Abstract

Rangkayo Casual Sneakers (RCS) is a product that is engaged in the production of handmade shoes. Currently,sales only rely on customers coming to the store and selling via social media. The problems faced today include inadequate product marketing, less structured product arrangement, more promotional costs, and a lack of updating of information on new products. The purpose of this research is to build an e-commerce-based online store that will make it easier for managers to carry out their business activities. In collecting data, the writer used interview, observation, literature study, and document analysis methods. The documents used are the sales process documents used so far by the Rangkayo Casual Sneaker Shoe Store. Analysis of the ongoing business model using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and Unified Modeling Language (UML) for its design. While the tools for application development, the author uses a WordPress-based Content Management System (CMS). The result to be achieved in this research is the development of an e-commerce website at the Rangkayo Casual Sneakers Shoes Store to support ongoing business processes. With the implementation of this e-commerce website, it is hoped that the marketing will be wider and easier, the latest product information can be seen directly by customers, and the product arrangement is easy for customers to see so that they can solve existing problems and can improve services to customers in fast, precise and accurate information

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi informasi sebagai alat bantu saat ini sudah menjadi keharusan untuk menunjang proses bisnis yang terjadi. Lembaga XYZmerupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang konstruksi dan rehabilitasi yang memiliki beberapa cabang yang terdapat di seluruh Indonesia, cabang yang terdapat diseluruh Indonesia tersebut harus mengajukan proposal ke pusat agar dapat melakukan pekerjaan rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi yang sesuai dengan domisili cabang tersebut. Jumlah dokumen proposal yang sangat banyak, disertai dengan berbagai persyaratan maka dibutuhkan pengolahan data proposal yang baik sehingga kinerja di bagian rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi Lembaga XYZmenjadi efektif dan efisien. Selama beberapa tahun pengelolaan data proposal masih perlu pembenahan, diantaranya terdapat format yang masih belum baku, di input secara sederhana dan belum terintegrasi dengan program kegiatan lain. Hal ini terjadi karena masih adanya keterbatasan jumlah SDM yang dimiliki sehingga berdampak adanya intervensi dari SOP dari unit lain. Dalam tulisan ini dibahas tentang Aplikasi E-Proposal Rehabilitasi dan Rekonstruksi Berbasis Web Pada Lembaga XYZ, menggunakan RUP dan Prototyping sebagai metodologi, PHP 6.0 sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySql 5.6 sebagai database. Dengan adanya aplikasi e-proposal ini proses pengajuan proposal dari cabang di daerah ke kantor pusat menjadi lebih mudah dan terorganisir.

Abstract

PT. Tixpro Informatika Megah is a trading company that focuses on Information Technology (IT) products, which have problems with the product distribution process, because there are several limited products, which are caused by product deliveries from unpredictable suppliers. So this research proposes to implement a decision support system (DSS) application for selecting priority customers using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, with the aim of obtaining selected customers as priorities in product distribution and the selected customers getting 50 grams of metal gold. The criteria that will be used in the DSS application are total purchases, payment accuracy, number of transactions (per month), delivery distance, credit limit value, and length of subscription. In designing the DSS application, the programming language used is PHP, the database uses PhpMyAdmin, and the framework used is bootstrap. The conclusion of this study is that the DSS application for selecting priority customers using the SAW method can help users (admins) in making decisions about priority customers who are selected to be prioritized in distribution, because they have been selected with established limits such as criteria, sub-criteria, and weights. As well as with the validation module, the report team head who will be the determinant of final decision-making can make a priority customer order which according to him is better, as well as the module for printing validation reports and printing calculation reports can be given to leaders, as well as attachments that will be used by the head of warehouse for used as a reference in the distribution of products.

Abstract

Family Gold Delivery is an online business that sells various brands of precious metals and also sells frame designs for precious metals that can be customized with greeting words according to the customer's wishes. In running its business, Family Gold Delivery only utilizes Instagram, Whatsapp and Marketplace media to sell its products. However, due to the high percentage of additional costs and insurance charged by the marketplace, it affects product prices, which must adjust to these costs, making buyers not want to transact through the marketplace. In the absence of a system to support the sales process, buyers still have to contact the seller directly via chat. Based on the existing problems, the solution provided is to apply the e-commerce model to the Family Gold Delivery business which aims to facilitate business processes, especially product sales activities. By using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method to develop new business ideas to develop business strategies quickly and Fishbone Diagrams to analyze problems. Then the Wordpress Content Management System (CMS) as a tool for building websites so that the website can be implemented immediately and can meet all business needs. Accompanied by the implementation of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and marketing strategies to expand marketing so as to produce an e-commerce website prototype that can support the sales process on Family Gold Delivery from sales to product marketing. The conclusion from the implementation of this e-commerce model can overcome the main problems faced by Family Gold Delivery namely, buyers will not be charged additional fees if transacting through e-commerce websites, and the sales process no longer needs to be done via chat.

Abstract

Carry out spatial planning and achieve justice for all parties involved in the spatial planning process. The implementation of spatial planning is carried out based on spatial planning which functions as a reference for spatial utilization activities, including investment activities and issuance of business permits. The product of spatial planning is in the form of spatial plans which are divided into national spatial plans (RTRWN), national strategic area spatial plans (RTR KSN), island, regency/city regional spatial layout plans (RTRW) and detailed spatial planning plans (RDTR ). The purpose of this work is the realization of a Real-Time RDTR application that has minimal errors and the use and utilization of the Real-Time RDTR Application by spatial planning forums and stakeholders related to spatial planning, especially state apparatus in various regions. related theory, practice of using the application, question and answer and also discussion with the participants. .Training This application will help RDTRs that have regional regulations but are not yet integrated with OSS, thus helping spatial planning forums to make confirmation/approval decisions on the conformity of spatial use activities (KKPR) which are still manual, assisting the RDTR revision process and socializing this real time RDTR application so that Spatial planning forums or regional governments are not afraid to use them.
