Abstract

Currently, limited number of children, in particular those who live in big cities, are playing traditional game as one of Indonesian’s culture. This study proposes the so called MONAS (Monopoli Asli Indonesia) as a media for playing to form good character. MONAS uses three dimensions using development psychology method. The making of MONAS follows some steps, namely collecting, designing, printing, arranging, perfecting, and evaluating.The monopoly game is compiled in one package. The package has three dimensions of which there are 155 note of moneys in seven nominal, one piece of question and answer, 30 cards of DOORPRIZE and ZONK, 1 piece of game rule, 5 dummies, 33 villas and motels. The proposed monopoly game is believed to provide motivation for creating the feeling of loving Indonesia culture so they don’t have to leave our traditional game.

Abstract

Abstrak: Coronavirus merupakan virus yang menyebabkan infeksi saluran pernapasan, mulai flu biasa hingga penyakit yang serius. Pembukaan kembali pesantren dimulai setelah beberapa bulan covid 19 menyebar di Indonesia. Perilaku, lingkungan, dan upaya kesehatan di pondok pesantren yang kurang maksimal menyebabkan tingginya penularan penyakit, termasuk covid 19. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat yaitu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan santri tentang covid 19 dan deteksi dini covid 19 di pesantren. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui penyuluhan dan diskusi interaktif yang dihadiri oleh 13 santriwan dan 26 santriwati. Hasil pretest menunjukkan 9 santri (23%) memiliki pengetahuan baik, 26 santri dengan pengetahuan cukup (67%), dan 4 santri (10%) dengan pengetahuan kurang. Pada hasil post test, didapatkan banyak perubahan pengetahuan, diantaranya tiga puluh dua santri (82%) memiliki pengetahuan baik, 6 santri dengan pengetahuan cukup (15%), dan 1 santri (3%) dengan pengetahuan kurang. Pemberian penyuluhan kesehatan merupakan langkah awal untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perilaku untuk melaksanakan protokol kesehatan. Abstract:  Coronavirus is a virus that causes respiratory infections, ranging from the common cold to serious diseases. The reopening of pesantren began after several months of covid 19 spreading in Indonesia. Behavior, environment, and health efforts in boarding schools that are not maximally causing high transmission of diseases, including covid 19. The purpose of community service is to increase students' knowledge about covid 19 and early detection of covid 19 in pesantren. The activity was conducted through counseling and interactive discussions attended by 13 students and 26 students. Pretest results explain 9 students (23%) have good knowledge, 26 students with sufficient knowledge (67%), and 4 students (10%) with less knowledge. In the post test results, there were many changes in knowledge, including thirty-two students (82%) have good knowledge, 6 students with sufficient knowledge (15%), and 1 student (3%) with less knowledge. Providing health counseling is the first step to improve knowledge and behavior to implement health protocols.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic causes nurses to face excessive emphasis, both on the burden of patient care, lack of staff, and doing work at a high emotional level. Nurses with good resilience or endurance will show a healthy physical and psychological condition in facing any challenges at work. Efforts to build resilience must be done so that nurses have the strength to rise from the problems they are facing. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy is the resilience of nurses in the Covid-19 room. The study design used a cross sectional. The sample of this study were 68 nurses in the Covid-19 room in several hospitals in East Java, who were taken using consecutive sampling from September to December 2020. The instrument used the General Self-efficacy Scale (GSE), and the data were analyzed using statistical tests. Rho Spearman. The results showed that Selfefficacy is a factor for the resilience of nurses in the Covid-19 room (p-value 0.000). The resilience of nurses while working in the Covid-19 room needs to be improved by improving Self-efficacy so that nurses are able to control negative emotions to become positive and improve mental healthKeywords: self-efficacy; nurse resilience; Covid-19ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan perawat menghadapi penekanan berlebihan, baik pada beban perawatan pasien, kurangnya staf, serta melakukan pekerjaan dengan tingkat emosional tinggi. Perawat dengan resiliensi atau ketahanan yang baik akan menunjukkan kondisi fisik dan psikis yang sehat dalam menghadapi setiap tantangan dalam pekerjaan. Upaya membangun resiliensi ini harus dilakukan agar perawat memiliki kekuatan untuk bangkit dari masalah-masalah yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self-efficacy dengan resiliensi perawat di ruang Covid-19. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perawat di ruang Covid-19 di beberapa RS wilayah Jawa Timur sebanyak 68 orang, yang diambil dengan menggunakan consecutive sampling pada Bulan September sampai dengan Desember 2020. Instrument menggunakan General Self-efficacy Scale (GSE), dan data dianalisis menggunakan uji Rho Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy merupakan factor resiliensi perawat di ruang Covid-19 (P value 0.000). Resiliensi perawat saat bekerja di ruang Covid-19 perlu ditingkatkan dengan cara memperbaiki Selfefficacy sehingga perawat mampu mengontrol emosi negatif menjadi positif dan meningkatkan kesehatan mentalKata kunci: self-efficacy; resiliensi perawat; Covid-19

Abstract

COVID-19 poses a significant threat to human health and the economy. This study aims to analyze the effect of training in the production of 3A health masks (anti-water, anti-aerosol, and anti-bacterial) on the productivity of Aisyiyah members. Researchers conducted an analysis on the production capabilities of 3A masks, analyzed the productivity of Aisyiyah members, and analyzed the effect of training in the production of 3A health masks on the productivity of Aisyiyah members. The study was conducted with a one group pre-post test design. The target population of this study were members of Balai Sakinah Aisyiyah (BSA), Branch Tumenggung Baru, Lamongan. The sample is 15 members selected by total sampling. The tailor's ability to produce 3A health masks was measured through observation, while productivity was measured through filling out a questionnaire. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using paired samples t-test. The results showed that the 3A health mask production training had an effect on the productivity of Aisyiyah members. Keywords: COVID-19; face mask; training; productivity ABSTRAK COVID-19 menimbulkan ancaman yang signifikan bagi kesehatan dan ekonomi manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan produksi masker kesehatan 3A (anti air, anti aerosol, dan anti bakteri) terhadap produktivitas anggota Aisyiyah. Peneliti melakukan analisis pada kemampuan produksi masker 3A, menganalisis produktivitas anggota Aisyiyah, serta menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan produksi masker kesehatan 3A terhadap produktivitas anggota Aisyiyah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan one group pre-post test design. Populasi target penelitian ini adalah anggota Balai Sakinah Aisyiyah (BSA), Ranting Tumenggung Baru, Lamongan. Sampel adalah 15 anggota yang dipilih dengan total sampling. Kemampuan penjahit dalam memproduksi masker kesehatan 3A diukur melalui observasi, sedangkan produktivitas diukur melalui pengisian kuesioner. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data menggunakan paired samples t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan produksi masker kesehatan 3A berpengaruh terhadap dengan produktivitas anggota Aisyiyah. Kata kunci: COVID-19; masker; pelatihan; produktivitas

Abstract

Background: Service is a very important thing that must be considered by a hospital. Good service provided will affect the level of patient satisfaction Ease of access in the service is very expected by every patient, but what happens is a queuing system that makes patients go through many procedures so that it will take a long time and will cause patient dissatisfaction with hospital services.Objectives: The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between the Queuing System and Patient Satisfaction.Design: The study used a correlational analytic design with a crossectional approach, with consecutive sampling techniques obtained by 90 patients. The independent variable is the queuing system and the dependent variable is Patient Satisfaction. The instrument used for both variables is a closed questionnaire.Results: The results showed that of the 90 respondents who stated that almost all patients rated the Aisyiyah hospital queue system as good as 72 patients (80%), most patients were satisfied with Aisyiyah hospital services, which was as many as 60 patients (66.7%). Spearmen Rank test results known p-value = 0.012 means p < 0.05. There is a relationship between the Queue System and Patient Satisfaction.Conclusions: Based on the results of the study, it is expected that the hospital will provide the best service especially in terms of the queuing system such as providing fast and appropriate services so that patients do not wait too long so that patient satisfaction can be achieved

Abstract

Background: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a contagious disease that is still a community problem in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to the incidence of dengue fever in Deket village.Method: This study was an observational analytical study with a case control design. The data that was collected used interviews and questionnaires. The sample consisted of 39 for the case group and 39 for the control group. The variables used were 3M behavior (covering the water container, draining the water container, burying unused things) and the incidence of DHF.  This study used the Chi-square test.Result: The results showed that there was a relationship between the habitual draining of the water reservoirs with dengue fever, where p=0.000 (p<0.005). There was a relationship between the habit of closing the water reservoirs with dengue fever; p=0.000 (p<0.005). There was a relationship between the habits of thrift burial with dengue hemorrhagic fever; p=0.000 (p<0.005).Conclusion: Based on these results, it is expected that the health cadres should control the implementation of 3M in the community.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pandemi COVID-19 berdampak pada kesehatan dan perekonomian masyarakat. Penggunaan masker dengan tiga lapis sangat direkomendasikan dalam pencegahan penularan COVID-19. Akan tetapi, produksi masker tiga lapis masih belum banyak ditemukan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan masker kain tiga lapis sebagai alternatif bagi masyarakat untuk digunakan saat aktivitas sehari-hari dalam menghadapi krisis kesehatan yang terjadi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan optimalisasi peran lembaga Aisyiyah cabang Lamongan dalam pembentukan kelompok Rojulu a’maalin, untuk memproduksi masker tiga lapis 3A (Antiair, Antiaerosol, dan  Antibakteri). Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan meliputi tahap koordinasi dan identifikasi permasalahan mitra, pemaparan materi masker 3A, pembuatan masker 3A, pendampingan pembuatan masker 3A, monitoring hasil produksi. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini diukur menggunakan lembar tilik. Hasil pengamatan didapatkan bahwa sebesar 94% mitra mampu memproduksi masker 3A. Hal ini menunjukkan sebagian besar kelompok Rojulu A’maalin mampu meproduksi masker 3A dengan benar.Abstract:  The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on the health and economy of Aisyiyah's cadres. The use of three-layer masks is highly recommended in preventing the transmission of COVID-19. However, the production of three-layer masks is still not widely found. Therefore a three-layer cloth mask is needed as an alternative for the community to use during their daily activities in the face of the health crisis that occurs. The purpose of community service activities is to optimize the role of the Lamongan branch of the Aisyiyah institution in the formation of the Rojulu a'maalin group, to produce three-layer 3A masks (Antiair, Antiaerosol, and Antibacterial). The implementation of activities was carried out for 2 months including the coordination stage and identification of partner problems, exposure to 3A mask material, making 3A masks, assisting in making 3A masks, monitoring production results. The success of this activity is measured using a view sheet. The results showed that the Rojulu A'maalin group was able to produce 3A masks (94%). This shows that most of the Rojulu A'maalin group were able to properly produce 3A masks.

Abstract

The hospital is an organization in the service sector with nurses as the main hospital resource. Increasing the commitment of the nurses was one of the ways used to retain nurses. This study explained nurse’s foci of commitment model to decrease turnover intention.This study used a cross-sectional approach. Variables in this study included nurse characteristics, job characteristics, work experience, organizational factors, nurse commitment, and turnover intention. The population was nurses who have worked in Islamic hospital in Surabaya, Indonesia. The 119 nurses taken as sample based on simple random sampling. Data collected using questionnaires and analyzed using partial least squares (PLS). Nurse characteristics influenced nurse commitments (path coefficient=0.252; t=2.953) and turnover intention (path coefficient= -0.239; t=2.458). Job characteristics influenced nurse commitments (path coefficient=0.190; t=2.409) and turnover intention  (path coefficient= -0.183; t=2.107). Work experience influenced nurse commitments (path coefficient=0.208; t=2.231) and turnover intention (path coefficient= -0.153; t=1.964). organizational factors influenced nurse commitments (path coefficient=0.218; t=2.170) and turnover intention  (path coefficient= -0.174; t=2.330). Nurse commitment influenced turnover intention (path coefficient= -0.226; t=2.084). The nurse's commitment as moderate these factors in reducing turnover intention. The influence of job satisfaction, nurse commitment, and perceived  organizational support to turnover intention needs further research
