Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih, kebutuhan manusia akan teknologi semakin besar. Peran teknologi saat ini sangat mendukung untuk membantu suatu perusahaan dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya sehari-hari, teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan dapat merubah solusi yang efisien dalam mengetahui tingkat kepuasan terhadap penjualan produk. Metode Fuzzy Logic Tsukamoto mampu melakukan perhitungan berdasarkan data pada kuesioner untuk menjadi titik acuan yang relevan dalam memprediksi kepuasan pelanggan di masa mendatang. Dengan demikian pengambilan keputusan dalam kegiatan penjualan akan lebih efektif

Abstract

Ovarian cyst disease can only attack women after 25 years old of age and above the lack of public knowledge about the symptoms of ovarian cyst disease is the problem, therefore the authors make an expert system diagnosing ovarian cyst disease with a forward chaining method where patients consults with how to answer a number of questions related to the symptoms of an ovarian cyst and the patients answers questions according to the symptoms felt by the patient. This expert system is created using the PHP programming language and MYSQL database. It is expected that with an expert system of diagnosing ovarian cyst disease, later it can facilitate patients in consulting about his ovarian cyst disease and can increase knowledge for the patient

Abstract

The development of information technology provides great benefits and convenience, both in terms of data processing and presentation of information on inventory of existing goods in organizations, agencies or companies. One of the business processes that can be developed through information technology is the company's supply chain management process. An inventory information system using a good Supply Chain Management (SCM) method will increase the productivity and performance of the company. In conducting the research conducted at the pharmacy, the aim was to improve the old system. By conducting direct observations in the field, several weaknesses were found from the system that was running at the Arafah Padang Pharmacy. The results of the analysis are applied in an application that is able to process inventory system data using the Supply Chain Management (SCM) method. With the design of an inventory system with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) method, it can be more helpful in processing drug inventory data and the existing inventory system can increase the effectiveness and work efficiency of Pharmacy employees.

Abstract

Information technology in an organization is very important to support organizational assets. An information technology audit needs to be carried out to determine the level of suitability of the current situation with the expected target. This study aims to manage audit findings and produce recommendations for improvement and sustainable management. This study uses the COBIT 5 framework. The chosen domain is DSS (Deliver, Service, and Support). The results of the study show that the average scale is 3.67 with a capability level of 4. The recommendations that appear can be used as a reference for achieving information technology targets at the Padang Class I A Religious Court.

Abstract

The development of Information Technology (IT) is currently growing so rapidly. So that the information system has penetrated almost every field of everyday life. There are several types of technology that are usually used by companies, especially to support the human resource management section in managing information in companies and one of them is by implementing technology from an information system regarding attendance. The role of IT in organizational operational processes, the Cooperative Industry and Trade office uses a fingerprint record system for taking attendance. The attendance-taking tool has a sophisticated electronic system that only reads the fingerprint patterns of each employee. With this fingerprint attendance, employees can be motivated to arrive early because fingerprint attendance cannot manipulate employee attendance in the office. This study uses the COBIT 4.1 method which focuses on the DS (Delivery and Support), and ME (Monitor and Evaluate) domains. By calculating the maturity level, the DS value of 4.58 is obtained at level 5, namely Optimized Level, which means that agencies have implemented information technology very well and agencies need to maintain system stability so that it continues to develop, while the ME calculated on a scale of 3.99 is at the level 4, namely managed level, which means that security in the system is quite good and only needs to be evaluated so that the vision and mission of the agency are achieved.
