Abstract

Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer in women. The purpose of the study to find out the factors that affect the occurrence of breast cancer in women of childbearing age in Muaratais II Subdistrict Batang Angkola South Tapanuli District in 2019. Research time was conducted from April to May 2019. The sample was taken by 26 women of childbearing age. This type of research is analytical with cross-sectional methods. And analyze the data with the chi-square test. The results of the study of statistical tests of knowledge variables obtained a value of p= 0.007 (p< 0.05), and lifestyle variables obtained a value of p = 0.002 (p< 0.05) means there is a lifestyle influence on the occurrence of breast cancer. In conclusion, there is an influence of knowledge, and lifestyle on the occurrence of breast cancer. Advice for health workers to provide more information about the occurrence of breast cancer in women of childbearing age.

Abstract

Mycobacterium tuberculosis which is one of the lower respiratory tract diseases. This research is descriptive, the method of collecting data from interview experience using a questionnaire/questionnaire. From the results of the study of the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of pulmonary TB patients towards the prevention of transmission of pulmonary TB disease at the Padangsidimpuan Health Center in 2022. it can be concluded that of 23 respondents, the majority of respondents were 23 respondents with sufficient knowledge and did not take steps to prevent transmission as many as 11 people (73.3%) 1 person (20%). From the results of statistical tests conducted by researchers using the SPSS program, the respondents' knowledge obtained p-value = 0.009 (p < 0.05) meaning Ho was accepted and H1 was rejected, so there was a relationship between knowledge on the Prevention of Pulmonary TB Disease Transmission at the Puskesmas Padangmatinggi. The respondent's attitude variable obtained p-value = 0.317 (p > 0.05) Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between patient attitudes towards the Prevention of Pulmonary TB Disease Transmission

Abstract

Stunting is a condition in which a person's height is less than normal based on age and gender. Height is a type of anthropometric examination and shows a person's nutritional status. Stunting is the result of chronic malnutrition that has been going on for years (Rahayu et al., 2018). Pregnancy with 4 is too risky for mother and child (Ariana, 2016). The type of research used was literature research from PK21 BKKB, South Tapanuli Regency. Researchers use a quantitative research approach. The population in this study were 15 districts using the total sampling method. The results of the Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test show that the normal probability value is 0.011 which is higher than a= 5%. The multicollinearity test for all independent variables has a VIF value of less than 10, so there are no symptoms of multicollinearity in this research model. The heteroscedasticity test for the distribution of residual data spreads randomly above and below the 0 Y axis and there is a certain pattern, it can be stated that the regression model has symptoms of heteroscedasticity. Based on the Autocorrelation Test, the values for dl and du are at a significance level of 5%, with n equal to 120 and k = 3. Using these standards, the resulting value for dl is 1.63731 and du is 1.74715. The Durbin-Watson value of 1.269 is between du ( 1.74715 ) and 4-du (4-1.74715 = 2.25285) so it can be concluded that there is no autocorrelation problem in the regression model.
