Abstract

AbstractThe existence of zakat institutions, there are Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) and Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ), is one of the positive response of the government in implementation of zakat management in Indonesia.This research is an empiric research. The location of this research is in BAZNAS Surakarta, Solo Peduli Ummat Foundation and Lazis UNS. This research talks about the mechanism of zakat management in Surakarta starts with collecting until distributing, then about the charitable organizations programs and also about the relation between the organizations performance with the policy of Surakarta City Government in order to reducing poverty. The result of the research and the study show that there are variation and innovation in managing zakat from the zakat institutions in Surakarta start with collecting until distributing. Then the relation between the performance of Surakarta City Government and charitable organizations is very low. It is showed with there is no coordination from both of them that make no synergy of the programs in order to reducing poverty. It is only a few special programs from zakat institutions in order to reducing poverty in Surakarta for example is provision of capital. The use of funds is dominated by charity program or consumptive programs.Key words: Zakat, zakat institutions, distribution of zakat, reducing poverty.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha dan potensi hutan rakyat., menganalisis serta menghitung kesediaan masyarakat membayar retribusi kayu dari hutan rakyat. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di Hutan Rakyat Desa Karangsari Kecamatan Darma Kabupaten Kuningan. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 2 (dua) bulan pada tahun 2014.Kawasan hutan rakyat di Desa Karang Sari Kecamatan Darma seluas 70 Ha. Berdasarkan luasan tersebut diambil sampel dengan nilai kritis e atau batas ketelitian sebesar 10% (0,1) (Sevila et al. 1993 dalam Singarimbun, 1987). Sehingga diketahui luas kawasan maksimal yang akan diamati sebesar 7 Ha, disesuaikan dengan luas kepemilikan lahan responden.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis kelayakan pada aspek perbandingan antara biaya dan Pendapatan masyarakat dari hasil hutan rakyat cukup tinggi. Oleh sebab itu usaha hutan rakyat sangat layak untuk masyarakat. Selain itu pada dasarnya masyarakat desa Karangsari bersedia untuk membayar retribusi hasil kayu hutan rakyat pada kondisi hasil yang diperoleh cukup tinggi.Kata Kunci : Hutan rakyat, potensi, analiss kelayakan

Abstract

This study was conducted at Eka Hospital Pekanbaru which is located 6.5 Km Jl. Soekarno Hatta Riau - Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership on OCB nurse-patient at the Eka Hospital Pekanbaru, To determine the effect of organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior nurse-patient at the Eka Hospital Pekanbaru and To determine the effect of transformational leadership and commitment OCB on organizational nurse on hospital inpatient Eka Hospital Pekanbaru. the study population was 55 nurses on hospital inpatient Eka Hospital Pekanbaru with accidental sampling models. Variable research is transformational leadership and organizational commitment as an independent variable and Organizational Citizenship Behavior as the dependent variable. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on OCB inpatient nurse at the Eka Hospital Pekanbaru. Where is the most dominant factor affecting the OCB is a factor of transformational leadership. Research that has been conducted in accordance with the regression test (t test) and (f test) shows independent variables studied are variable transformational leadership and organizational commitment have a significant effect on the dependent variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior nurse.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment and OCB

Abstract

Sistem  pakar  untuk  diagnosa  penyakit  sinustis  ini merupakan  suatu  sistem  pakar yang  dirancang  sebagai  alat  bantu  untuk  mendiagnosa  penyakit  sinusitis  dengan basis  pengetahuan  yang  dinamis. Sistem  pakar merupakan  sistem  berbasis  komputer  yang mengandung  pengetahuan  dari  satu  atau  lebih  pakar  manusia  mengenai  suatu  bidang spesifik,  dengan  adanya  sistem  pakar  bukan  berarti  akan menganggantikan  perannya para pakar  melainkan  sebagai  sarana  untuk  membantu  mengetahui  diagnosa  jenis  penyakit sebelum berkonsultasi dengan ahlinya. Metode  sistem pakar yang dipakai adalah certainty factor. Sistem  pakar  ini  akan  menampilkan  pilihan  gejala  yang  dapat  dipilih  oleh user, dimana setiap pilihan gejala akan membawa user kepada pilihan gejala selanjutnya sampai mendapatkan hasil akhir,  sistem akan menampilkan pilihan gejala user, dan penyakit  yang diderita.  Sistem  tersebut  memberikan  hasil  berupa  kemungkinan  penyakit  yang  dialami, persentase keyakinan, serta nilai keyakinan yang diberikan oleh pengguna dalam menjawab pertanyaan selama sesi konsultasi ketika menggunakan sistem ini.Kata Kunci : Sinusitis, Diagnosa, Certainty Factor

Abstract

The objective of this research was to find out whether there was any significant difference in students’ writing skill before and after being taught using the Project Based Learning method in learning narrative text at the eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 7 Tarakan. The design of this research was pre-experimental research. The population in this research was all of the eighth grade students at SMP Negeri 7 Tarakan. The sample in this research was 31 students. The sample was chosen by using a purposive sampling technique. The class for treatment was VIII 3. It consisted of 31 students. The steps in this research were pre-test, treatment, and post-test. In the pre-test, the students were asked to answer the writing test. After giving the pre-test, the researcher gave treatment. The treatment class was taught by using Project Based Learning method. After giving the treatment, students were asked to answer the writing test in post test. In analysing the data, the researcher was used paired sample t-test in SPSS 24.0. The result of this study showed that there was different mean score between pre-test and post-test. It was proven by the result of students’ mean score from pre-test was 48.00 and 65.29 in the post test. It indicates that the improvement of the students’ mean score was 17.290. The result t-value is higher than t-table (7.478 2.042). It proves that the students’ writing skill in narrative text improved after giving the treatment. The result of sig (2 tailed) 0.000 is lower than 0.05, it means that the Project Based Learning method can give any contribution to the students’ writing skill. It can be concluded that using Project Based Learning method is impact to improve the students’ writing skill in narrative text at the eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 7 Tarakan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Evektivitas Kelembagaan Pusat Kesejahteraan Sosial (Puskesos) Langen Lestari di Desa Klangenan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil wawancara. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen, artikel, dan sumber-sumber literatur yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dengan hadirnya Lembaga yang bernama Puskesos akan membantu Pemerintah Desa khususnya untuk menjadi wadah pengaduan persoalan kemiskinan masyarakat, menerima keluhan, memberikan penanganan dan rujukan program bantuan, menjadi data base aduan perihal kesejahteraan sosial kemasyarakatan, serta menjadi perantara pemberian bantuan khususnya di wilayah Desa Klangenan.

Abstract

At the conceptual level, New Public Management (NPM) is an effort to respond to the challenges of changes in the environment of public organizations as a result of dramatic changes in the external environment both due to globalization, democratization, scientific advances and the increasing demands of society on government. Therefore, public organizations must be adaptive to the changes that occur, this effort is carried out by reforming themselves by adopting the private sector in carrying out their management. The adoption of private sector management in the public sector is known as the New Public Management (NPM) concept. NPM has been implemented in various countries and is the leading and dominant model in carrying out reforms in the public sector
