Abstract

Abstrak: Keluarga sebagai unit sosial terkecil dalam sistem sosial telah berperan penting dalam perubahan sosial karena keluarga memiliki fungsi pendidikan dan ekonomi untuk bertahan hidup. Masyarakat migran Palenan asal Kaduara Timur Paragaan Sumenep mengajari keterampilan enterprenur secara informal di daerah migran. Kegiatan pembelajaran enterprenur dilakukan dalam situasi intim, seperti kegiatan sehari-hari dengan cara; mencintai kegiatan bisnis Palenan; membangun etos kerja sama dalam tim; menyadari karakteristik konsumen; mengem­bangkan keteram­pilan dalam bisnis; dan menerapkan praktik admi­nistrasi dalam bisnis.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tulisan ini hendak menjawab dua pertanyaan utama, yaitu: bagaimana perilaku ekonomi masyarakat Desa Bulay Kecamatan Galis Kabupaten Pamekasan pasca panen tembakau dalam menunjang pencapaian kesejahteraan? Faktor apa saja yang memengaruhi perilaku ekonomi masyarakat Desa Bulay Kecamatan Galis Kabupaten Pamekasan pasca panen tembakau dalam menunjang pencapaian kesejahteraan? Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, tulisan ini menegaskan bahwa peri-laku ekonomi masyarakat petani tembakau di Desa Bulay Kecamatan Galis Kabupaten Pamekasan berbeda-beda, sesuai dengan usia, latar pendidikan, pekerjaan sampingan, dan pengalaman bertaninya. Abstract: This article aims to answer two major questions---firstly, how is the economic attitude of Bulay villagers-Galis sub-residence-Pamekasan residence, post tobacco harvest, supporting prosperity achievement? Abstract

Alat permainan edukatif (APE) merupakan permainan yang mampu memberikan pengetahuan dan kemampuan anak. APE yang digunakan adalah alat untuk bermain anak. APE sejatinya dibuat oleh guru sebelum memberikan pelajaran. Integrasi sains dalam permainan edukatif sangat menunjang guna membekali siswa PAUD dalam memiliki literasi sains sejak dini. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan tentang APE dan sains Dasar, meningkatkan kreatifitas dan keterampilan guru dalam membuat APE berbasis sains serta mampu menerapkan dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam PkM ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) berupa: 1) metode ceramah untuk memberikan gambaran materi APE berbasis sains yang telah disiapkan tim PkM; 2) metode latihan berupa pemilihan alat dan bahan serta merangkai menjadi APE; dan 3) metode mentoring ketika guru pada saat menerapkan APE berbasis sains dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Hasil dari PkM ini, guru PAUD mampu membuat APE berbais sains serta mampu mengimplementasikan dalam permainan dan pembelajaran.   AbstractEducational Game Tools are some games those are able to provide knowledge and abilities for children. The children playing tools were used. Educational game tools are actually made by teacher before giving lessons. Integration of science in educational games strongly support to equip early childhood in having scientific literacy in early age. The objectives of this Community Service were to increase knowledge about Educational Game Tools and basic science, improve creativity and skills of teachers in making science-based Educational Game Tools, and apply it in learning. The method used Participatory Action Research (PAR): 1) lecture method to give an overview of science-based Educational Game Tools that had been prepared by the Community Service team; 2) training method, selecting tools, materials, and arranging them into Educational Game Tools; and 3) mentoring method when teachers used science-based Educational Game Tools in learning at school. The result of this Community Service, early childhood teachers can create science-based Educational Game Tools and competent to implement in games and learning.

Abstract

Construction of multi direction which initiates students’ involvement by self-directed, collaborative, and institutional as learning approach, oriented on the effort of improving graduates capacity in which be able to apply their own knowledge and practical skill experience in working world that take advantage of wide learning source with learning model of research or inquiry through merdeka belajar dan kampus merdeka model, based on institution characteristics that its curriculum ignites the pattern of multi direction learning. Therefore, the students can analyze learning how to learn based on their learning needs. Implementation of multi direction strategy needs curriculum design of college that is adaptive suitable with the demands of contemporary regulation change and future needs which states in design of kurikulum kualifikasi nasional Indonesia (KKNI). The impact of construction multi direction implementation is employment skill and enterpreneurship based on community character values which are available in society life civilization. Employment skill dan entrepreneurship contain critical thinking element which grows students that have self capacity appearing in themselves that are able to think critically, think creatively, communicate effectively with other people and collaborate with colleague or tim work.

Abstract

This research is aimed at finding out the treasure of knowledge in Islamic boarding schools (Pesantren) about practices of the establishment of Santri’s soft skill through daily life trainings. Those training could be in the form of the activities of ibadah mahdoh, ibadah ghoiru mahdoh, and other learning activities. The approach of this study uses qualitative approach with phenomenological plans. The result of this study shows that (1) habituating strategy through the boarding school activities namely Santri are joining all activities by obeying the rule with strict supervision and giving punishmet to them who disobey it. Meanwhile, the soft skills appear among the santri are disciplinary, honesty, responsibility, self motivation, self confidence, communicating, and leadership. (2) The obstacles which frequently appear among them are “the minimum of Santri’s enthusiasm in forming the self skills so that their enthusiasm appears in joining the activities of establishing Santri’s soft skills and the supporting factor is the masyaikh’s pretension to make all santri have life skill.

Abstract

This study attempts to understand the implementation of the principles of Islamic education management to make changes towards the advancement of an organization in the industrial era 4.0, that work culture and work productivity in an organization specifically in the field of educational services can be approached by growing the character of leader of change based on values spirituality. That aspects of changes in performance and work productivity can be influenced by the spiritual culture of an organization, especially in the pattern of leadership that is carried out. Also exploring leadership in this article can be seen, namely: a), how leaders create change; b) Characteristics of Leader of Changes based on spirituality; c), the Role of the Leader of Change in the formation of work culture and work productivity based on spirituality. The research method used uses a qualitative design in a descriptive way to understand deeply about leadership at KPI Surabaya, whose data is extracted through observing work dynamics and institutional performance, interviews with key informants (Executive Directors) in carrying out agency activities and efforts to document performance products KPI. Furthermore, the data obtained is processed in accordance with the theme and sub-themes obtained in the field. The research results obtained are; The way leaders create change, i.e. a) keep their employees in an uncomfortable zone, with work targets in programs that are made realistically every year so that it is measured in productivity of institutional performance, b) that the leadership character is based on the performance of the leader of the leader that partnerships. The character of leadership is more to the partnership as if there are no limits. Then personal excellence (personal excellence). Likes to explore and develop knowledge so that he at KPI is called a multy talent. as well as the most visible spiritual character of the power of honesty (integrity) and c) The Indonesian Educational Quality (KPI) Surabaya, which is forming the culture of "IMPROVE", Integrity, Mathurity, Professional, Rare, On Fire, Vastly and Ethics at Kualita Pendidikan Indonesia (KPI) Surabaya, and as a designer of the formation of productivity programs.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial interest of each individual arises along with one's efforts to gain an understanding of entrepreneurship obtained through daily activities of doing business independently in the surrounding environment, through knowledge from lectures both aspects of entrepreneurial theory and entrepreneurial practice as academic demands so that it impacts on the growth of entrepreneurial motivation. This research was conducted qualitatively by tracing the lecture activities of study program students at the Faculty of Business Economics IAIN Madura. The results showed that; first, designing lectures as well as possible that refers to the syllabus, preparing references and theories, students are encouraged to take an active part in class. Second, the implementation of entrepreneurship courses, namely the existence of discussion activities and field practice. During the discussion the students were equipped with knowledge about entrepreneurship, business, which was then strengthened by holding business practices outside the classroom. Third, the level of success of the entrepreneurship course courses is the emergence of creative and innovative ideas for students to carry out small entrepreneurial activities on campus such as selling food cakes to other students as a form of entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 membawa kebiasaan baru pada dunia pendidikan baik proses pembelajaran maupun menajerial disekolah. Dari hasil wawancara, pada masa pandemi manajerial sekolah tidak dijalankan secara optimal terutama pada inovasi pembelajaran. Pada siswa, mengalami literasi yang rendah. Dari dua hal tersebut, maka diperlukan penguatan manajemen madrasah dan literasi yang disesuaikan dengan masa pandemic covid-19. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan terpisah antara guru dan siswa. Manajerial difokuskan pada guru, sementara literasi difokuskan kepada siswa. Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama 4 sesi yang dikemas menarik dalam dua hari. Materi untuk guru oleh praktisi pendidikan sementara materi untuk siswa dilakukan oleh trainer literasi dan kepemimpinan. Penguatan manajerial menggunakan tiga metode yakni metode ceramah variasi, metode problem solving dan metode tanya jawab. Pelatihan literasi menggunakan empat alur yan dimulai pra pelatihan, pre tes, penyajian materi, dan post test. Ada beberapa kendala yang dapat diselesaikan secara baik dan membawa dampak positif. Pengabdian ini disambut baik oleh pihak sekolah dan seluruh peserta antusias melakukan serangkaian kegiatan.
