Genotypic identification of bacteria is faster than phenotypic identification. This study aims to determine the group of lactic acid bacteria species from Tilatang Kamang Agam curd using the 16S rRNA gene. Bacterial chromosomal DNA was isolated using the kit wizard genomic DNA purification method. The 16S rRNA gene in chromosomal DNA was isolated by PCR method using BacF1 and UniB1 primers. The 16S rRNA gene fragment sequencing was carried out using the Dideoxy Sanger method. The sequenced nucleotide base sequences were analyzed using the BioEdit, BLASTn and MEGA X programs. The size of the 16S rRNA gene fragment of the bacterial isolate UBC-DTK-01 obtained was 1017 bp (base pair). The bacterial isolates belonged to the Enterococcus genus and Enterococcus faecalis species strain UBC-DTK-01.

Abstract: This study is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students' Civics, with an average grade of 59.25. KKM PKn value is 78 with the number of students 24 people only 5 students who reach KKM with 20.8% classical completeness. This research includes classroom action research conducted aimed to improve the learning outcomes of third grade students of SD Negeri 83 Pekanbaru by applying cooperative learning model Think Pair Share (TPS). The formulation of the problem: whether the application of cooperative learning model type Think Pair Share (TPS) can improve the learning outcomes of Civics students class III SD Negeri 83 Pekanbaru. The study was conducted on October 20, 2017 to November 24, 2017 with 2 cycles. The subjects of this study are students of class III C SD Negeri 83 Pekanbaru with the number of students 24 people consisting of 12 women and 12 men. Instrument of data collecting in this thesis is activity sheet of teacher and student and test result of learning. This thesis presents the learning results obtained from Daily Deuteronomic value before action with an average of 59.25, increasing in cycle I with average to 78.95. In the second cycle increased an average of 89.58. Quality of human resources is inseparable from the work productivity of the human resources , since the quality of human resources can be seen from his productivity . Quality of human resources as well as the subject of development can determine the level of productivity will also determine the success of development and productivity is the driving force for economic development . So it can be said that the improvement of the quality of human resources is reflected in the contribution to economic growth is getting better . Factors affecting the quality of the society at large is the factor income , educational factors and health factors . Improvement of health , education and income levels give you an idea on improving the quality significantly.Based on estimates using the OLS method , showing the influence of the human development index (HDI) and the Quality of Life Index ( IMH ) on labor productivity Jambi province has a positive and significant effect can be seen from the calculated value of t is greater than t - table .Keywords: The Quality of Life Index (IMH), The Human Development Index, and Labor Productivity

PENGEMBANGAN MODUL PRAKTIKUM DILAN (DISCOVERY LEARNING) UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN SAINS DI KELAS V SEKOLAH DASAR Azizah Azizah; Puji Winarti

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Modul Praktikum Dilan (Discovery Learning) untuk pembelajaran Sains di Kelas V Sekolah Dasar yang telah memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran Sains di sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research & Development) yang menggunakan model Borg and Gall. Jenis penelitian ini terdiri dari 9 langkah yaitu (1) studi pendahuluan, (2) perencanaan penelitian, (3) pengembangan produk awal, (4) uji lapangan terbatas, (5) revisi hasil uji lapangan terbatas, (6) uji lapangan lebih luas, (7) revisi hasil uji lapangan lebih luas, (8) uji kelayakan, (9) revisi hasil uji kelayakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Modul Praktikum Dilan (Discovery Learning) untuk pembelajaran Sains di Kelas V SD telah valid, praktis dan efektif. Nilai kevalidan yang diperoleh sebesar 61,5 dengan kriteria sangat valid. Nilai kepraktisan sebesar 66,27 atau sangat praktis. Serta perolehan nilai kefektifan sebesar 0,72 dengan kriteria sangat efektif. Dari hasil perolehan ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Modul Praktikum Dilan (Discovery Learning) untuk pembelajaran Sains di Kelas V SD dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran IPA karena telah memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif

Abstract: This study is about the treatment of the elderly in the posyandu, Muara Lembu Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singing District. (1) Health Services, (2) Food and Nutrition Services, (3) Morning Gymnastics Services. The purpose of this study was to determine the elderly in the Posyandu, Muara Lembu Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Elderly is a term for individuals who have entered the period of late adulthood or old age, where the period of late adulthood or old age is a closing period for the vulnerable lives of elderly people. Therefore, Posyandu was held for the elderly and also handling for the elderly who were in the Posyandu. The older a person gets, the more susceptible he is to a disease due to a decrease in his body system. The elderly tend to experience a decrease in the musculoskeletal system. This decrease in the musculoskeletal system can affect physical mobility in the elderly and can even result in impaired physical mobility in the elderly. Handling the elderly is a way of providing social welfare services for the elderly through health adjustments by filling free time in the form of useful activities in creating a relationship that is appropriate with fellow elderly, as follows: 1) Health services for the elderly 2) Food and nutrition services elderly 3) Gymnastics services for the elderly. The results of this study will be explained about research findings about understanding the handling of the elderly in the posyandu, Muara Lembu village, Singingi district, Kuantan Singing district.Key Words: Handling, Service, Posyandu.

Regional economic development has the main purpose of that is to increase and expand job opportunities for the people of the area. To achieve this purpose, the local government and the community should jointly take the initiative leveraging the existing potential optimally in developing the region's economy for the benefit of society. Now that the problem in this study is how the elasticity and the coefficient of energy-sector jobs in economic sectors featured in Jambi Regency Floating Market. Whereas in this study is to analyze the coefficient of elasticity and energy-sector jobs in economic sectors featured in Jambi Regency Floating Market. Over the period 2008-2012 from the elasticity of labor absorption in each sector shows the condition of one year ie in 2010 occurred inelastic or elastic increase in PDRB of labor absorption. This scenario is possible because in 2010 there was a global economic shocks that also have an impact on the acceptance of each sector to the absorption of labor in Jambi Regency Muaro also down. But .At trade, hotels and restaurants in Muaro Jambi Regency during the period 2008-2012 shows all criteria elastic means trade, hotels and restaurants are able to contribute in absorbing labor and quite resistant to shock the global economic crisis. From the estimated coefficients of the variables known that labor absorption in all sectors showed positive figures and large enough to contribute to the growth of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) in Jambi Regency Muaro.Keyword: PDRB, Elasticity

The quality of human resources can not be separated from the work productivity of human resources such as qualified human resources that can be seen from its productivity (Siregar, 2009). The improvement of the quality of the public will have an impact on their productivity increase.The Data used in this research is the data period 2002-2014 year secondary because of BPS Jambi Province. The model used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that Based on estimates using OLS, shows the influence of variable index Infant Mortality (IKB), Index Life expectancy (IHH) and Index Literacy (IndeksMH) jointly significant effect on variable index Quality of Life ( IMH) Jambi expressed from the F-count> F-table that is 12.450> 3.86. Similarly, partially from t-count test results can be seen from the value t count larger than t-table. all variables have a significant influence on variables Quality of Life Index (IMH) in Jambi Province. The aim of the research is to find out the number of room occupants, average tariff per room, and deflator PDRB that become the factors determining tax revenue of hotels in Jambi City. The research was a descriptive study. The methods of obtaining the data were observation and library research. The data were secondary data of time series. They were analyzed by using regression analysis. The results reveal that the number of hotel visitors staying and using hotel facilities with average payment and tariff per room has a significant influence on hotel tax revenue. On the other hand, deflator PDRB dies not have a significant influence on hotel tax revenue in Jambi City.Keyword : Revenue, Tax, Hotel

This study aimed to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance Batanghari University.Type of research is a quantitative survey research properties for descriptive purposes and an explanatory. Proportional sampling technique stratified random sampling. The sample of this study were employees of the University of Batanghari, amounting to 48 people. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science).The results of the study are: 1) The rate of respondents of 80.80% for transformational leadership often. To work motivation level of achievement of 73.65% of respondents included in the regular category. As for employee performance achievement level of 76.73% respondents included in the category quite capable. There is the effect of transformational leadership and motivation to work together on employee performance at the University of Batanghari.Keyword: Transformational Leadership, Motivation, Performance

Fluctuation Percentage is amount of loaded chair from amount of available chair cause instability at income from operation and earnings. Fluctuation inPO. IFS Travel Jambi because of factor is lack of consumer motivation to do purchasing of service and lack activity of promotion. For company which active in transportation service, primary factor in most consumer in self stand a chance to cause sale volume fluctuation is the lack of consumer motivation do purchasing.In this research to know consumer motivation in doing purchasing atPO. IFS Travel used by Theory attributes Motivate Maslow or which is ordinary to be recognized with Hierarchy need of Maslow namely need of physiological, security need, social need, appreciation need, and self actualication need. Key Word : Motivation, Hierarchy need theory of Maslow.
