Abstract

Abstracts - In the process of organizing academic activities required the presence of a speed and accuracy in data processing. This is necessary in order to improve the quality of services for educate students are the main priority of Be Excellent Tutoring Institute Pacitan. Therefore, in this study will be developed in an academic management system by selecting Be Excellent Tutoring Institute Pacitan as an object of research. Academic information system is referred to as the Academic Information System Be Excellent (SIAKAD Be Excellent) that includes information about the value that includes the value of UTS, UAS values​​, ​​tryout values, points and schedules that include tutoring schedules, UTS schedules, UAS schedules and tryout schedules.The main objective of this study is to produce a web-based academic information system more integrated to support the performance management of academic and as a reference for the institute in conducting performance improvement that has not been optimized so as to improve service to educate students.The results of this study can be used as a response to the difficulties often faced by academic administrators and educate students so that the management of data and presentation of academic information can be more effectively and efficiently. Keywords : Academic Information System, Web Based   Abstraksi - Dalam proses penyelenggaraan kegiatan akademik dituntut adanya suatu kecepatan dan keakuratan dalam pengolahan data. Hal ini diperlukan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan bagi siswa didik yang merupakan prioritas utama Lembaga Bimbingan Belajar Be Excellent Pacitan. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini akan dikembangkan suatu sistem pengelolaan akademik dengan memilih Lembaga Bimbingan Belajar Be Excellent sebagai obyek penelitian. Sistem informasi akademik ini disebut sebagai Sistem Informasi Akademik Be Excellent (SIAKAD Be Excellent) yang meliputi informasi tentang nilai yang meliputi nilai UTS, nilai UAS, nilai tryout, point serta jadwal yang meliputi jadwal les, jadwal UTS, jadwal UAS dan jadwal tryout. Tujuan utama penelitian ini yaitu untuk menghasilkan sistem informasi akademik berbasis web yang lebih terintegrasi untuk dapat mendukung kinerja pengelola akademik ataupun sebagai acuan bagi pihak lembaga dalam melakukan perbaikan kinerja yang belum optimal sehingga dapat meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap siswa didik. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai jawaban terhadap kesulitan yang seringkali dihadapi oleh pengelola akademik maupun siswa didik sehingga pengelolaan data-data maupun penyajian informasi akademik bisa lebih efektif dan efisien. Abstract

ABSTRACT Information technology continues to evolve as human beings with the ability to design  and create a computer capable of providing solutions to problems in various fields. One of the developments in information technology that is the information system that can provide solutions to the process of birth registration. At Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kab. Pacitan, author find a problem in the process of birth registration because it is still done manually so the impact on the length of the recording process. The problem is how to design a computerized system that helps the process of birth registration. The purpose of this practical work is to design information systems that speed up the process of birth registration in the Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kab. Pacitan. In this study elaborates on what things that factor into the design of information systems of birth registration and what is needed in its design. Resulting from the research and design of information systems of birth registration is the availability of some information about a person's birth and facilitate the implementation of the system is working at the Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan sipil. Key word : Scheme , Birth Registration, Information System ABSTRAKSI Teknologi informasi terus berkembang seiring dengan kemampuan manusia merancang dan membuat komputer mampu memberikan solusi bagi permasalahan diberbagai bidang. Salah satu perkembangan teknologi informasi yaitu adanya sistem informasi yang bisa memberikan solusi untuk proses pencatatan kelahiran. Pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kab. Pacitan, penulis menemukan suatu permasalahan pada proses pencatatan kelahiran karena masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga berdampak pada lamanya proses pencatatan. Adapun masalahnya adalah bagaimana merancang sistem komputerisasi yang membantu proses pencatatan kelahiran. Tujuan dari kerja praktek ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi yang mempercepat proses pencatatan kelahiran Pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kab. Pacitan. Dalam penelitian ini menguraikan tentang hal-hal apa saja yang menjadi faktor perancangan sistem informasi pencatatan kelahiran dan apa saja yang dibutuhkan dalam perancangannya. Yang dihasilkan dari penelitian dan perancangan sistem informasi pencatatan kelahiran ini adalah tersedianya beberapa informasi mengenai kelahiran seseorang dan mempermudah pelaksanaan sistem kerja pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kab. Abstract

Abstract - Development and information technology world today is very rapidly among people who later changed their perspectives on media information provider. Website is one means of internet media that serves to show, introducing even the media can serve as information seekers are required. Pacitan Sidoharjo Elementary School District is one of the elementary schools under the auspices of the Ministry of Religious Pacitan which still requires interaction and socialization so that the school can be more widely known and his students themselves, in particular by providing complete information, detailed and clear about the school. The purpose of this research is to produce a website Sidoharjo Pacitan Elementary School District. The benefit of this study is to provide a convenience for the public and the school community, in accessing information about Sidoharjo MIN. In this study the authors use the methods of literature, observation, interviews, analysis, and design. Results from this study is the construction of System Design Website MIN Sidoharjo Pacitan, which can later be used as a media creation that conveys information more effectively and efficiently which can be accessed anywhere and anytime online.   Abstrak - Perkembangan dunia teknologi dan informasi sekarang ini sangat pesat dikalangan masyarakat yang kemudian mengubah cara pandang mereka terhadap media penyedia informasi. Website merupakan salah satu sarana media internet yang berfungsi untuk menampilkan, memperkenalkan bahkan dapat berfungsi sebagai media pencari informasi yang sedang dibutuhkan. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Sidoharjo Pacitan merupakan salah satu Sekolah Dasar  yang berada di bawah naungan Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Pacitan yang masih sangat membutuhkan interaksi maupun sosialisasi agar sekolah tersebut dapat lebih dikenal masyarakat luas maupun siswa-siswanya sendiri, yaitu dengan cara memberikan informasi secara lengkap, detail dan jelas mengenai sekolah tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menghasilkan website Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Sidoharjo Pacitan. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi  masyarakat umum maupun warga sekolah, dalam mengakses informasi tentang MIN Sidoharjo. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kepustakaan, observasi, wawancara, analisis, dan perancangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dibangunnya Perancangan Sistem Website MIN Sidoharjo Pacitan, yang nantinya bisa digunakan sebagai pembuatan media penyampai informasi yang lebih efektif dan efisien yang dapat diakses dimana saja dan kapan saja secara online. Abstract

Asbract - Development of Information Technology is now progressing very fast. Information Technology has been proven to be able to integrate every detail of information that was previously considered impossible to achieve, such as the speed of information, efficiency and effectiveness. Information technology is widely applied as a website for selling products online, where the product can be accessed around the world. Therefore I make the application of e-commerce for product sellers on-line. that its features tailored to the needs of the online store itself. So it can increase sales automatically. And consumers can easily access any required product quickly, efficiently and of course safe.   Abstraksi - Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi saat ini telah mengalami perkembangan yang sangat cepat. Teknologi Informasi terbukti telah mampu mengintegrasikan setiap detail infomasi yang sebelumnya dianggap mustahil tercapai, seperti kecepatan informasi, efisiensi dan efektivitas. Teknologi informasi banyak diaplikasikan sebagai website untuk penjualan produk secara online, dimana produk tersebut dapat diakses di seluruh penjuru dunia. Oleh sebab saya membuat aplikasi e-commerce bagi penjual produk secara on-line. yang fitur-fiturnya disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan toko online itu sendiri. Sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan secara otomatis. Dan konsumen dapat dengan mudah mengakses setiap produk yang dibutuhkan secara cepat, efisien dan tentu saja aman.
