The role of Kominda as eyes and earsin carry out early warning and early detection to threat, interference, resistance and challange in the region isvery existance necessery. That case do aseffort to keep stability region so that the threat, interference, resistance and challange appears may pressed since early by the certain sequence and methode. The existance of Jemaah Ahmadiyah Indonesia in area of Sukabumi city is considered astray by the religious Majelis Ulama Indonesia number : 11/MUNAS VII/MUI/15/2005 and another rule release by the side of Indonesian government related banned of Jemaah Ahmadiyah Indonesia dispersion there are SKB 3 Menteri Tahun 2008 No. Kep : 033/JA/6/2008 about command and warming to the member or followers Jemaah Ahmadiyah Indonesia become one case of attention bye the Sukabumi citys government. Passed of Kominda as one of region government instrument effortssome early handling prosses for burst of problem both for happened or will be happen as a form anticipation and prediction, but the prosses have constrain from the facilities and basic facilities which used by Intelligent who moved in the ground. However that case unaffect the quality of performance of Kominda.

The title of this research is “Implementasi Kebijakan Pemerintah Desa Tentang Pembentukan Badan Usaha Milik Desa Di Desa Tanjungsari Kecamatan Sukaluyu Kabupaten Cianjur”. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach that is to give a description about the problem in this research. With 7 informants, there are: The Headman of Tanjungsari Village, The Director of BUMDes, The Head Financial Unit of BUMDes,The Head of Service Section of Tanjungsari Village, The Head of Village Economic Institute DPMD Kab. Cianjur, The Head of Karang Taruna, and The Head of RT 002 RW 001 as Tanjungsari Village community. The results represented that the Implementation of Village Government Policy About Badan Usaha Milik Desa in Tanjungsari Village Sukaluyu Cianjur has not been optimally. This was because (1) the policy objectives that BUMDes Tanjungsari Village has not been able to empower the entire village community, (2) the existing BUMDes lack in terms of quantity and quality of human resource then executives tend to stuck in with their respective jobs so that in implementing the policy of the Village Government about Badan Usaha Milik Desa was not followed by the development of a good business type. (3) Financial resources that cannot be develop all the types of business, (4) Characteristics of implementing agencies BUMdes different, (5) the existence of non-compliance attitude of the policy implementers (6) lack of communication between Organization and Activity Executor, (7) the external environment consisting of the political, social and economic environment in the tanjungsari village runs conducive. This research entitled "The role of Village Government in Increasing Public Participation in Economic Development Village Rancapanggung Cililin District West Bandung Regency". The problem in this research is not optimal the Village Head in monitoring the development of society so that it can cause the lack of society in participating in planning, execution, utilization and also supervision and evaluation of economic development in Rancapanggung Village. As well as, concerning the low level of public awareness and lack of socialization of agencies that will carry out development activities to the community resulting in lack of ownership of the results of development and lack of coordination between agencies. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the Role of Village Government in Increasing Public Participation in Village Economic Development. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques conducted by researchers is to learn to study books as reference materials, field observations, and interviews. In sampling the researcher using technique Purposive Sampling. Informants in this research are Village Head, Village Community Empowerment Institution, and Community Leader. From the research results found that the role of village government in improving community participation in the field of village economic development is still not optimal. There are several weak points such as (1) lack of village heads in monitoring the development of the community, (2) lack of community in participating in planning, implementation, utilization and monitoring and evaluation of economic development in Rancapanggung Village, (3) lack of socialization from agencies that will carry out development activities to the community, (4) lack of ownership of the development result and lack of coordination between agencies. AbstractThe handling of child protection has not been established in Bandung in common a view over the issues of children's rights, resulting in differences in the understanding of the needs and treatment strategies. This is evident from the handling of the problem of children who have not run optimally so that there are still many problems in handling. This study used a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach, the data used will be more complete, in-depth and reliable.Given the difficulties faced by the city government such as the prevention and handling of child abuse, exploitation, mistreatment and neglect of children. Children who do not get good service by parents that children behave become street children, children who are dealing with the law, child deviant behavior such as sex, drinking and drugs as part of the mismanagement of the parents. Many children are not getting proper education, proper health and do not have lands a decent playground. The number of street children in Bandung, which reached 2,162 children , abandoned children who reach 5,848 poor children and children's children who reach 78 751 in 2012 . Lack of optimal handling of the child by the local government led to the growth of street children and poor children increased in Bandung, supported by a low awareness of the public led to the increasing problem of child protection. Necessary measures to prevent and deal with perlinidungan children through role local government and the community to seriously address the issue of child protection. One effort is the implementation of the model and the right strategy so that the child can be humanized and disejahterakan through a model of prevention and protection of children's snacks. The child protection strategy includes: 1 ) prevention through awareness building society , making policies , involving the community, institutional and service delivery . 2 ) treatment through the identification of child problems , withdrawal , rehabilitation , reintegration and care management . Through the model and this strategy is expected to be upgraded to child protection services in the City of Bandung through the policies formulated by the local government of Bandung .

This research is titled "Patronage Relationship Pattern in Local Government Bureaucracy of Bandung City." The purposes of this study are: 1) to know the existence of pattern of patronage relationship in local government bureaucracy of Bandung City; 2) knowing the background of patronage relationship pattern; and 3) to know the impact of the existence of patronage relationship pattern to the performance of local government. This research was designed using a 'qualitative’ approach. The results are: 1) There is a pattern of patronage relationship in the local government bureaucracy of Bandung City between the major and certain officials; 2) The background of the pattern of patronage relationship in the local government bureaucracy of Bandung City are political factor (direct major election), sameness of education almamater faktor, and the employee performance factor; 3) The existence of pattern of patronage relationship in Bandung City local government bureaucracy does not negatively impact to performance achievement of local government." Moving from the conclusion of the research results, the researcher proposes a concept formulated: "Patronage relationship pattern in local government bureaucracy does not negatively impact the performance achievement of local government, if the head of region can manage it carefully and normative."

This research is intended to study community participation in village development planning in Bandung regency, West Java Province. The question raised is related to community participation in Sayati village, Margahayu sub-district; Nanjung Village, Margaasih District; Margamukti Village, Pangalengan District; and Ciburial Village, Cimenyan District, Bandung Regency, West Java Province. Participation is intended more to explore the process of involvement in expressing opinions, opportunities in expressing opinions and opportunities in implementing policy planning and development programs in the four selected villages. In this study, researchers used the Arnstein ladder model developed by Hart as the grand analysis theory in this study. In this study used a qualitative method so that the main instrument is the researcher himself. The technique used in this study is observation which is completed with in-depth interviews conducted with key informants and making field notes about events that researchers encounter in the field. The results showed that, community participation in village development planning in accordance with formal procedures for the formulation of development planning in Bandung Regency, community participation in village development planning which only took the form of physical presence and community participation in village development planning which only took the form of participation ideas and ideas alone by ignoring participation in physical presence.

The involvement of Kodim 0316 /Batam in a situation of global health crisis has started since the outbreak of COVID-19 in Indonesia, from the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions to the application of the new normal adaptation phase. The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the role of Kodim 0316 / Batam in Maintaining Stability of Development in the Era of Adaptation to New Habits. The method in this study uses qualitative research, in qualitative research using qualitative methods namely observation, interviews and document review. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the Role of Kodim 0316 / Batam in Maintaining Stability of Development in the New Habit Adaptation Era, the Preventive Role in the preventive action of the Kodim unit has carried out socialization to the community about life in the AKB era in order to maintain the stability of the success of national development, Persuasive Role through the persuasive action of the Kodim unit in carrying out policing operations and enforcing community discipline regarding life in the AKB era in order to maintain the stability of national development, the Repressive Role of Kodim 0316 / Batam in maintaining and maintaining conduciveness for the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), empowering regional potentials as part from the guidance and empowerment of the defense area, as well as the curative role of Kodim 0316 / Batam has been going well.

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Peran Kodim 0506/Tangerang Dalam Pemberdayaan Wilayah Pertahanan Guna Mengamankan Pilkada Serentak Tahun 2020 dan Untuk mendeskripsikan Peran Kodim 0506/Tangerang Guna Mengamankan Pilkada Serentak Tahun 2020. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dalam penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu pengamatan, wawancara dan penelaahan dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitan dapat di simpulkan bahwa Kesiapan Kodim 0506/Tangerang dalam pemberdayaan wilayah pertahanan guna mengamankan pilkada serentak, bisa terlihat dari Personil yang berkualitas dan professional dalam bidangnya. Anggaran yang ada sudah cukup memadai meskipun terkadang mendapat sedikit kendala pada saat penyelenggaraannya. Soliditas dan Sinergitas Kodim, Polres dan Pemerintah Daerah dalam Pemberdayaan Wilayah Pertahanan Guna Mengamankan Pilkada Serentak terjalin sangat baik.
