Abstract

Abstrak Pelaksanaan kinerja perawat di ruang rawat inap RSUD DR. Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar menunjukkan bahwa hasil pelaksanaan standar kepedulian perawat pada pasien yang dirawat pada tahun 2015 di bawah 90%, berdasarkan hasil penilaian rata-rata kinerja yaitu 70.56%, perawatan diagnosis 75.14%, perencanaan 76.86% dari 74 total tindakan (97%) dan evaluasi sebanyak 74.2%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan hubungan pengawasan oleh kepala ruangan dengan kinerja perawat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD DR. Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar pada bulan Agustus 2016. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 151 orang, dan seluruhnya dijadikan sampel. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji product moment sebelum melakukan product moment peneliti terlebih dahulu mendeskripsikan p-value melalui tabulasi silang antar variabel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan kepala ruangan secara signifikan berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat di RSUD DR. Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar yaitu pengorganisasian (p=0.037 ), membimbing (p=0.000), melatih (p=0.000), pengawasan (p=0.000), dan kontrol (p=0.000). Variabel tidak terkait, perencanaan kerja (p=0.151), mengarahkan (p= 0.216), evaluasi (p=0.034), pencatatan dan pelaporan (p=0.198 ). Variabel paling kuat hubungannya dengan kinerja perawat adalah monitoring. Disarankan untuk kepala ruangan di RSUD DR. Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar untuk menjelaskan kepada perawat pelaksana agar menerapkan prosedur asuhan keperawatan. Kepala ruangan juga perlu mengawasi setiap pagi dan pergantian shift untuk selalu melakukan pengawasan, membimbing dan melatih perawat untuk dalam meningkatkan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien. Kata-kata kunci: Supervise kepala ruangan, kinerja perawat pekaksana Abstract Implementing Nurse Performance in room patient RSUD DR. Based on the results showed that the chief of room supervision variables significantly associated with performance of nurses in RSUD DR. Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar namely organizing (p=0.037), guiding (p=0.000), training (p = 0.000), monitoring (p = 0.000), and control (p = 0.000). Variables are not related, work planning (p = 0.151), directing (p = 0.216), recording and reporting (p = 0.198). The variables most strongly correlated with the performance of nurses is monitoring. Suggested to Head room in RSUD DR. Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar to explain the procedures of nursing care to the nurses room every morning so that nurses still felt cared for and supervised so as to perform the job in earnest. Head room is also need to supervise every morning and shift to always provide supervision, training, and guiding nurses to improve the quality of nursing care to patients. Keywords: Supervision Head Room, Executive Nurse Performance
