Abstract

Pengelolaan lingkungan sangat penting bagi industry, kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa Pelatihan ISO 14001:2015 Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan Pada Industri chemical di Tangerang ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan peningkatan pengetahuan kepada karyawan industri chemical di Tangerang. Kegiatan pelatihan ini secara offline atau tatap muka dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13 April 2019 dan diikuti oleh 67 orang karyawan industri chemical di Tangerang, sedangkan pemateri berjumlah 1 orang, , Materi yang disampaikan mengacu pada judul agenda pelatihan. Metode pelatihan berupa pemberian materi secara tatap muka,Pada akhir kegiatan dilakukan dengan sesi tanya jawab dan ujian tertulis post test sebagai bentuk evaluasinya. Hasil setelah mengikuti pelatihan, para peserta dapat memahami persyaratan dan ISO 14001:2015 Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan di tempat kerja masing-masing.Nilai evaluasi pretest sebelum pelatihan rata rata sebesar 22% sedangkan setelah pelatihan nilai post test sebesar rata rata 91%

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas produk merupakan hal yang utama dalam sebuah industri manufaktur. Aktivitas Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa Pelatihan ISO 9001:2015 Sistem Manajemen Mutu Pada Industri Packaging di Tangerang ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan peningkatan pengetahuan kepada karyawan industri Packaging di Tangerang. Kegiatan pelatihan ini secara offline atau tatap muka dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14 Juni 2019 dan diikuti oleh 89 orang karyawan industri Packaging di Tangerang, sedangkan pemateri berjumlah 1 orang, Materi yang disampaikan mengacu pada judul agenda pelatihan . Metode pelatihan berupa pemberian materi secara tatap muka, peserta dapat bertanya secara langsung tanpa perlu berkumpul. Pada akhir kegiatan dilakukan dengan sesi tanya jawab dan ujian tertulis sebagai bentuk evaluasinya. Hasil setelah mengikuti pelatihan, para peserta dapat memahami persyaratan dan ISO 9001:2015 Sistem Manajemen Mutu di tempat kerja masing-masing.Nilai evaluasi pretest sebelum pelatihan rata rata sebesar 21% sedangkan setelah pelatihan nilai post test sebesar rata rata 92%

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of Family Business employees with the implementation of ISO 22000:2018 applied by the company, to determine the level of satisfaction of Family Business employees to the company's performance with the BSC perspective and to determine the effect of implementing ISO 22000:2018 on the achievement of company performance. This research is conducted by distributing questionnaires. Online Questionnaires were distributed to employees from several departments who represented and understood the condition of the company. Based on its nature, this research is descriptive, namely describing and explaining the effect of implementing ISO 22000:2018 on company performance. The respondents in this study were 444 Family Business employees from several departments who were considered to understand well the application of ISO 22000:2018. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique based on certain criteria with certain considerations. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been carried out, the following conclusions: The level of employee satisfaction with the implementation of the ISO 22000:2018 food safety management system which consists of the application of the basic requirements program, the application of HACCP principles, the application of interactive communication and the application of the resource management system. The level of employee satisfaction with the achievement of company performance which consists of financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective. The effect of implementing ISO 22000:2018 on the achievement of company performance is very significant and has a positive value, which means that there is a positive influence on company performance. The real effect can be seen in the number of Family Bisnis customers before implementing ISO 22000:2018 the number of customers, and after implementing ISO 22000:2018 there was a drastic increase in the number of customers. Implementation of the basic eligibility requirements program has the highest impact on company performance from financial performance, customer performance, internal business process performance and learning and growth performance

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of digital marketing for hospital marketing. This study categorized a literature review, by conducting a critical literature review and containing scientific information, ideas, or findings contained in the body of literature, academically-oriented literature, and formulating theoretical and methodological contributions to certain topics. Then, the data or knowledge obtained will be described in the next part of the writing series systematically (discussion, opinion, methodology, and conclusion) with the following flow easy to understand and understand for readers. Based on the literature review result, this study can be concluded into six points, there are: First, the usage of digital marketing can be applied to hospital marketing service products. Second, the increasing number of patients can be seen based on the positive reviews of patients' assessment data through selected platforms. Third, digital marketing can strengthen the brand image of health facilities, at the same time, it also makes patients to find the hospital location easier. Fourth, digital marketing can be done with various options, either through applications that are designed by the hospital personally or with other variations of digital platforms such as search engine marketing. Fifth, sending marketing by email or social media, added with search engine optimization means offer many opportunities for hospitals to connect with patients, another that is a requirement and important part for healthcare organizations to keep up with marketing trends and up-to-date promotions in order to create a global brand image for future. Sixth, with constant monitoring, supervision, and a commitment to improving quality, hospitals can use digital marketing for promotion effectively

Abstract

The results of this study are expected (1) For the scientific aspect, the results of this study are useful for enriching empirical findings regarding the issue of E-Satisfaction and E-Loyalty, it is hoped that conceptual foundations can be found that have methodological implications regarding the delivery of E-Satisfaction and E-Loyalty. (2) For practical purposes, the results of this study can reveal useful information for the provision of quality services on E-Service Quality, and (3) For further researchers, research can encourage further researchers to find other variables that have a dominant influence on E-Service Quality, Satisfaction and customer E-Loyalty. Management Information System and E-commerce where Hospitals have provided E-commerce facilities which include the use of information technology and product marketing. Where this research has the meaning that the current marketing management of Hospitals cannot be separated from the use of technology packaged in the form of E-commerce transactions. Hospitals that have done this can be superior or competitive compared to similar companies that still transact manually, however, such Electronic-based services must be able to satisfy customers by reducing complaints submitted by consumers.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide training on writing scientific articles and publications in reputable international journals for Lecturers at Pramita University Indonesia. The problems faced by several lecturers experi-enced obstacles in publishing reputable international journals, namely lack of insight into the ability to write articles, limited time, busyness, limited language and limited access to journals, availability of online journal subscriptions. The training method is in the form of virtual delivery of material through the zoom application and participants can discuss, ask questions directly without the need to gather. At the end of the activity, a question and answer session was carried out as a form of evaluation. The results after attending the training, the participants managed to compile and publish several articles in reputable national and international journals.

Abstract

Publication is an embodiment of intellectual and knowledge dissemination in written works that can be useful for society. A lecturer has a role in contrib-uting to the dissemination of ideas through the publication of scientific papers. The quality of the lecturer's research articles can be seen from the publication in internationally and nationally reputable journals. This community service activity aims to provide training on scientific article writing and publication in reputable international journals for Pamulang University Lecturers. Abstract

The aim of this work is to investigate the potential benefits of using social media in education. The results of the analysis reveal that social media has many advantages in the learning process of students. The purpose of this paper is to explore the benefits of social media in education. Thorough examination has actually revealed that this online social media tool has many educational benefits. Indeed, it has been shown that social media enhances communication and interaction between students and between teachers and students. Thanks to this platform, teachers and students can now communicate with each other within or between classes. Social media is an effective way to promote student engagement to share ideas and to express their opinions in a more comfortable way. The advantage of social media applications is that they foster collaboration; given that they offer teachers and students a destination where they can bring their ideas together, social media can be used as a valuable educational tool capable of enriching the learning experience. Therefore, we recommend that educators use these online social communities whether learning is fully online, blended, or face-to-face.

Abstract

Nilai moral, budaya dan kehidupan sosial, memiliki lingkup kehidupan masyarakat yang luas, karena kita hidup dan berkembang tidak lekat dari budaya masyarakat. Aspek dalam kehidupan sosial yang telah ada di masyarakat merupakan cerminan dari munculnya nilai moral itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, budaya Moral, kehidupan sosial, dan budaya sangatlah berkaitan erat. Oleh karena itu, tujuan daripada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana efektifitas konsep moral yang di tinjau dari perspektif Emile Durkheim. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, karena data yang diperoleh berupa pernyataan, kalimat, atau kutipan, tidak dalam angka. Data untuk penelitian ini berupa kutipan pernyataan atau kalimat yang mengandung nilai moral. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa; (1) Konsep moral menurut Emile Durkheim yaitu, kesepakatan manusia (masyarakat), yang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai luhur yang dihormati oleh manusia. Moral dalam segala bentuknya tidak dapat hidup kecuali dalam masyarakat. Menurut Durkheim moralitas bersifat duniawi kemasyarakatan dan tidak bersangkut paut dengan sesuatu yang adikodrati (Tuhan). (2) Konsepsi moralitas Emile Durkheim bila di tinjau dari perspektif pendidikan Islam memiliki kesamaan dalam hal moral sebagai kesepakatan manusia (masyarakat) yang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai luhur yang dihormati oleh masyarakat. Sedangkan perbedaanya adalah yang menjadi dasar moral Emile Durkheim hanyalah masyarakat, tidak ada sangkut pautnya sama sekali dengan yang adikodrati (Tuhan).
