Abstract

ABSTRACTAnammox process is a more practical alternative in biological nitrogen removal compared to conventional nitrification-denitrification processes. This process conducted at the optimum temperature of 370C. Indonesia, as a tropical country, has the potential for the application of anammox processes to remove nitrogen in wastewater. The purpose of this study was to analyze the efficiency of nitrogen removal in the anammox process using the Up-Flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) reactor at ambient temperature with variations in the hydraulic retention time (HRT) of 24 hours and 12 hours, at the laboratory scale. Samples are measured twice a week using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer. As a seeding sludge for start-up, the reactor was inoculated with granular anammox bacteria genus Candidatus Brocadia. At the stable operation, the ratio of ΔNO2--N:ΔNH4+-N and ΔNO3--N:ΔNH4+-N approach the stoichiometry of the anammox process were 1.20 and 0.21, respectively. The performance of nitrogen removal with 24-hour HRT obtained a maximum nitrogen removal rate (NRR) of 0.113 kg-N/m3.d with nitrogen loading rate (NLR) 0.14 kg-N/m3.d, and at 12-hour HRT, maximum NRR  of 0.196 kg-N/m3.d with NLR 0,28 kg-N/m3.d. Ammonium Conversion Efficiency (ACE) and Nitrogen Removal Efficiency (NRE) maximum for HRT 24 hours were 82% and 77%, respectively while HRT 12 hours were 72% and 68%, respectively. The anammox process operated stably in the tropical temperature with a temperature range of 23-280C on a laboratory scale using the UASB reactor.Keywords: anammox, nitrogen, temperature, tropical, uasb.ABSTRAKProses anammox menjadi alternatif yang lebih efektif dalam penyisihan nitrogen secara biologi dibandingkan dengan proses konvensional nitrifikasi-denitrifikasi. Proses ini berlangsung optimum pada suhu 370C. Indonesia sebagai negara tropis memiliki potensi untuk aplikasi proses anammox untuk menghilangkan nitrogen pada air limbah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efesiensi penyisihan nitrogen pada proses anammox menggunakan Up-Flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) reaktor pada suhu ambien dengan variasi Waktu Tinggal Hidrolik (WTH) 24 jam dan 12 jam, pada skala laboratorium. Sampel diukur dua kali setiap minggu menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis. Sebagai seeding sludge (lumpur biakan) untuk start-up (memulai) reaktor digunakan bakteri anammox genus Candidatus Brocadia berbentuk granular. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran, didapatkan nilai rasio ΔNO2--N:ΔNH4+-N dan ΔNO3--N:ΔNH4+-N mendekati stoikiometri proses anammox yaitu 1,20 dan 0,21. Kinerja penyisihan nitrogen dengan WTH 24 jam didapatkan nilai tingkat penyisihan nitrogen (TPyN ) maksimum 0,113 kg-N/m3.h pada tingkat pemuatan nitrogen (TPN) 0,14 kg-N/m3.h, dan WTH 12 jam nilai TPyN  maksimum 0,196 kg-N/m3.h pada TPN 0,28 kg-N/m3.h. Nilai efisiensi konversi amonia (EKA) dan efisiensi penyisihan nitrogen (EPN) maksimum pada WTH 24 jam berturut-turut adalah 82% dan 77%, sedangkan pada WTH 12 jam berturut-turut adalah 72% dan 68%. Penelitian membuktikan bahwa proses anammox dapat berlangsung stabil pada daerah tropis dengan suhu terukur 21-290C pada skala laboratorium menggunakan UASB reaktor. Kata kunci: Anammox, nitrogen, temperatur, tropis, uasb.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was aimed to determine how much seed production and know the marketing channels and marketing areas for catfish seeds in the Hangtuah village. The research method used in this study is a survey method with 21 respondents. Based on research results, the amount of catfish seed production in Hangtuah Village Perhentian Raja Sub-District Kampar Regencyin one year size 2-3 cm can produce 171.528.205 fish seeds, size 3-4 cm can produce 132.646.154fish seeds, and size 4-6 cm can produce 26.405.128 fish seeds. Total seed production in Hangtuah Village in one year is 330.579.487 fish seeds. The marketing of catfish seeds is marketed in the area of riau province and outside the riau province. Size 2-3 cm are more widely marketed around hangtuah villages while size 3-4 cm is marketed outside of riau province such as North Sumatera, Jambi, and South Sumatera.Keywords:  Production, Marketing, Fish Seed, Hangtuah District

Abstract

Suatu organisasi harus mampu memanfaatkan sumber daya manusia yang dimilikinya. Pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia secara optimal merupakan kunci utama pengembangan organisasi berjalan lancar dan efisien. Sumber daya yang sifatnya dinamis memiliki kemampuan berkembang tanpa batas dan organisasi yang mampu membangun kinerja karyawan akan memperoleh banyak keuntungan. Dengan kinerja tersebut, segala bentuk program kerja akan lebih cepat diselesaikan dan segala jenis kerusakan dapat dikurangi. Untuk memenuhi kepuasan pengguna pada instansi jasa, produktivitas sangat penting fungsinya bagi setiap organisasi untuk dikelola dengan baik dan benar. Karena keterlambatan suatu produktivitas disebabkan oleh kegagalan moral organisasi dan keahlian dalam mengelola fungsi manajerial. Artikel ini memiliki kajian yang menarik untuk dibahas dan menjadi kontribusi positif bagi para manajer di setiap instansi pemerintahan dan pendidikan dalam pencapaian target operasi dan target produksi dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Abstract

ABSTRACK The research was counducted in May 2017 at the in Balai layanan Usaha Produksi Perikanan Budidaya of Karawang West Java Province. This study aims to determine the amount of total investment cost of production, net income, marketing flow, business feasibility analysis, and business development prospects of the business of raising fish in ell Fertilizer Production Business Processing Aquaculture Karawang West Java Province. The method used in this research is survey method.Cultivition of Fresh Fish Cultivation in Balai layanan Usaha Produksi Perikanan Budidaya ofKarawang West Java Province has InvestmentRp. 247.465.000, consisting of fixed capital ofRp. 74.545.000, and working capital of Rp. 172.920.000. Marketing of eel fish atBalai layanan Usaha Produksi Perikanan Budidaya of Karawang West Java Province of crop sold to collector, collector to local consumer, Business Servise Center of Production Fishery of Karawang Cultivatisibility directly to local consumer, and collector directly to overseas consumer. The results of feasibility analysis obtained a profit of  Rp. 339.915.000 per cycle (year) and RCR 2,89, FFR 137,35%, dan PPC 0,72years. Abstract

                                     ABSTRACTThis research about business analysis of Fishing a crab (Portunus Pelagicus) held on APRIL 2017 at Est Bintan SubDistrict Bintan District regency Riau Island province. This research aim to (1) calculates how much capital investment business catching crab(2) analysis expediency buainess of catching a crab (Portunus Pelagicus). Method used in this research was survey method which involve observation, interview, and documentation.Based on research result (1) average of total investment in the crab fishing business by applying the fishing gear in the East Bintan district Bintan province Riau archipelago average investment trunks with a business unit 100> IDR. 90,671,250 for business unit 51-100 investment in planting of IDR. 64.212.000 while for business unit <50 eat invested that is equal to IDR. 32.010.000.  ABSTRACT Research on analysis of Long-yam business income in Nagari Talang Maur.Had done in April 2018 in Nagari Talang Maur Sub District Mungka District of Lima Puluh Kota in West Sumatera Province.The purpose of this research to find out the amount of income and profit investment and the feasibility of Long-yam business. The method used is a survey method with responden of 6 Long-yam entrepreneurs. The average of investment is IDR 688. 992. 247, the average of business income is IDR 4.188.600.000 and the average profit is IDR 607. 011. 238. Based on the investment, income, and profits earned the Long-yam business in Nagari Talang Maur is feasible continued, because meets the requirements and feasibility the average Revenue Cost Of Ratio (RCR) is more than 1 which means that the business is profitable with RCR is 1,31 and average Payback Period Of Capital (PPC) is 1,13 period. Abstract

ABSTRACT               This research  is about gillnet fishing gear bisiness. was held in march 2018at UPT Fishery coastal port of Kuala Tungkal. The research objective is to find out the amount of invesment, profit and  bussiness feasibility of fishing gear  with ship size  6 GT and 12 GT. The method used isthe  survey method with thu number ofrespondens as many 11 shipowners, census sampling method.               The results of  the research show that fishing business is profitable according to the criteria of the amount of invesment. Invesment (I) from a 6 GT IDR. 235.295.000/ year and 12 GT IDR. 293.460.000/year. Based on  the calculation of  BCR fishing bisiness catch 6 GT is 1,23and 12 GT is 1,24with BCR >1 which means that this business is profitable and feasible to continue. FRR with  the calculation  of net income year/ invesment multiplied 100%, then the results of FRR ship 6 GT 24,61% and ship 12 GT 23,44% larger than the interest rate at the current bank 14% and get a profit on . PPC 6 GT 4,06 for 4 years  and 12 GT 4,26 for 4 year 2 months which means the greater the value of PPC the longer the time of return on investment business or the smaller the value of PPC the faster the payback period of business . Keywords: Study Analysis, Gillnet, Feasibility Study, kuala tungkal.

Abstract

Berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi selama ini dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar antara lain adalah rendahnya minat belajar siswa yang ditandai dengan banyaknya siswa yang bermalas-malasan sewaktu praktik dan terkesan hanya sekedar ikut-ikutan saja, sedangkan hasil belajar siswa di atas KKM masih kurang dari 50%, artinya KBM belum mencapai tujuan sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Suatu kelas telah mencapai ketuntasan dalam belajar apabila di kelas tersebut telah tuntas belajar atau 75 % dari jumlah siswa telah mencapai nilai ≥ 70 (Sujono, 1990:70). Berkaitan dengan permasalahan tersebut, diantaranya disebabkan oleh kurang maksimalnya sumber daya sekolah yang ada untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan SMK, yaitu menciptakan tenaga kerja yang kompetitif, terampil dan mandiri sesuai bidang keahliannya masing-masing, sehingga mampu hidup dalam setiap perkembangan zaman yang semakin canggih khususnya dalam memasuki era Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean (MEA) yang sudah di depan mata. Untuk menjawab permasalahan di atas maka perlu adanya optimalisasi potensi peralatan SMK Negeri 2 Tembilahan melalui kegiatan Unit Produksi (UP) khususnya pada Program Keahlian Teknik Pemesinan sehingga berkorelasi terhadap minat belajar siswa. Hasil pengamatan juga menunjukkan korelasi yang positif antara kegiatan unit produksi dengan peningkatan minat dan prestasi belajar peserta didik.Kata kunci : optimalisasi peralatan, kegiatan unit produksi, minat belajar.

Abstract

 Abstract The research was conducted in February 2018 which is located in Koto Panjang hydroelectric reservoir of Kampar Regency of Riau province. This study aims to analyze the total cost of production on the business of fish Mas, Analyzing the revenue / gross income in the business of Mas fish, Analyzing the level of profit / net income in the business of Mas fish, Analyzing the economic value of the Mas fish farming, the method used in This research is a Simple Random Sampling method (randomly) with the number of respondents as much as 29 people cultivators. Data analysis used is production cost analysis, gross income analysis, net income analysis, Residual rent analysis. The results showed the annual production cost of IDR. 25.101.280.000, gross revenue IDR. 41.037.150.000, net income IDR. 15.935.870.000. The number of goldfish production per year is 1.609,3 tons. The economic value of KJA's fishery activities in Koto Panjang hydropower reservoir is IDR. 20.472.752.000 from the total KJA units of 1,546 units.                                                                                                                    Keywords:  Economic Value, Production, Revenue, floating net cages

Abstract

Anaerobic ammonium oxidation (anammox) is the process of converting ammonium directly into nitrogen gas with nitrite as an electron acceptor under anaerobic conditions. This process is more effective than conventional nitrification-denitrification but is very dependent on several parameters, one of which is temperature. The optimum temperature range for the growth of anammox bacteria is 30-400C. The purpose of this research was to determine the efficiency of nitrogen removal by anammox process using palm fibers in the Up-Flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) reactor in the tropical temperature. The experiment was conducted at a laboratory scale with a variation of Hydraulic Retention Time (HRT) 24 h and 12 h using artificial wastewater. The reactor was inoculated with anammox granule genus Candidatus Brocadia. The concentration of ammonium, nitrite, and nitrate in the influent and effluent were measured using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer based on standard method. Based on the experiment, the ratio ?NH4+-N:?NO2--N and ?NO3--N:?NH4+-N similar with stoichiometric of anammox. The maximum Nitrogen removal performance (NRT) achieved 0.11 kg-N/m3.d at Nitrogen Loading Rate (NLR) 0.14 kg-N/m3.d and 0.20 kg-N/m3.d at NLR 0.29 kg-N/m3.d. The removal efficiency for Ammonium Conversion Efficiency (ACE) and Nitrogen Removal Efficiency (NRE) in HRT 24 h were 79% and 76%, respectively while decreased in HRT 12 h were 72% and 69%, respectively. Anammox process can be applied in the tropical temperature at a laboratory scale using a UASB reactor with palm fiber as the carrier.
