Abstract

This study aims to see the effectiveness of the role of the Special Job Fair at SMK SMTI Banda Aceh in enhancing graduates employability to the Business/Industry World. This study uses a qualitative method by conducting interviews with the Industrial Relations Team and Alumni of SMK SMTI Banda Aceh and the Special Job Exchange Unit of SMK SMTI Banda Aceh with a focus on graduate data from 2016 to 2021 which includes the total number of graduates and the number of graduates working in The Business/Industry World, the graduates who are entrepreneurs, and the graduates who continue their education. The results showed that the role of the Special Job Fair SMK SMTI Banda Aceh in marketing graduates to The Business and Industrial was effective. This can be seen from the number of graduates who work and are being an entrepreneur,is increasing every year except for 2021. In 2021, there is a decrease in the number of graduates who work due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Many Special Job Fair program activities cannot be implemented due to efforts to overcome the covid-19 pandemic which has an impact on the distribution of graduates to The Business/Industry World.

Abstract

Accreditation of the Study Program is a must to ensure that there is no expiration. Because it will have an effect on the consequences for the existence of the study program which is determined by the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN PT). Preparing for accreditation is not an easy thing to get a decent accreditation value, but it requires support and cooperation with all parties. However, the problems that occur are many parties who do not seriously support the accreditation process, especially the lecturers, students and alumni. Therefore, proper communication is needed so that the cohesiveness and seriousness of all parties emerge. This article discusses how communication is built to increase cooperation, cohesiveness and seriousness in preparing for accreditation so as to increase the value of accreditation. The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis. Research workshop in the Study Program. KPI Postgraduate IAIN Lhokseumawe by using organizational information theory. The results of the study show that the IAIN Lhokseumawe Postgraduate KPI Study Program communicates with the Rector, Lecturers, LPM, Students, Alumni, Alumni Users and Assessors in the process of increasing their accreditation. Communication built in the form of formal, informal and persuasive communication. Especially the head of the study program always communicates with increasing emotional relationships for the benefit of the study program

Abstract

National programs involving central and local government are complex issues. The length of bureaucracy and the involvement of many parties have its own independence, such as overlapping central and regional rules. Another problem will arise that is loosening the hands of the parties, so the public does not know for sure the base of the problem. This study aims to examine the concept of social audit involving the parties in the development process. Social audit is a form of broad community participation to measure the accountability and integrity of government programs. This study focuses on the program flow that includes budget transfers, distribution, reporting and complaint mechanisms. More details, reviewing the availability of rules, program implementation and community access. This concept is appropriate to test government policy on social assistance programs for all levels of community groups. Problem mapping and dialogue to find common solutions are the advantages of this social audit concept. The study was conducted by literature study approach on social audit tools of integrity system development program and accountability process from government budget on education sector, agriculture and social welfare of Pattiro NGO.

Abstract

Communication between central-regional leaders is a substance in building the Indonesian nation. The central leaders, both the President, the Minister, as well as the first and second echelon officials based in Jakarta, need a strategy in communicating with regional leaders, both the Governor and the Regent. Regional leaders have problems communicating with central leaders due to different cultures, as well as the style of each region so that it becomes a challenge in communicating. This article examines how the Communication Between Central and regional leaders in the Revolutionary Era. The article used the Contingency Theory (Situational). The theory discusses maximum leadership quality in a particular place. The descriptive research method used is seeing an object, a set of conditions, thoughts or an event (Nazir, 1985: 63). The results study indicates that communication between regional central leaders depends on one's leadership style and depends on the leaders' strategies themselves.
