Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Countinious Improvement, Just In Time System and Benchmarking on organizational performance at PT. Ivo Mas Tunggal Dumai Bulking Dumai City. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 74 respondents. Analytical technique using multiple linier regression analysis method. The results showed that the Countinious Improvement variable significantly influenced Performance. Further research results show that the variable Just In Time System has a significant effect on Performance. Further research results indicate that Benchmarking has a significant effect on Performance. Countinious Improvement variables, Just In Time System and Benchmarking affect the change in performance value by 82%. While the remaining 18% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this regression model. Keywords : Countinious Improvement, Just In Time System, performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much raw material requirements needed in the future, by using several methods of forecasting time series model (time series), which will be selected the most effective method for forecasting the need for raw materials. In addition, this study also discusses the factors that influence the procurement of raw materials to the PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Bukit Selasih. The data were obtained by direct observation keperusahaan the research object, namely, PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Bukit Selasih and interviews with the parties the company is with the leadership and some of the workers. Based on the results of the research method of time series model (time series) performed least squares trend and the trend of the moment. Both methods have the results and the same value of MAD, then it can be inferred from that of some existing methods in forecasting time series model, it has the same result but with a different way of working. It was concluded that the right forecasting method to forecast the need for raw materials bokar at. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Bukit Selasih is the method of least squares trend and the trend of the moment method for calculation of the results of these two methods have the forecasting results and the same value of MAD.Keywords: Planning, time series models (time series).

Abstract

This research was conducted in Processing Center of Koto Masjid village XIII Koto Kampar Subdistrict, District of Kampar Riau. This study aims to determine what factors lead to failure to achieve the production target of Processing Center. In Conducting this study the author requires the data or information relating to the matter under investigation. The types and sources of data used in this study are secondary data and primary data. Data analysis used descriptive - quantitative. The survey results revealed that the preparation of the company's production planning just follow the thinkinhg of leader, so that the conditions found in the field are often not in accordance with what is laid down by the leadership. According to the authors the company should make a realistic forecast production plan using Linear Trend. Ineffective control problems, the solution given is to form a unit supervisor. So is the condition of production equipment is still good should be used to the maximum by adding manpower production section. The problem of raw materials that were previously less planning and affected by weather and so that Sentra Pengolahan experiencing the shortage of raw materials supply, the solution given is to increase the number of suppliers and the number of pond from each processor.Keywords: Smoked Patin Fish, Production, Linier Trend.
