Abstract

In the activities of the learning process at school sometimes there are many violations that are often committed by school students. In addition to violations, there are also problems that often involve students as perpetrators. With an application designed for data processing of student problems and violations based on SMS Gateway, where the new system is a development of the old information system. It is hoped that the new system that the author designed can replace the old system, in order to achieve a higher level of effectiveness and efficiency. In designing this application using the waterfall method which can help produce good applications so that the design can produce applications that are used by schools to obtain information on student problems and violations. With the implementation of this application, it can help schools to find out all the problems faced by students so that they can provide the right solution. And this application is also very helpful for schools to make quick decisions, even parents of students also get information on points of violations that have been committed by students via SMS Gateway.

Abstract

Dalam melakukan produksi suatu produk kadang banyak ditemukan terjadinya ketidakcocokan antara pesanan dengan yang diproduksi sehingga menyebabkan beberapa kerugian baik dari segi biaya maupun waktu. Dengan dirancanganya sistem informasi untuk mengolah data penjadwalan produksi pada toko perabot, dimana sistem batru ini merupakan pengembangan dari sistem informasi yang lama. Dan diharapkan dengan adanya sistem yang baru yang dirancang ini bisa menggantikan sistem yang lama agar terciptanta efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam memproduksi barang. Dalam melakukan perancangan sistem baru ini, penulis menggunakan metode waterfall untuk dapat membantu menghasilkan sistem informasi yang baik sehingga dapat dipakai dan membantu toko perabot dalam mendata penjadwalan produksi barang yang telah dipesan. Dengan adanya sistem ini membantu pihak toko perabot dalam menyelasaikan permasalahan yang selama ini mereka temui terkait dengan jadwal produksi.

Abstract

Utilization of technology is an essensial needs of the Gunung Mas Cell Padang Counter for managing employee attendance data which is has many branches in the West Sumatra area. At this time the management of employee attendance data uses the Whatsapp application. This presence consist of the employee's entry and completion hours. The method of taking presence on WhatsApp is by using direct photo taking and using the share location feature to find out whether the employee is really at the location of the counter in concerned. The use of the WhatsApp application makes counter management overwhelmed and has difficulty checking the attendance of its employees because the data sent on WhatsApp is not properly organized. For that we need an information system that can solve this problem. With this Mapping Location-Based Attendance System Application, it is hoped that it can provide accurate and detailed reports on employee attendance and existence so that it will be easier for employees to provide proof of attendance and assist the management of the Gunung Mas Cell Padang Counter in managing employee attendance data so that it can run well and effective.
