Abstract

Background: Learning online and working from home for educators is a change that must be made by lecturers to continue teaching students. Distance education has the aim of improving the quality of education and the relevance of education as well as increasing the equitable access and expansion of education. Distance Education that is carried out with good quality assurance and in accordance with the needs of stakeholders is one mechanism for expanding access to quality higher education that is expected.Method: Systematic review using a database: Google Scholar. Search results that fulfill the criteria are then analyzed by article.Results: Online learning has several impacts on students, namely (1) Online Learning Still Confuses Students (2) Students become passive, less creative and productive, (3) The accumulation of information / concepts on students is less useful, (4) Students Experiencing Stress, (5) Improvement of Student Language Literacy Ability.Conclusion: At present, the spread of Covid-19 still shows an upward trend so that education practitioners and stakeholders can continue to survive and innovate in implementing learning. This is because good learning is able to invite students' interest and attention.

Abstract

Background: Anxiety is a common response to any stressful situation. Pregnant women are more likely to catch viral illnesses, and the Coronavirus can cause stress and anxiety in pregnant women in different parts of the world. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on maternal anxiety during pregnancy.Method: Systematic review using the database: Google Scholar. The search results that meet the criteria are then analyzed for articles.Result: The saturation of mass media and social media with news related to COVID-19 and the dissemination of information in it provides a climate of fear, uncertainty and anxiety, about the present and the future. This will be magnified for pregnant women today who, even without a pandemic, generally pregnant women experience feelings of uncertainty and anxiety related to childbirth, childbirth, the presence of a baby and the care of a newborn.Conclusion: Pregnant women have a greater psychological impact as well as higher anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic. Identification of pregnant women who are at high risk of anxiety that occurs during the Covid-19 pandemic is important so that health workers can suggest early psychological intervention and prevent some complications related to stress in pregnancy.

Abstract

Background: The outbreak of Covid-19 virus in various countries has caused a lot of very significant changes. This Covid-19 outbreak has had profound impact on various aspects of life, from an economic, political, social perspective, and especially in terms of public health, especially in Indonesia. The symptoms caused by the Covid-19 virus are not only focused on physical health, but also affect psychological health. Goal: To prove that mental health affects immunity system.Methods: Systematic review.Result: The lower positive attitude, lack of social support, poor strategies in reducing the spread of virus, working with Covid-19 infected patient, causes high levels of stress. Conclusion: Prolonged stress and anxiety is decreasing body’s immune respons, thus making the body susceptible to disease. Abstract

Background: The number of dysmenorrhea in Indonesia is 64,25%. About 54,98% had primary dysmenorrhea, and 9,36% had secondary dysmenorrhea. The continuity of abdominal muscle contraction causes the pain of dysmenorrhea during the menstrual period. A combination of gentle massage and linalool in aromatherapy will stimulate the hypothalamus to produce endorphin hormones to reduce the tension of the uterus’s muscle due to the menstrual.Objective: To know the effect of combining petrissage massage with Cananga aromatherapy for dysmenorrhea in teenage girls at senior high school.Methods: This research used Pre Experimental method with one group pretest-postest approach. The population for this study is 540 people. The sampling technique used a rule of thumb by the number of 30 people of teenage girls at the high school. A parametric test and paired t-test processed the data.Result: After giving intervention was available, 28 respondents (93%) with dysmenorrhea reduced, and 2 respondents (7%) remained dysmenorrhea. The analysis result was obtained with a p = 0,000 (p<0,05), which showed the effect of combining petrissage massage with Cananga aromatherapy for dysmenorrhea.Conclusion: A combination of petrissage massage with Cananga aromatherapy can reduce dysmenorrhea
