<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis program Perhutanan Sosial di bidang Hutan Kemasyarakatan dapat diterima pada masyarakat Kelurahan Battang dan Battang Barat Kecamatan Wara Barat Kota Palopo; dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Tipe Penelitian ini adalah Tipe Penelitian Empiris. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Program Perhutanan Sosial dengan Skema Hutan Kemasyakatan yang dilakukan pada Gapoktan Tandung Billa tersebut efektif (sangat menyambut dan merespon dengan baik adanya program tersebut). Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap masyarakat dikarenakan : a. Faktor Pengaruh Hukum, dapat mengelola hutan secara legal dan faktor keamanan lingkungan sangat kondusif dengan adanya aturan yang jelas: b. Faktor Ekonomi, yakni memberikan akses pengelolaan yang baik kepada masyarakat, sehingga jenis usaha mereka semakin berkembang yang berpengaruh positif pada perekonomian masyarakat setempat. c. Faktor Kebudayaan, dalam hal nilai-nilai budaya sesuai dengan yang terkadung dalam kehidupan masyarakat. The Research objective to analyze the Social Forestry program in the field of Community Forest that was acceptable to the people of Battang and West Battang Villages, Wara Barat District, Palopo City; and the factors that influence it. This type of research is the type of empirical research. The results of this study indicate that the Social Forestry Program with the Community Forest Scheme carried out at the Tandung Billa Gapoktan is effective (very welcome and responds well to the existence of the program). The influencing factors have a positive influence on society due to: a. Legal Influence Factors, being able to manage forests legally and environmental safety factors are very conducive with clear rules: b. Economic factors, namely providing access to good management for the community, so that their type of business is growing which has a positive effect on the economy of the local community. c. Cultural factors, in terms of cultural values in accordance with those contained in people's lives.]]>
