Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of: (1) work culture and (2) organizational climate on the performance of the employees of the Kapuas Regency Ministry of Religion. The type of research used is the explanatory method. The population to be studied includes all employees of the Kapuas Regency Ministry of Religion, totaling 57 people. The sampling technique used "proportional stratified random sampling". as many as 50 people. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. Based on the data obtained, it is analyzed quantitatively.The results showed: Partially, (1) work culture and (2) the organizational climate has an influence on the performance of the employees of the Ministry of Religion in Kapuas Regency. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dari : (1) Budaya Kerja dan (2) Iklim Organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kapuas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Explanatory Populasi yang akan diteliti meliputi seluruh Pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kapuas yang secara keseluruhan berjumlah 57 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan “proporsional stratified random sampling”. sebanyak 50 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh maka dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Secara parsial (1) Budaya Kerja dan (2) iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kapuas Kata Kunci : Pengaruh Budaya Kerja, Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi , Kinerja
