This study aims to determine the perception of farmers about the Business Services of Tools and agricultural Machinery (UPJA) and agricultural machinery hand tractors two wheel as well as the influence of the perception of farmers towards utilization of agricultural machinery tractor the two wheel hand based UPJA which was held February 18 – June 31, 2019 in Panggungharjo Village, Sub District of Sewon. Method data collection using questionnaire and analysis of documents. Sampling method used slovin with an error rate 15%. Data was analysed using simple linear regression. The results of the study shows the perception of farmers about agricultural machinery and UPJA in the category appropriate to the achievement value of 79.5%, based on the indicator of the attitudes and expectations derived category of right with the achievement of the value of each 79,8% and 82,7%, interest in the category is very appropriate with the achievement values of 87.5% and a motive in the category quite right with the achievement score of 68%. The results of the simple linear regression analysis showed a significant influence of the perception of farmers towards utilization of agricultural machinery tractor the two wheels hand based UPJA. Study of Productivity and Income of Lowland Rice Farming the Impact of Agricultural machinery Aid, Seeds and Fertilizer is implemented in Malang Regency with sample of location and sample of farmer determined purposively (sampling) in 3 (three) Subdistricts and 6 (six) farmer group who received machinery aid, seeds and fertilizers. The sample of respondents was determined by non-proportioned random sampling method with 15 farmer groups each. Thus, the number of respondents as many as 90 members of the group. This study aims to determine the production, productivity and income of lowland rice farming before and after obtaining agricultural machinery aid, seeds, and fertilizers. Measurement of production is done by weighing the weight of dry grain harvest with tons unit. Productivity is measured by a partial productivity approach that is the production per hectare. Income is analysed using financial analysis. Comparative analysis using Student’s Test. The results showed that government aid in the form of agricultural machinery, seeds, and fertilizer subsidies can increase production 0.179 tons with an average land area of 0.44 hectares, increase productivity by 0.41 ton / ha or increase 7%, and increase income by Rp2,871,465.00 per hectare or increase 28.96%. The Government of Indonesia (GOI) has been developing agricultural sector to double the production of rice as the main staple food. By intensifying paddy production through jajar legowo planting system, the GOI has been able to increase paddy production and farmers welfare. This study was conducted in Sedayu Sub District from August to October 2017. The aims of this study were 1) to identify the productivity of paddy tegel planting system and paddy jajar legowo (2:1) planting system; and 2) to determine farmers income of paddy tegel planting system and paddy jajar legowo (2:1) planting system. This study implemented descriptive quantitative research. The participants were selected through purposive sampling. The participants were drawn from the population of Argorejo Farmer Group Association (Gapoktan) in Sedayu Sub District. The results show that the productivity of paddy jajar legowo (2:1) planting system was higher (9,04 tonnes/ha) compared to paddy tegel planting system (7,74 tonnes/ha). In addition, farmers net-income from paddy jajar legowo (2:1) planting system was also higher (Rp 30.012.395,83/ha) than paddy tegel planting system (Rp 22.400.344,05/ha). The results of this study can be used to convince farmers in employing the paddy jajar legowo (2:1) planting system rather than the tegel planting system.
