Abstract

Sentiment analysis is a method for reviewing products or services to determine opinions or feelings about a product. The results of the analysis can be used by companies as evaluation materials and considerations to improve the products or services provided. This study aims to test the level of public sentiment on the quality of Bank Mandiri services that have received ISO 20000-1 with the application of sentiment analysis using the K-NN algorithm based on ITSM criteria. The initial classification in this study uses the lexicon method by detecting words included in sentiment words, the results of which are included as labels on training data and test data. Formation of the classification with the K-NN algorithm by taking into account the results of the training data indexing and weighting of the test data, with the value of k as the decision maker limit. The trial results of 10 scenarios show that the classification using the K-NN algorithm as a sentiment classification is 98% accuracy value of 50 test data to 600 training data, with 24% getting positive sentiment, 22% negative sentiment and 55% neutral sentiment, with f -measure 95.83%. while in testing 100 the test data obtained 79% accuracy value with 21% getting positive sentiment, 42% negative sentiment and 38% neutral with an f-measure value of 68.42%.

Abstract

In this research, adoption of the DeLone and McLean (D&M) information system (IS) success model and its adaptation with the project success theories were used to explore state of IS project success and to examine factors which affect its success. A survey towards the internal project stakeholder in an univerity with response rate 48% was carried out to collect the raw data for Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis. Majority of the participants (80.7%) stated that level of the project success is more than 50% where information quality, system quality, service quality, system use, and user satisfaction substantially explain 64.5% of variance in the success variable. The three quality factors together explain 43.2% of the variance of system use and 70.4% of the variance of user satisfaction. Although, a number of the findings were consistent with the prior studies, these findings also presented inconsistencies especially related to aspects of information quality and system use. Accordingly, researchers and practitioners will be stand to benefit from the information provided in this study and it is hoped that future research will build upon the findings reported herein as efforts are made to attain the IS project success especially in the sampled institution.

Abstract

This study examines the input factors that were reputed theoretically affecting the information system (IS) project success in term of the processional and causal perspectives. Adopting three of the four dimensions from the McLeod and MacDonell’s (M&M’s) classification project framework dimensions, the study is initiated by inviting the internal project stakeholders in a sampled institution. A stratified sampling then identified 130 people who experienced in the projects as the sample, contacted 90 of the samples via e-mail and  distributed the paper-based questionnaire into 40 certain people especially who are on the managerial level. A number of 62 (48%) valid responses, then were analyzed using the partial least squares-structural equation modeling  (PLS-SEM) software, i.e. SmartPLS. The significances of the whole path coefficients, the acceptances of the overall hypotheses, the relevances of the three predictors relevances, and the moderate coefficient determination of the IS project success variable may present acceptability of the proposed model for the subsequent studies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to integrate citizen perceived value into an expectation- confirmation model (ECM) and to explain citizen intention use of e-government services. After reviewing both ECM and citizen perceived values, integrated models were designed. This study was compared to the basic ECM; this study revealed that the integration of ECM with citizen perceived value can provide a concerted solution to illustrate some factors and how it can influence citizen intention use for e-government services.

Abstract

Historically, scholars have been determining deductively critical success factors (CSFs) since the end 1970s. Meanwhile, most of researchers in the information system (IS) project performance studies have been performing inductively this process. Definitely, each of both methods has strengths and weaknesses, but we argue that researchers and practitioners will get an alternative choice if both methods are combined for sharing the caracteristics. This study is conducted to respond this issue. Authors combined both methods using a compatibility analysis to inprove the result validity. This paper contributes to the debates on ensuring the interrelationship between the project succes criteria and their CSFs, incorporating the new factors, decomposing complexity of the project, and understanding focus of the stakeholders in the IS project environment. Although, the proposed method is only a combination of both previous methods, but this proposition is proposed together with a case study to prove its implementation feasibility

Abstract

IT Service Management (ITSM) is a framework used to support businesses by increasing IT service quality. Several studies have tried to examine the development of ITSM based on their respective interests. However, the development of ITSM in Indonesia has not been widely studied, such as the types of research that are most often investigated, what domains are often researched, the areas and types of companies being studied. The things above are the main objectives of this research. The method used in capturing data, screening, and analysis is the systematic literature review method. There are many findings obtained from this research. One of them is the domination of the service operation research area (45%) among other areas. Meanwhile, applied research had been researched quite consistently over the last five years. From these results,  it can be noticed that a deeper understanding of the synchronization between business and IT is needed. This is in accordance with the objectives of ITSM implementation so that future research is expected to provide balance in other areas, such as service strategy, design, transition, operation, and continuous service improvement.

Abstract

As a sophisticated platform, namely Blockchain, which has 3 (three) potentials to change the governance system which is still considered traditional, solve the problem of principal agents, and minimize the crime of document falsification. However, in the government sector, the documents used can be insecure and lead to document falsification. Blockchain is becoming increasingly significant in document services and beyond until questions arise about the authenticity and security of manuscripts and documents in the government sector. So, Go-Chain (Government Blockchain) it is necessary to authenticate documents using Blockchain to minimize document forgery. By utilizing the potential of Blockchain technology, this research aims to maximize government e-documents in a modern and secure manner. Propose a Blockchain-based document framework method that is applied with a literature review study—in addition to ensuring the speed of system execution by utilizing DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) and Smart Contracts. The result is that modern and safe government e-documents in document verification can significantly maintain transparency and increase trust in public services.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis or opinion mining is a computational study of the opinions, judgments, attitudes, and emotions of a person towards an entity, individual, issue, event, topic, and attributes. This task is very challenging technically but very useful in practice. For example, a business always wants to seek opinion about its products and services from the public or the consumers. Additionally, potential consumers want to learn what users think they have when using a service or purchasing a product. To get public opinion on food habits, ad strategies, political trends, social issues and business policy, this is a very critical factor. This paper will explain a survey of key sentiment-extraction approaches.

Abstract

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam which is always mentioned parallel to prayer. The problems that exist in zakat institutions in Indonesia are low level of trust in muzaki in zakat payments through official institutions and tend to distribute zakat directly to mustahik. Zakat can attract sufficient attention from Muslim intellectuals, especially in the fields of research related to the development of zakat management. However, the growing zakat information system does not make it easier for muzaki to choose mustahik preferences, even though choice recommendations of mustahik is needed to make it easier for muzaki to choose mustahik preferences. The researcher was interested in applying the concept of recommendation in the Zakat Radar application by using the content based filtering method to produce a mustahik recommendation system with the term frequency inverse document frquency (tf-idf) technique.. This system is built using the Java programming language and MySQL as a database. The mustahik recommendation system has been successfully implemented in the Radar Zakat application, which produces 5 mustahik recommendations based on the highest weighting of the similarity of mustahik criteria chosen by the user. Similarity of mustahik criteria is based on the query of mustahik criteria chosen by the user, 5 queries of mustahik criteria are mustahik income, residence, facilities, number of dependents, and mustahik employment status.

Abstract

There is an urgent interest among Muslims to participate in broader religious thought activities regarding the nature of modern technology in response to the refutation presented by the ideals of current technology. The impact and use on understanding modern technology cannot be limited. It is so much more pervasive because it conditions ideas, creates our goals and desires. In order to measure modern technology from within the framework of Islamic ethics and design the Islamic paradigm, this is very important by looking at psychological, spiritual, social, moral and circles of the latest postmodernist technology. For holistic insight and moral enhancement of technology, fortitude and practical appropriateness to respond to the latest (contemporary) incident produced due to technology that is holy and ethical poor. Maqashid al-syar'ah hold a useful asset. Muslims should review their traditional notions of Advantage (maṣlaḥah) along with take advantage of these fundamental religious ethics. The design of technological development is beneficial for mankind, because modern technology is infused through It is having a plan all by itself regarding good activities. The intense problem of the Islamic background is which kind of human needs (maṣlaḥah) intense a religion legal discussion can deal with the set of technological values. Muslim jurists, when assessing modern technology, often make use of expressions that describe the optimistic predictions of technology when it comes to human success. This resulted in most of them interpreting human benefit (maṣlaḥah) in terms of technology and issuing fatwas. This makes them be given a particularistic technique to the effect of cutting-edge generation with out considering the effect that current era would possibly have on Muslim life. In this article, it is argued that the contextual-important philosophy of contemporary-day era describes one of the preconditions for outlining what constitutes a reputable human interest (maṣlaḥah). This may be accomplished whilst on the identical time increasing the scope of Islamic Goals (maqashid al-syar'ah) to consist of critical lectures. It links the dual hermeneutic action between the Islamic (time) conception of human goodness (maṣlaḥah) and the axiological contextual perception of the problem during the model of technological development.
