywords — E-Government, Online system, Web-based Application. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa yang telah dilakukan oleh BPPT Bandung dalam mengimplementasikan strateginya untuk menjadikan aplikasi Hay.U Bandung menjadi efektif. Faktor yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah PIECES yang terdiri dari kinerja (performance), informasi (information), efisiensi (efficiency), control (control), ekonomi (economic), dan layanan (service). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, wawancara dengan sejumlah pemangku kepentingan dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran komprehensif dari aplikasi yang saat ini menjadi andalan pemerintah kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Hay.U secara keseluruhan dapat mendukung kinerja pengguna dan karyawan. Selain itu, Hay. U juga dapat meningkatkan keakuratan informasi yang dapat membuat sistem lisensi online di Bandung efektif. Namun, BPPT perlu mempertimbangkan faktor kenyamanan bagi pengguna saat memasukkan data. Pengguna masih memiliki masalah dengan penerimaan teknologi baru dan banyaknya data yang perlu dilampirkan. Kata Kunci—E-Government, Sistem daring , Aplikasi Berbasis Web.

Abstract

Continuous development of the Indonesian agri-food retail in the past decades has shown an evolutionary way on how the buyer and seller build their interaction during the exchange transaction process. It shows the significance of beneficial buyer-seller relationships in the shifting from traditional food retailing model to modern food retailing model, including in developing economy context. The study aims to investigate the factors affecting the buyer-seller relationship concept to access the modern market from the farmer producer perspective in the setting of an emerging market. This study surveyed 75 respondents of vegetable farmer group members located in a vegetable cluster in West Java, Indonesia. An explanatory quantitative method with Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA)was used for the data analysis. The findings verified four primary factors that can explain the B2B buyer-seller relationship of farmers deciding to partner with modern retailers such as supermarkets, which consists of trust, loyalty, relationship commitment, and business communication. The findings propose a further understanding related to the factors that influence the buyer-seller inter-relationships in the B2B context of the agriculture sector.
