Abstract

This research is based on the importance of planning in the world of business, especially in terms of production which of course will not be separated from a considerable expense. With planning, the company can figure out the amount to be produced, whether it is too large or too low. If in production there are deviations from the predetermined plan, it will be costly to the company concerned and the use of high costs in the production stage will disserve to the company. This research is qualitative research that aims to find out and explain the planning carried out in the Furniture Business in 2021. The purpose of this study is to describe how the implementation of Furniture Business planning,increase production. The result of this research is that the Furniture Business in the production of goods has planned as before, it can be proven in 2021 in the sales budget for One Package of Living Room Chairs which will be carried out in 2021, with a sales plan of 47 units and a sales budget of Rp. 94.000.000. As for the wardrobe sales budget which will be carried out in 2021, with a sales plan of 43 units and a sales budget of Rp.38.700.000, based on estimation results using three production approaches, that emphasize the stability of production, prioritizing inventory stability, and the combination of inventory and production levels fluctuating at certain limits. Furniture business for the final result is still an optimum balance between the level of production and the supply of inventory levels

Abstract

Every community everywhere, both in the village and in the city, will undoubtedly face a social dynamic that is so complex. From that dynamic then arises problems according to the conditions that envelop it. The problems will undoubtedly be tried to be solved by the community where the problem arises. Community service will not go well if it is not based on the spirit of research to help solve problems faced by the community. In this regard, the involvement of Bina Bangsa University through lecturers as researchers, facilitators and motivators. The position of society remains as the perpetrator and driver of change itself. Community Service is conducted for a month by applying health protocols through interviews and observations and literature studies with BMC (Business Model Canvas) or Canvas Business Model in solving problems. The study results found that umkm startup Kripik Singkong mentioned in the Canvas Business Model that there are nine things. MSMEs Kripik Singkong and Kripik Pisang can apply this approach to solve the problems faced by MSME startups

Abstract

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Wanabatik Pratama Lebak in Sukatani Village, Wanasalam District, Lebak Regency, is a force to support the area in the village. It considers Batik to be the cultural heritage of the nobility of the Indonesian state, and there is a commitment to preserving the nation's culture. As a result, it is an excellent opportunity to develop MSME Wanabatik Pratama Lebak. Counselling and lectures are the methods used in this service activity. The extension method involves sharing and discussing management information and knowledge. Finally, the evaluation carries out by documenting and observing the implementation of the knowledge conveyed in the commercial activities of Batik artisans. The outcomes of this service activity are in desperate need by managers. At the same time, they provide a positive response to the entrepreneurship programme by emphasizing development services related to the field of entrepreneurship. In addition to bolstering the foundations of entrepreneurialism, this activity also helps business groups improve their operations' administrative management. Commercial and marketing collaboration has begun, as has networked with other parties. This collaboration strengthens the position that leads to community empowerment. The assessment of accounting practises and concepts, as well as organisational management, is quite good.

Abstract

A top manager is significant in a company because leaders are the only people responsible for guiding, leading, guiding, motivating, and providing adequate supervision or supervision to their employees. Maslow argues that a person will be encouraged to work if his demands are filled in the hierarchy of needs theory. With this motivation, employees will work more decisive for optimal results. Maslow's theory of inspiration should be considered a general direction for managers. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, namely research that produces analytical procedures that do not use statistical analysis. This qualitative study aims to analyze the top manager's leadership role to increase employee work motivation from Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory. According to the findings of this study, top managers' leadership role in increasing employee work motivation is very realistic, namely by providing inspiration, encouragement, and direction to subordinates and broad responsibilities and opportunities for them to make decisions or wisdom in completing their work. The leadership role of top managers to increase employee work motivation in the perspective of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory is by fulfilling several requirements, including physiological needs, safety and security needs, social needs, esteem needs, and self-actualization needs

Abstract

This PKM takes the object of devotion, namely fishermen who are residents of Lontar Beach Village. Service partners to PKM is the village manager. The problems taken from the productivity of fishers are still not maximal Not yet skilled fishermen villages management of fish catches well (such as frozen food, food variations etc.), and still lack of human resource management for fishers Lontar Beach village. The PKM programprovided is in the form of seminars on how to improve and improve the quality of fishers of Lontar Beach Village Tirtayasa Subdistrict and training how to store, process and market fishermen's catches at Lontar Beach In the future it is expected that the quality of existing human resources is fishermen of Lontar Beach Village District Tirtayasa can be improved and improved so that it can contribute more to the Village of Lontar Beach Tirtayasa Subdistrict. Lontar Beach fishers have entrepreneurship knowledge that has business ethics, handle customer complaints and how to market good products, and future service is expected to provide more practical training. to provide them with provisions in the face of competition and see opportunity in the future

Abstract

In developing Small and Medium Micro Enterprises (MSMEs) it is necessary to know the  performance of  its business in view of its business financial statements.  The problem  that exists today  is that the  majority of MSMEs in Indonesia do not make financial statements because of various things, namely busyness in trying and not knowing how to make   financial statements. The results of interviews and surveys to 100 MSMEs  in Indonesia  in   February are that  almost all MSMEs  do not know how to make basic or  simple  financial statements.  So we as Pengabdi aim to provide knowledge of making simple   financial statements by providing training and assistance in making digital  financial statements with the help of Smartphones,  due to the  flexibility of  time and place in its manufacture.  The method provided by   way of 1.Training in making simple  financial statements for MSMEs, 2.Training and assistance in making android-based  digital  accounting in Smartphones. The results of the workshop of  MSME  participants who follow the spirit of practice and can make  financial statements on  their respective Smartphones

Abstract

The presence of MSMEs has an essential factor in people's lives in the realization of distribution to the community. In addition, MSMEs are a vital point for national economic development. When considering job performance, MSMEs can absorb labor, reducing unemployment and participation to help the government fight unemployment. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data Collection Methods This research was conducted by observing, interviewing, documenting, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the existence of the Covid-19 Pandemic impacts MSMEs, especially iPhone homes. When the current impact includes: (1) iPhone home MSME income before the Covid-19 Pandemic was very stable and normal and even often increased, but due to the presence of traders, the Covid-19 Pandemic has decreased spectacularly to reach 50% or more, (2) Factors-factors that led to a decrease in the income of traders during the Covid-19 pandemic period, the desire to visit the public has decreased. Business people have several attempts to increase their income during this Pandemic by learning technology, providing exemplary service, practicing cleanliness by always complying with health protocols, and offering customer promotions and discounts

Abstract

This social service discusses cross-cultural communication between the Baduy people and tourists from different cultural backgrounds. The constant meeting of people from different cultural backgrounds affects both sides. The Baduy tribe is one of the tribes that still defends itself from the influence of modernity. They live around the Kendeng Mountains, Kanekes Village, Leuwidamar District, Lebak and Banten Regencies. Tourists from various cultural backgrounds continue to come to visit the Baduy tribe. In a long process, the Baduy tribe has adapted to a situation where their lives are closely related to travelers. However, the proximity and intercultural communication that emerged brought change to the Baduy people, whether they realized it or not. The results of community service during Baduy observation activities and interviews obtained information from outside the Baduy, the Baduy Regional Government, tourists and researchers. Cultural differences between Baduy and tourists can be considered as a fact, and verbal and non-verbal communication is a phenomenon that can be found. This phenomenon is the result of continuous and long-lasting intercultural communication. Some of the existing obstacles change the behavior of the Baduy people
