Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system at the company PT. Terus Mega Tara authorized agent of AIWA electronic products. To improve service to customers and establish relationships with customers which have been done manually, it is necessary to build a web-based CRM media that can make it easier for customers to obtain the information services needed without the need to spend a lot of time and money visiting the company concerned This web-based CRM system can increase customer loyalty, provide customer satisfaction and increase the company's business opportunities in facing increasingly advanced business competition. With the existence of a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system at PT. Terus Mega Tara enables companies to improve services to their customers.

Abstract

This study aims to overcome the problem of selecting the best customer at Pematangsiantar Subur Graphic Printing. For the smooth running of the printing business, Subur Graphics maintains good relations with consumers by giving rewards to the best customers. In determining the best customer for graphic fertile printing, it is still done manually. To help overcome the problem of selecting the best customer, a decision support system is designed. Web-based decision support system built using the Weighted Product method. This decision support system uses criteria consisting of total shopping, payment method, length of subscription, payment status and total visits. The result of this research is a web-based decision support system with an output consisting of recommendations for the three best customers, namely the first best alternative Pd_Pphn with a vector value of V 0.085, the second best alternative GPIB Maranatha with a vector value of V 0.080, and the third best alternative SPTI_Ib_Mrni with a vector value of V 0.077. With a decision support system for determining the best customer using the weighted product method, Subur Graphic Printing can easily select the best customer.

Abstract

This study aims to solve the problem of grouping books that are most often borrowed at the library and provide priority recommendations for procuring the right books. Currently the priority for procuring books at the Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi dan Manajemen Indonesia (STAMI) Library is still done manually. To overcome this problem, two methods are used, namely the K-Means method which functions to group books based on the number of book titles and the ELECTRE method which is used to prioritize books to be purchased. The decision support system built using the ELECTRE method utilizes criteria consisting of the number of books borrowed, copies, book prices, and majors. The results of this study are a web-based decision support system consisting of 11 alternatives grouped, namely: Buku-013, Buku-063, Buku-072, Buku-074, Buku-075, Buku-076, Buku-084, Buku - 092, Book-102, Book-122, and Book-125. With this Decision Support System, the Library of the Indonesian College of Accounting and Management can easily prioritize procuring books in the library.

Abstract

Pelatihan Entrepreneurship Jamur Tiram Mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi dan Manajemen Indonesia. Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu cara untuk menumbuhkan semangat wirausaha dikalangan anak muda. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan seminar tentang wirausaha, kegiatan praktek langsung bagaimana membudidayakan jamur tiram, sampai pada kegiatan pengolahan dan pemasaran jamur tiram. Kegiatan ini mendapat respon yang sangat baik dari peserta latihan. Kegiatan itu tidak hanya berupa penjelasan saja tetapi langsung mengadakan praktek bagaimana membuat wadah jamur tiram, proses penyemaian bibit, perawatan, pengolahan sampai pengepakan jamur tiram yang sudah siap dipasarkan. Hasil pengabdian 90% mahasiswa tertarik untuk mempelajari lebih jauh bagaimana mengelola jamur tiram dan 80% tertarik untuk mengembangkan pemasaran olahan jamur tiram.
