Abstract

Organic rise is a rice which produce organically from paddy without using fertilizer and chemical perticides. The market demand on organic rice has increased drastically and effected on promising market prospect. Lombok Kulon village is one of the area di Bondowoso district has been applied organic farming on organic rice. Tani mandiri 1 is one of farmer group who are cultivating organic rice with the certificate. The subject of research was taken at Lombok Kulon village, Wonosari regency, Bondowoso district. The method of research was descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling. The objectives of the research are: (1) to analyze the financial structure; (2) To know the criteria of financial feasibility. The quantitave analysis is purposed to analyze the aspects of financial which are cash flow, NPV (Net Present Value), IRR  (Internal Rate of Return), Net B/C Ratio, Payback Period and sensitivity analysis financial. The research showed that Unit Processing Padi Organik Tani Mandiri I was a viable unit based on the result of financial analysis. It was proved by NPV score which was Rp. 1.456.180.006 with 6 % of discount rate, the score of Net B/C Ratio was 1,65 or more than (>) 1, and IRR score was 23,80% or more than (>) 6% of bank interest rate.Organic rise is a rice which produce organically from paddy without using fertilizer and chemical perticides. Abstract

Tea is one of Indonesia's leading plantation commodities exported to the international market. Indonesia itself is the sixth largest exporter of tea in the world. The Indonesian tea market tends to decline and impact on the decline of tea export. The decline in Indonesian tea exports is due to many factors. This study aims to (1) Analyze the trend of Indonesian tea exports and (2) Analyze what factors may affect Indonesian tea exports. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of time series data (time series data) from 2006-2015. The analysis method used is trend analysis method and continued by ordinary least square method (OLS). The results of this research are (1) the trend of Indonesian tea export is declining because the amount of tea export volume keeps decreasing and the export value of tea also decreases and does not increase. (2) volume of Indonesian tea production (), domestic prices (), export prices (), the rupiah exchange rate against the dollar () simultaneously affect the export of Indonesian tea (Y). while the factors that affect Indonesian tea exports individually and the most influential are export prices (), and the rupiah exchange rate against the dollar ().

Abstract

The involvement of financial institutions is needed in the development of its business. What isthe mechanism between home industry partnerships with financial institutions is something thatneeds to be studied so that the synergy between the home industry with a financial institution canrun.This study is proposed as a whole is completed in 2 stages. Phase I aims to: Describe theprofile of home industry & financial institutions in the research area, describe the performance of anexisting home industry in the research area. Phase II aims to: analyze the ever growing system ofcooperation between the home industry with financial institutions in the research area, formulatethe concept of cooperation in order to knit synergy between the home industry with financialinstitutions in order to be profitable for both parties.

Abstract

Based on coffee export data 2008-2017, the index value of Indonesia's coffee trade specialization is positive (0-1). The average value of ISPs of Indonesian coffee for 10 years is 0.91, meaning that Indonesia tends to be a coffee exporter country. Indonesian coffee has competitiveness  in the international market with an acceleration ratio value between 10.66 in 2012 to 53.76 in 2008. The always positive acceleration ratio (AR) value shows that Indonesian coffee is able to win the world coffee market. Indonesian coffee also has a comparative advantage with the value of Revealed Comparative Advantages (RCA) which is always positive. The highest RCA value of Indonesian coffee occurred in 2008 at 5.26 and the lowest RCA value in 2011 was 2.60, while the average RCA value of Indonesia was 3.93.

Abstract

AbstrakKelurahan Mojolangu terdiri dari 19 RW Rukun Warga) dan 115 RT (Rukun Tetangga), yang merupakan kelurahan terluas di wilayah kecamatan Lowokwaru. Umumnya masyarakat di wilayah tersebut tidak memiliki lahan pekarangan yang cukup luas, sehingga pemanfaatan dan pengelolaan lingkungan dapat dioptimalkan dengan penanaman tanaman organik dengan media hidroponik. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memperkenalkan dan mempraktekkan penanaman sayur-sayuran dengan sistem hidroponik untuk para ibu rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan adalah transfer ilmu, yaitu menularkan ilmu sekaligus memberikan pelatihan mengenai cara budidaya tanaman organik dengan penerapan hidroponik dan cara menganalisis usahatani bagi para ibu rumah tangga sebagai media pembelajaran yang efektif. Kemudian adalah metode diskusi atau interaksi antara dua pihak. Terakhir yaitu demontrasi, teknik pelatihan dengan langsung memberikan percontohan untuk masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini mendapat hasil bahwa ibu rumah tangga dapat mempraktekkan budidaya sayuran secara hidroponik di pekarangan rumah masing-masing atau fasilitas umum yang tersedia serta penghijauan yang berkelanjutan tercapai.Kata kunci: Hidroponik, Sayuran, Pemberdayaan MasyarakatAbstractMojolangu is the largest village in Lowokwaru District of Malang City which consists of 19 RW and 115 RT. Commonly, the people of this village do not have sufficient land, thus they prefer to optimize environment utilization and management by planting organic plants through hydroponic media. The purpose of this study is to introduce and practice hydroponic planting method to the housewives. This study applies knowledge transfer method which means sharing and giving practical training about organic planting cultivation through hydroponic media; and farming analysis as an effective learning media for the housewives. Then, discussion and interaction between the researcher and participants are included. Last, the researcher demonstrates the techniques to the housewives as participants. The results of this study showed that the participants are able to practice hydroponic method by planting organic vegetables in their own yard or public green area to sustain eco-green environment.Keywords: Hydroponics, Vegetables, Community Empowerment

Abstract

“Orgo Organic Farm” melakukan bisnis sayur organik mulai dari budidaya hingga pemasaran. Ketatnya persaingan bisnis sayur organik di Malang mengharuskan pelaku bisnis memahami faktor-faktor yang mendorong keputusan konsumen melakukan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian di OOF. Data primer diperoleh dengan wawancara pelanggan OOF. Teknik accidental sampling digunakan untuk menentukan sampel pelanggan OOF. Data dianalisis dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di OOF. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dengan nilai p value 0,001 atau lebih kecil dari 0,05. Nilai original sample (path coefficient) 0,336 menunjukkan arah hubungan positif dan terdapat pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan konsumen. Harga tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dengan nilai p value 0,109 atau lebih besar dari 0,05. Nilai  original sampel (path coefficient) 0,172 menunjukan arah hubungan positif. Kata kunci : Harga Sayur, Keputusan Pembelian, Kualitas Sayur, Sayur Organik.

Abstract

Kabupaten Lumajang terkenal sebagai daerah penghasil pisang. Berbagai jenispisang dihasilkan dan dipasarkan ke luar daerah. Pisang dipasarkan dalam bentuksegar dan olahan pisang terutama kripik pisang. Produk olahan lainnya seperti salepisang juga dihasilkan namun tidak sebanyak kripik pisang.Persoalan di lapang adalah jika produksi melimpah namun pisang segarkurang terserap pasar maka harga jatuh, terutama pada jenis pisang yang kurangenak dikonsumsi segar seperti pisang ‘Embuk’. Jenis pisang ‘Agung’ pada saatproduksi banyak juga harga murah namun masih cukup menguntungkan petani.Solusi masalah ini harus ada keseimbangan antara produksi hulu dengan produksiolahan pisang di hilir. Pada saat produksi pisang banyak maka industri hilir jugaperlu mempercepat proses pengolahan pisang agar awet dan dapat dipasarkandalam waktu yang relatif lama.Berdasarkan uraian diatas, tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam pelaksanaankegiatan ini antara lain: Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan pengelolaindustri kecil pisang dalam manajemen usaha, meningkatkan pengetahuan danketrampilan pembukuan usaha, sehingga petani (ditingkat hulu) maupun pengusahaagroindustri (ditingkat hilir) tidak dapat menilai kinerja usahanya dan tidak dapatmengakses peluang mendapatkan modal dari lembaga keuangan, meningkatkanpengetahuan dan ketrampilan teknik perencanaan pemasaran yang memilikiketerjangkauan yang luas, dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan teknikpengelolaan lepas panen yaitu dalam pengirisan, pencucian serta pengemasanproduk kripik pisang.Kegiatan tersebut diatas divaluasi dengan mengadakan cross chek data tentangpetani maupun pengusaha meliputi kebutuhan ketrampilan dan pengetahuan,kegiatan yang telah dilakukan, kebutuhan informasi, kebutuhan permodalan. Hasilevaluasi perencanaan akan ditindaklanjuti dengan menyusun materi modul. Evaluasipelaksanaan dilakukan melalui chek list dengan membandingkan daftar kegiatandengan pelaksanaannya serta membandingkan kesesuaian materi yang diberikandengan materi yang telah diserap oleh petani dan pengusaha. Evaluasi hasilkegiatan dilakukan dengan pemantauan dan perbandingan antara hasil yang telahdicapai dengan pemahaman yang seharusnya dicapai yang meliputi perencanaan,pembukuan, pengolahan buah pisang (pengirisan, pencucian, pengemasan) danpemasaran. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Usaha, Teknologi Lepas Panen, Agribisnis Pisang.

Abstract

Produk pertanian sebagian besar merupakan produk yang mudah rusak pada saat, sehingga diperlukan optimalisasi pemanfaatan produk pertanian saat pascapanen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di UD. Sari Purba Delima Putih. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT, Net Present Vaue (NPV), Net B/C, Profitability Ratio, IRR, serta analisis sensitivitas. Hasil analisis kelayakan usaha menunjukkan NPV sebesar -Rp7.627.676, nilai gross B/C ratio sebesar 0,93, nilai net B/C ratio sebesar 0,65, profitabilitas ratio sebesar 0,78 dan nilai IRR sebesar 4,15 persen. Nilai sensitifitas usaha jika investasi naik 15 persen sebesar -21,59 persen dan benefit naik 10 persen adalah sebesar -8 persen. Berdasarkan nilai kelima kriteria tersebut, maka usaha keripik UD. Sari Purba Delima Putih tidak layak secara finansial untuk dikembangkan. Strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja usaha pada masa pandemi Covid-19 adalah dengan melakukan riset serta memperhatikan produk, promosi, harga, dan tempat.

Abstract

Organic vegetable cultivation system is a system for growing vegetables that is safe for consumption. The aims of this study were to conduct external and internal analysis of Mulyo Santoso Farmers Group Association using SWOT analysis, to find out effective strategies in empowering farmers through vegetable development, and to compile strategies for empowering farmers through organic vegetable development by Mulyo Santoso Farmers Group Association. This study is a descriptive study using quantitative descriptive approach. The data used were primary data obtained through interviews using questionnaires. This research used SWOT analysis method. The sampling technique used was census, using all members of the population as samples. Internal factor analysis results show the acquisition of a strength indicator score of 1.53 and a weak indicator score of 1.04. The results of the analysis on external factors acquisition show the opportunity indicator score of 1.32 and the threat indicator score of 1.20. The resulting value of SWOT diagram analysis on the X axis for internal factors is 0.49 and Y axis on external factors is 0.12. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, it is known that the strategy used by Mulyo Santoso Farmers Group Association is an aggressive or progressive strategy, by using the power to take advantage of opportunities by creating, producing and developing businesses of processed agricultural products, such as processed chips and catering services of healthy foods, as well as adding more varieties of cultivated vegetables and sell organic fertilizer to supplement the income
